Here is the verse you have asked for me to explain, Genesis 3:15 - "And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.”
This is the first promise of God to humans, regarding the Messiah who will come one day to destroy the head (knowledge) of Satan and thus bring a New Age of righteousness and freedom from all the curses of original sin.
Satan's knowledge of trying to contain Jesus the Christ from achieving God's promise made him to bruise His heel by poisonously killing Him on the Cross before 2000 years, and thus Satan's limited idea that Jesus will no more walk on this earth when he dies on earth was fulfilled by him and his demonically driven unsaved humans who did his bidding. But to his shocking surprise not only Father God has considered and accepted Jesus Christ's sinless death to be a justification against the sin of all humans who believe Him, but above all, His resurrection from the dead was considered by God as a desire from human for a infusion of God's own nature to overcome the old nature of original sin, which has given every believers the assurance of their own resurrection and hope of a new eternal life with God to continue ever after...(1Cor 15:16-19).
The woman is the mother of all living (Gen 3:20). So spiritually the woman on earth are the people of God who have faith within them (Rev 12:1, 4, 6, 13, 14), thus Satan's enmity started against the people of God and of faith from the beginning of time (Rev 12:7). Satan's seed are the unbelievers of this age, woman's seed is Jesus Christ and all the believers who are saved through trusting His name to become children of God and sons of God by maturity (Matt 13:38; John 1:12; Rom 8:14, 16), through whom a new age of God's Kingdom has come to the heart of the believers (Luke 17:21), who hope of the age to come and now live by faith to overcome sin, sickness and Satan through what Jesus has achieved for them on the Cross (Rom 15:4; Heb 6:4-6; Rom 8:24-25; John 16:33).
Thus for the past two thousand years time, the clash of the Kingdom of darkness and Kingdom of light has been continuing, which will culminate when the seed of Satan who is Antichrist will come to the political scene of the world very soon, so soon that it can be even few years down the line from now on.
