Question: The Bible was written by men, but queer people are born that way. How does Christianity explain that?
Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people may all identify with the word queer. See those born as Enuch's are exceptions, that means it is a biological curse of sin that has affected their body by birth, but they too need spiritual salvation of their soul. When these look to Jesus Christ, he values them and gives a special place to them as He says in His Word,"For this is what the LORD says: I will bless those eunuchs who keep my Sabbath days holy and who choose to do what pleases me and commit their lives to me. I will give them—within the walls of my house— a memorial and a name far greater than sons and daughters could give." (Isaiah 56:4-7, New Living Translation, NLT).
But those who make it a lifestyle to practice this sin is different, because of the spirit of the age we live, in which due to lack of thankfulness and giving glory towards God, we have ended up in materialistic idolatry and thus many, mostly are becoming queer by sinfully wrong indoctrination and wrong association (Rom 1:21-24, 25-32). These have accepted the thought of the world and have become sinfully conformed to it instead of getting transformed by the Word of God (Rom 12:1-2).
Nobody can be born as perverts and queer, they who get used to it by accepting the thought of a queer lifestyle and join in to this people group need to repent, and then turn to the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation from this sin. God will deliver them for His glory. Nobody can be born as a queer, but it is a evil thought and vile passions accepted by the majority through sinful association that keep them in the place of LGBTQ community of people (Psa 1:1-2).
The spirit of homosexuality, cannot over power us if we distance ourselves from it and repent to Jesus Christ and become covered by the blood of Jesus (1 John 1:7, 9; 2:1-2; Acts 3:19-20). As long as those who practice queer can humble before God and repent of the evil association they had been involved (James 4:5-6, 7), God will be merciful and save them from these sins, and turn them to live a super abundant life as His witness for the Glory of God (John 10:10-11). Hallelujah!
Much Blessings....
