Answer : Greetings to you in Jesus wonderful name! There are no answers for the question asked above, outside the Bible inference through which we can come to a strong conclusion about it. One reason we cannot say that a particular language was the one spoken by Adam and Eve right away because we were not present at that time with them (Job 38:4).
The Bible says that before God confused people's language at Babel because of their rebellion against God, "...the whole earth had one language and one speech." (Gen 11:1). Language separation in all the world happened only after this time.
So we can infer from the above that the one language that these people were speaking might have been the one language which might have come from the time of the beginning in which Adam and Eve were the first humans, out of which all humans got multiplied. Noah and all his sons must have spoken the same language that these people have spoken.
God call Himself as "The God of Shem" through the prophetic blessing of Noah to his son Shem (Gen 9:26) and said Yahweh the God of the Hebrew would "dwell in the tents of Shem" (Genesis 9:26-27), then we see that Ham the father of Canaan was cursed by God for seeing his father's nakedness and he was placed as a servant to both Shem and Japheth the other brothers. Japheth was prophetically blessed with enlargement and friendship with Shem's descendants.

In its earliest written state it exhibits in the writings of Moses a perfection of structure which was never surpassed." Further, this commentary states that it was the descendants of Shem who spoke Hebrew and other Semitic languages, of which are listed 14 primitive dialects.
The conciseness, simplicity, energy, and fertility of the Hebrew can be seen by examining the names of the individuals appearing in the early chapters of Genesis. All are Hebrew! Adam means "red" or "ruddy." Eve (Heb. Chavah) means "life," or "lifespring." Just look at the names of other Old Testament personalities and you will see that they all have Hebrew meanings.

No one can do such wonderful alignment of the true message of the Gospel in the meaning of the names of the people lived, except God who gave them their names according to the times they lived prophetically conveying the future message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We can come to understand from these mysteries, that Hebrew was the language of the beginning of all mankind.
Shemites And The Hebrew Language
The lineage of Shem is the key showing that Hebrew is the heavenly language that has come from God to Adam and Eve. Shem means, "name" in Hebrew, and it was the Shemites (Semites) who continued with Hebrew as the language of their name with which they called themselves. Noah lived 350 years after the flood, and died only two years before the birth of Abraham. Noah’s son Shem lived until Abraham was 150 years old, and Isaac was 50 years of age. So there is no denying how Abram was called as “Abram the Hebrew” (Ge 14:13).

Because all of these above people come in the same line and same language group for a long time, they were able to pass on their genealogy to one generation after the other to the time of Moses who collected it all and have compiled it under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
God said that He will restore the pure Hebrew language to the nation of Israel once again after they were scattered in all the world, through the promise given by Him in Zep 3:9, "For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, that they all may call on the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one accord." The Living Bible says, “At that time I will change the speech of my returning people to pure Hebrew so that all can worship the Lord together.” The above verse is being fulfilled in our generation after the regathering of all Jews from all the world who immigrated in to it with all the different languages of the whole world, but now you can walk through those cities in Israel where you hear them speak one language, and it’s Hebrew. This shows that God wanted always the nation of Israel to identify with the language of Hebrew because that was the language with which God spoke in the beginning to create the world and communicate with human beings and He wants to retain that over the portion of the land which He calls as "The Lord's portion...His people...place of His inheritance." Hence we infer in to this question to deduce that there has always been a particular people in all generation speaking Hebrew the language of the beginning through which Abram came and did speak the Shem’s language unaffected when God confused the language of the disapproved people at Babel (Gen 11:5-9).
"In that day shall five cities in the land of Egypt speak the language of Canaan, and swear to Yahweh of hosts..." (Isaiah 19:18). The Living Bible, among others, declares that the language of Canaan is Hebrew. Those who want to know the Lord in those days of Jesus Christ thousand years of His earthly kingdom and want to keep themselves from rebellion for which wrath of God will be sent towards them (Zephaniah 3:8; Zech 14:16-19), they will learn Hebrew and will constantly obey the decree and orders of the King of kings and Lord of lords (Rev 19:11-16), who is Yahweh the mighty one of Israel!
The law of God will go out of the Millennium temple of Jesus Christ to the whole world in Hebrew (Isa 2:3; Mic 4:2). Hallelujah! GLORY TO "The God of the Hebrews" (Exo 5:3)! Of course as old as the God of the Hebrews Himself is in this world, so is the language in itself in this world. As God is the beginning and the end of all things, the Hebrew language which was the one world language before the Babel confusion which brought in all different languages of the world, so I believe that during the millennial reign of Jesus Christ with which the present earth will end at the end of it (2 Peter 3:10-13), so once again the one world language of the Millennium will be the Hebrew language, at least in enforcement!

