The Bible tells us Jesus in His humanity can 'sympathize with our weaknesses as one who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin' " (Heb. 4:15).
Young and old can breathe a sigh of relief and can come to understand that they are not alone when it comes to sexual temptation. Jesus Himself could sympathize with us who are being tempted sexually, because he too faced all of those different kind of temptation but yet did not give in to even one of those temptation, and have victoriously stayed in God's purity of heaven without sin.
Those who face sexual temptation of lustful thoughts and have given in to it leading to pornography and masturbation many times end up being dejected, sitting with their head buried in their hands, staring at the ground, obviously in torment when they face the after effect of indulging in sexual fantasies that had led them to solo sex or masturbation. Most people who become addicted to sexual lust themselves think, "I Could Never Tell Anyone I Have a Problem With Masturbation or Pornography, etc...," therefore Satan and his demonic minions rejoice when they see such people who are oppressed and make them get further isolated in dismay and hopelessness.
To be bold and transparent of our struggles will take us in to freedom that the Holy Spirit gives. In our generation, almost everyone is struggling with sexual lusts in this sex-obsessed and driven culture of the twenty first century. The insidious plan of Satan for our generation is to arrest everyone and corrupt everyone's thinking through pornography and the external manifestation of its intense lust through solo sex. Internet works as the pipe line of hell, but the good news is, we have the remedy for dousing this unholy fire with the Holy Fire of the Holy Spirit, who is ready to let the flame of heaven burn within us and set us ablaze with passion for deliverance of people like us to be delivered by the power of Jesus Christ and the message of the Cross.

Ephesians 5:3 calls us "God's holy people" and says "there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity ... for it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret" (Eph 5:12). All lust whether it is solo sex [i.e. masturbation] or pornography or any other activities related to lustful and sexual thoughts or actions falls in to sexual immorality and in to the kind of impurity we see in the above verse which is indeed sin, and therefore will fail the above test.
Even a hint of sexual immorality that thrives with in God's holy people is that which is not acknowledged before God and others, such things are shameful to mention because they do it secretly and do not even accept it as sin before God or others. In other words, when we come out of sin openly and acknowledge that we struggle with it and want the grace of God to help us, we come in to light and therefore need not be afraid of darkness anymore. Sometimes people may try to mock us or call names against us, but the truth is, every person in secret struggles with sexual lust and only Jesus can help them overcome it and come in to the light of the truth of God. So do not live for others, live for yourself first and let others be blessed through your bold transparency. The devil thrives in darkness when we keep things as secret, the moment we confess our sins and come in to the light that Jesus provides (1 John 1:7, 9), immediately we have boldness to walk the talk and talk the walk in our lives.
The common effects of masturbation are (1) Fatigue, (2) Lower back pain, (3) Thinning hair/hair loss, (4) Weak erection, (5) Premature ejaculation, (6) Groin/testicular pain, (7) Concentration and memory problems and (7) Sleep problems. The above is not a exhaustive list, but a very common one. This doesn’t mean that one shall experience all of these effects, though they are very common.
Did you know that every time you ejaculate, you lose approximately 3-5 mg of zinc, that’s nearly a third of your RDA (recommended dietary allowance-the amount of nutrient and calorie intake per day considered necessary for maintenance of good health, calculated for males and females of various ages and recommended by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Research Council). Zinc is one of the main minerals responsible for testosterone production, therefore less zinc, less testosterone etc. When someone has sexual intercourse with a female, certain trace minerals and prostaglandins are absorbed from the female vaginal secretions which balance this effect, I believe that is why even in the Scripture a regular coming together of the husband and wife is expected to take place except for the days of prayer and fasting, to avoid the temptation of solo sex or pornography which destroys a good family life (1 Cor 7:5; 1 Peter 3:7)!
We should ask ourselves this question, 'Do you really want to be a one-minute man and look like an idiot when you are with your partner?' No one will be able to honor their spouse being like this. I believe, to do solo-sex will never ever honor your wife and vice-versa if you are a wife. When you are married, to honor one another is to submit your body to your spouse within your marriage relationship without pre-condition expecting the other to do the same (1 Cor 7:3, 4).
