Question: Will 70 weeks be determined to end the transgression? What happens on the last day of Rev 13:5-7? What day of Daniel's 70th week will all eyes see Him?

Let us see in to the Scripture, "Seventy weeks are determined for your people and for your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy." (Dan 9:24).
As for your question, will 70 weeks be determined to end the transgression? The above verse clearly reveals, "Seventy weeks are determined for your people and for your holy city, to finish the transgression". So the last seven years of the last week is fully included to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins for the people of the nation of Israel and for the Holy City of Jerusalem its capital.
Jesus foresaw through his prophetic eyes piercing through right to the end time he said, "I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive." (John 5:43). From the above verse we can see that the nation of Israel rejected the three and half years ministry of Jesus Christ done with signs, wonders and all miracles and instead crucified Jesus the Christ of God (Matt 27:19-25; 23:34-39).
Because the three and half of ministry was rejected by the nation of Israel and instead the Church accepted it for the last two thousand years time (Matt 21:43), the first three and half years of Daniel 70th week itself has become a sign for it to understand the whole of it and thus escape the Great Tribulation that is coming upon the whole wide world as a test to seperate the true believers from the false for them all to enter in to the Kingdom of God (1 Thess 5:3; Rev 3:10-11).
As the Israelites will accept the Antichrist as their Messiah through the false prophet (Rev 13:11-18), God has to take them through the test of trials and Great Tribulation of the end time to cleanse them of the transgressions and sins, so that they will humbly be able to accept Jesus Christ as their Messiah when He comes at His Second Coming (Matt 23:38-39; Jer 30:4-7; Hos 5:15; Deut 4:27-31). Thus God's purpose for the Great Tribulation upon the nation of Israel is to refine them and test them, so that they will be able to call God out of a pure heart for the Glory of God (2 Tim 2:22), which He has promised to answer without fail (Zec 13:8-9). When the spirit of grace is poured on the nation of Israel in response to their mourning for their Messiah Jesus Christ, He will arrive to save them along with the Raptured Church (Zec 12:10-11).
When Jesus Christ will come at His Second Coming, He will then apply the finished work of the Cross which is the reconciliation for iniquity, then bring in everlasting righteousness through pouring out the Spirit of God on the nation of Israel so that it will seal up the vision and prophecy, through anointing the Most Holy place in the Temple by building the Millennial Temple in the nation of Israel out of the desolation of the third temple of Antichrist! Hallelujah! Glory to God! So from this we come to understand, that when Jesus Christ comes after the 70th Week of 7 years are over and done, He will first deliver Israel from the annihilation of the Antichrist and his cohorts from all nations. Then He will conduct the judgment of nations for what they have done to Israel and the Tribulation saints (Matt 25:31-46), then He will establish His throne in the city of Jerusalem and will then rebuild the desecrated temple and will rebuild it for the Glory of God. Then from that place, He will then anoint the Most Holy Place and will reestablish the fourth temple and rebuild it which will take some time to do it.
So from the above, we can know for sure that when the last day of the Seventieth Week of 7 years gets over and done, Jesus will appear on the mount of Olives to defeat the Antichrist in the battle of Armageddon (Zec 14:1-9), to then establish God's Kingdom and rule the earth for a thousand years time along with the Church. The last day of the Antichrist will be 2520, and the anytime after 2520 which is 2521 on wards, Jesus will appear in the skies and all eyes will see Him! Praise the Lord!