He (and Eve) could converse with God without ever having learned an alphabet, and there is no reason to suppose that he was not fully skilled in writing also, with which we can infer that the first language of God must have been Hebrew with which God wrote the whole written revelation of Himself presently known as the Old Testament and gave it to the whole world through this Hebrew nation (Eph 2:11-12; John 4:22; Isa 65:1).
How Could Hebrew Be The Language Of The Beginning?
Here is how Hebrew could be the language of the beginning, (1) "The generations of the heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1:1-2:4), (2) "The book of the generations of Adam" (Genesis 2:4b-5:1), (3) "The generations of Noah" (Genesis 5:1b-6:9), (4) "The generations of the sons of Noah" (Genesis 6:9b-10:1), (5) "The generations of Shem" (Genesis 10:1b-11:10), (6) "The generations of Terah" (Genesis 11:10b-11:27), (7) "The generations of Isaac" (Genesis 11:27b-25:19), (8) "The generations of Jacob" (Genesis 25:19b-37:2) and (9) "The generations of the Sons of Jacob" (Genesis 37:2b-Exodus 1:1). Because all of these above people come in the same line and same language group for a long time, they were able to pass on their genealogy to one generation after the other to the time of Moses who collected it all and have compiled it under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
God said that He will restore the pure Hebrew language to the nation of Israel once again after they were scattered in all the world, through the promise given by Him in Zep 3:9, "For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, that they all may call on the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one accord." The Living Bible says, “At that time I will change the speech of my returning people to pure Hebrew so that all can worship the Lord together.” The above verse is being fulfilled in our generation after the regathering of all Jews from all the world who immigrated in to it with all the different languages of the whole world, but now you can walk through those cities in Israel where you hear them speak one language, and it’s Hebrew. This shows that God wanted always the nation of Israel to identify with the language of Hebrew because that was the language with which God spoke in the beginning to create the world and communicate with human beings and He wants to retain that over the portion of the land which He calls as "The Lord's portion...His people...place of His inheritance." Hence we infer in to this question to deduce that there has always been a particular people in all generation speaking Hebrew the language of the beginning through which Abram came and did speak the Shem’s language unaffected when God confused the language of the disapproved people at Babel (Gen 11:5-9).
"In that day shall five cities in the land of Egypt speak the language of Canaan, and swear to Yahweh of hosts..." (Isaiah 19:18). The Living Bible, among others, declares that the language of Canaan is Hebrew. Those who want to know the Lord in those days of Jesus Christ thousand years of His earthly kingdom and want to keep themselves from rebellion for which wrath of God will be sent towards them (Zephaniah 3:8; Zech 14:16-19), they will learn Hebrew and will constantly obey the decree and orders of the King of kings and Lord of lords (Rev 19:11-16), who is Yahweh the mighty one of Israel!
The law of God will go out of the Millennium temple of Jesus Christ to the whole world in Hebrew (Isa 2:3; Mic 4:2). Hallelujah! GLORY TO "The God of the Hebrews" (Exo 5:3)! Of course as old as the God of the Hebrews Himself is in this world, so is the language in itself in this world. As God is the beginning and the end of all things, the Hebrew language which was the one world language before the Babel confusion which brought in all different languages of the world, so I believe that during the millennial reign of Jesus Christ with which the present earth will end at the end of it (2 Peter 3:10-13), so once again the one world language of the Millennium will be the Hebrew language, at least in enforcement!