By the way to those who are not yet married and are bachelors and spinsters, Paul did say if you can't handle your lust, to go ahead and get married (1 Cor 7:9, 2, 36, 28). But Paul was obviously talking to brand new Christian’s who weren’t abiding in JESUS (1 John 2:1, 12; 1 Cor 3:1-2; 7:37, 32, 34, 35). If God's word abides in us constantly and we meditate on it to live by the power of heaven and also stay in His love (John 15:5, 7; Jude 21), we will automatically become strong young men or women spiritually in the Lord and will overcome the evil demons of lust, our self life and the wicked one (1 John 2:13, 14).
Twelve Steps To Practice Victory Over Masturbation and Pornography :
1) “Therefore whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (I Corinthians 10:31). May this be your new motto to stop all lustful activities that displeases God. Stop masturbating and viewing pornography for the Glory of God. This will ensure your success because God will come to your aid so that He will be glorified.
2) “Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” (2 Cor 3:16-18, NKJV). Whatever you behold, you will become like it. When you see the glory of God through His word which is the mirror and continue in it by not just hearing it but doing it by the grace of God (James 1:23, 25), then you become pure like the word of God you focus on constantly in your life (Psa 12:6, Prov 30:5). In other words, God’s word is the antidote for impurity (Ps 119:9).
3) "... By the fear of the LORD one departs from evil." (Prov 16:6). When you will see sin as a poison that must be eradicated at any cost, you will not look to push the limits of sin and also experience it more and more. When ever something unclean gets on you, you will immediately want to wash it away and stay clean by the power of the blood of Jesus.
4) Take your eyes of yourself and focus on God : You cannot expect God’s assistance if your focus is on yourself and what freedom can do for you. You cannot entertain a selfish motive to boast about, when it come to victory over sin (Eph 2:8-9). Isaiah 48:11 says God will not share his glory with another.
When ever you are bombarded with a unclean lustful thought which tries to drive you in to sexually lustful feeling, say to Jesus, "Dear Lord Jesus, I do not like this thought, take it away from me as I take it captive to you." Immediately such thought will vanish. When ever it tries to come again, practice the same prayer until the evil lustful thought completely subsides and perpetually flees out from troubling you.
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.
O soul, are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free!
Through death into life everlasting
He passed, and we follow Him there;
O’er us sin no more hath dominion—
For more than conqu’rors we are!
His Word shall not fail you—He promised;
Believe Him, and all will be well:
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!
Turn your thoughts upon Jesus,
Drink deep of His comforting love,
And the thoughts of sin and self and strife,
Will be lost in that rapture above.
God works for his own glory and spot light! God will reduce your size and strength until you will know for sure and declare aloud the greatness of God in your victory over sin and self, which will only bring glory to Him (See Judges 7:2).
5) For single men God has created built in release mechanisms: either nocturnal emissions or absorption. For married men God has provided sex as a means of marital intimacy. We should first start to believe that these above systems that God has put within our body is the alternative means which takes care of our bodily drives. And we must come to a firm conclusion that masturbation is not the right way to release the God-given sexual drive or in other words solo-sex is not a right way to have a non-sinful release of tension in our members.
6) "O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. 2 So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory." (Psa 63:1-2). We must come to the point where we believe that sexual pleasure is not the ultimate escape from reality, but rather, we must learn the habit of escaping into reality of God Himself and His Presence which will give us the pleasure of escape from our sorrow, tensions, boredom and depression in to the heaven's reality of joy, peace and righteousness in the Holy Spirit (Rom 14:17; Psa 16:11). Isaiah the prophet beautifully describes the above points saying, "With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early." (Isa 26:9). I believe this is why Isaiah the prophet was able to experience God's glory and holiness more than any other of his contemporaries. In other words, Isaiah the prophet was living in perfect freedom of the Spirit of God in his private life. So we too can live like that if we seek God intensely like Him and live in His Presence constantly.
