Q: What about Malachi 4:5, when does that take place?
A: Here is the Verse you asked for, Malachi 4:5 - "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord." The great and dreadful day is the day when Jesus will set foot on earth to rule it for a thousand years time. It will be a great day, for the saints who have believed in the Lord Jesus, because they are going to live in the Millennial rule of Jesus and His Church for a thousand years time. The Lord's Second Coming will be a dreadful day of fear and trembling for all the unbelievers who are going to follow Antichrist and would have received his seal. The fear within unbelievers is because, they are going to be defeated by the LORD Jesus Christ. And the proof that they are going to be defeated is because Elijah who had come with the prophet Enoch, will torment all the unbelievers and will call them to repent. But only after three and half years, God will allow them to be killed and will lie in the streets of Jerusalem. The whole world of unbelievers will rejoice because these prophets tormented them for three and half years. But then suddenly, they will be caught up in a cloud and will be taken up in to heaven before the whole world. This is the reason for the dread of unbelieving humans at that time. Praise the LORD Jesus Christ. Maranatha, O LORD Come!
Q: Revelation 6:9-11 says, "9 When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" 11 Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed."
This reminds me of Genesis 4:10, "And He said, "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries out to Me from the ground."
Did his blood literally cry out to God or was it metaphorical and: or spiritual? Personally I think it’s the latter and I feel the same way about the 5th Seal. They were told to rest, or sleep a little while longer. I don’t think we should we take what John told us literally. Of course I could be wrong, but just what I think. What is your take on it?
A: These souls were in the hidden place under the altar, which was the most holy and precious place in heaven...not on earth. Revelation 6:9-10 says, "[9]When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. [10] And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”"
Note: in the above verse, the altar of the souls is in heaven. Soul sleep in the grave is the most un-biblical doctrine. Every soul which dies, will either be taken to the City of God to wait for Secret Rapture resurrection, or will be sent in to Hades of the unrighteous section where souls of the unborn in the spirit are kept till the White Throne Judgment...the same Hades of the righteous section which is described as Abraham's bosom, paradise, etc...by Jesus, has been emptied when Jesus rose from the dead and took all the resurrected believers from Adam to his time. Those who have "had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held" from Abel the first martyr to the last saint who will be killed "with the sword" (Rev 13:10)...by the Antichrist during the Great Tribulation will be resurrected in their natural physical body in the first resurrection, and will be given a wild card entry to be a priest to serve along with Jesus in His Millennial Kingdom on earth. Hallelujah!
When these Martyrs cries out to God seeing what is happening on earth, just before the midpoint where Antichrist will start to deceitfully take over the entire world economy through lies and deceit...God's reply to them in his compassion is to tell them to wait for the next three and half years, so that at Christ coming to earth, they will all be resurrected in their physical body. Glory to God!
The phrase "avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth" describes that the spilling of saints blood were spilled on earth, but souls of the dead were in heaven under a Holy Altar specially designed for the martyred souls. This clearly shows that every spirit of both the saved and unsaved human souls are in the domain of God.
Q: Have you ever noticed that the resurrection of the martyrs says that it is the "first resurrection?" How can you say there will be a resurrection before the "first?" If you look closely at the passage, it says others will be in this resurrection.
A: The Bible emphasizes the second coming resurrection as the first resurrection, because as for the Martyrs who have died for the word of God and for being a witness, right from Adam to the last martyr who have died in the great Tribulation, it will be the first resurrection for them all, as they are excluded and kept under the Holy Altar of heaven, away from the Secret Rapture of the Church.
God bless you greatly.
Much Love and Blessings...