7) Sex is basically good, not evil. It is not a sin to be tempted. To give in to temptation is sin indeed. It is not wrong for a bird to fly over your head which you have no control over, but it is absolutely wrong and sinful to let it build a nest over your head and allow it to control you when you have the ability within you to resist it. Looking at any woman lustfully with evil desire is a sin that will lead to a spiritual image click by a lustful demon who will then bring the same image in to your mind to fantasize about it later when you are alone. Once the internal lustful eyes of the soul gets awakened by this lustfully recorded spiritual photograph taken by the demon, then immediately that same demon will automatically lead your hand to the sexual organ to stimulate it for solo sex, and thus sin with the coordination of eyes and hands which is so serious a sin against God which Jesus told every one to avoid it at all cost. Thus always without doubt pornography and masturbation go together always sinfully hand in hand to lead a person in to bondage and make the evil habit continue to oppress them (Matt 5:28, 30). So whenever you are tempted to see someone with an evil lustful eyes, at that point of time itself think, 'What their eternal end will be without Jesus saving them and then pray for their soul to be saved? (Prov 11:30)' Then if again at other times an evil eyes of adultery tries to influence you to look at a Christian of a opposite gender lustfully, then immediately think that someone you are looking at is a father, mother, brother or a sister in the Lord (1 Tim 5:1-2). By doing the above, our entire mindset gets sanctified for the Glory of God! GLORY...
8) Understand that assigned demons from Satan drives people in to masturbation and keeps them in bondage (John 8:34, 32, 36). JESUS made it clear to us that if we use our imaginations to have sex with someone, it is JUST LIKE we are actually doing it (Matt 5:28)!! This is called spiritual adultery because it is done with our thoughts by our will through our emotions. Derek Prince who was used of GOD as a mighty teacher and preacher of the Word of God for about 50 years in the past century and also in the early decade of this century said that the demon of masturbation takes control of our hand or fingers to cause a tingling sensation or even will try to bend it as it is a stubborn demon, so we should shake our hands while we command the demon out in Jesus name. As you try to quit masturbating, you will then know that the demon of masturbation will come against you and attack with the Lord's permission, only then you will come to realize that it is not just a feeling or practice, but it is a bondage from which only Jesus can set you free. In my life at a certain point of time, I was so enslaved to masturbation that I hated it because I loved God who hated this sin, so every time when I would fall, I would ask God why I did what I hated to do (Rom 7:19-20, 17-18, 21-22, 22-23), then after more than a couple of years of struggle, God showed to me in a night vision a demon causing this activity and hiding itself when I would get angry against what I did even without liking it or wanting to do it. Praise the Lord! God gives us victory over all demons that enslaves and give us the liberty for His Glory (Rom 7:25).
9) Demons operate from two alternative positions: (1.) From outside the body. (2.) From within the body. If they operate from outside, we must resist them (see James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:8–9). If they operate from within, we must expel them (see Matt. 8:16; Mark 1:39). When demons operate from within our sin nature, we must cast it out as apostle Paul also agreed with this and said, " 28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free woman.” 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free." (Gal 4:28-31). The bond woman is our sin nature, and her son is the works of the flesh which we must cast out of us by the power of the Holy Spirit who works within us and leads us to freedom and liberty (Gal 5:24-25, 19-21, 16-18).
So pray this prayer when you know that there is a compulsion that leads you to either pornography or masturbation or both against your own desire or liking, "Jesus Christ, I affirm that You are the Son of God and the only door to eternal life. I acknowledge that You died for my sins on the cross 2000 years ago and rose from the dead by the power of Your Holy Spirit. That same Holy Spirit power is greater than all other powers and has already defeated Satan and his demons on the cross 2000 years ago. Jesus, I renounce all arrogance, self-sufficiency and pride, which was the downfall of Satan. I have nothing and am nothing, except in You my hiding place. Jesus, I confess all my sins, especially pornography and masturbation and all related lustful thoughts that has led me in to it. I thank you that you have covered all my sins by your blood and have cleansed me from it all as I have believed your promises (1 John 1:7, 9), I am entitled now by your grace to have no more consciousness of sins of commission or omission that I have committed by ignorance or at other times by compulsion of my sin nature, and also have no more conscious of those ancestral sins of hereditary that have tried to influence me which actually have no right over me from the day I believed you as my Lord and Savior (Heb 9:15; 10:2-3, 4, 14, 17). I promise to try (with Your help and the help of others) not to repeat these sins. If I slip and fall, I will try to confess immediately, and turn to You for help. With Your help I will refuse temptation and negative attitudes, especially rejection which leads to all kind of lust. Jesus, Thank you for becoming a curse on the cross for me, so that I may be freed of all curses that are due to my own sins or the sins of my ancestors. Jesus, I take my stand, in Your name, Jesus, against all Satan’s demons. I trust that You will take care of the demons and also take care of me. I resist the devil, in Your name, Jesus. Amen."
Now say I am free in Christ Jesus! Yes you are! Believe it and live it for the Glory of God!
10) Don't be afraid or embarrassed to talk about this topic with your children, spouses, friends or even in church!!! Expose the work of darkness where ever or when ever it tries to hide (Eph 5:11, NIV). When you expose darkness with the light of God's truth that you agree with, your test becomes a testimony to someone who is struggling in darkness like you have been through in isolation. God will bless you then to be a blessing to someone in need. Our flesh man wants to climb down from the cross where he is crucified already with Christ, GOD wants us to keep the flesh man nailed up on the cross! So, consider yourself as dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus (Rom 6:11, 17), now present your members in obedience to God leading to righteousness, and do not present your members as slaves to sin to obey its lusts anymore which only leads to death (Rom 6:16). Even if you have accidentally fallen in to any lustful sins, do not allow that sin to reign in your mortal body to obey its lust anymore, but instead confess that sin immediately to God and become cleansed again by the precious blood of Jesus as soon as possible (1 John 1:7, 9). When you do the above procedure and believe in this kind of doctrine consistently, sin shall never be able to have dominion or rulership over you to keep you in its bondage of evil power anymore anytime (Rom 6:14). Let the light of God within you, expose the darkness without that tries to hide it all the time. Clean the lamp glass often so that the ash covering of darkness may not hinder the light to come out in to the open to light up the world around you.
11) Jesus overcame all sins on behalf of us to make us a new creation (2 Cor 5:21, 17). In other words, JESUS is the only one who ever EVER EVER OVERCAME PERFECTLY masturbation, pornography, and all lustful activities of the flesh to have fully walked in holiness and righteousness!!! Since only JESUS has overcome pornography, masturbation and all kinds of lust in various forms, only JESUS can help us, teach us, encourage us, motivate us and strengthen us to overcome too (1 John 5:4, 5)! Only Jesus can help us not to give in to sin when we are tempted, but instead give us the strength to stand victoriously against it and overcome it (Heb 4:15). Trust and lean on Jesus, he will lead you in the right path continuously.
12) If you are married and you are masturbating, you are hurting your marriage incredibly (Heb 13:4)! When a married person masturbates, they are bringing spiritually other men and women into their marriage too!! This is a spiritual adultery that is actually serious in the eyes of God.
As pornography and solo sex is spiritual adultery according to Jesus (Matt 5:27-28, 29-30), there will come a time when God will allow Satan to reveal the flaw in you to cleanse you and purify you to keep you in God's holiness and favor for the rest of the time ahead in your life (James 5:10, 11; Job 31:1, 42:1, 2, 5-6). Just the fact that you are masturbating in your marriage is going to give Satan permission to enter your marriage big time (Job 1:12; 2:3, 7), we need to repent of this behavior to look unto God to live victoriously again by driving back Satan who has come in to divide the family life.
Hear what the Lord Jesus is saying to you, "15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. When you will see sin as a poison that must be eradicated at any cost, you will not look to push the limits of sin and also experience it more and more. When ever something unclean gets on you, you will immediately want to wash it away and stay clean by the power of the blood of Jesus.
4) Take your eyes of yourself and focus on God : You cannot expect God’s assistance if your focus is on yourself and what freedom can do for you. You cannot entertain a selfish motive to boast about, when it come to victory over sin (Eph 2:8-9). Isaiah 48:11 says God will not share his glory with another.
When ever you are bombarded with a unclean lustful thought which tries to drive you in to sexually lustful feeling, say to Jesus, "Dear Lord Jesus, I do not like this thought, take it away from me as I take it captive to you." Immediately such thought will vanish. When ever it tries to come again, practice the same prayer until the evil lustful thought completely subsides and perpetually flees out from troubling you.
Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face,
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,
In the light of His glory and grace.
O soul, are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior,
And life more abundant and free!
Through death into life everlasting
He passed, and we follow Him there;
O’er us sin no more hath dominion—
For more than conqu’rors we are!
His Word shall not fail you—He promised;
Believe Him, and all will be well:
Then go to a world that is dying,
His perfect salvation to tell!
Turn your thoughts upon Jesus,
Drink deep of His comforting love,
And the thoughts of sin and self and strife,
Will be lost in that rapture above.
God works for his own glory and spot light! God will reduce your size and strength until you will know for sure and declare aloud the greatness of God in your victory over sin and self, which will only bring glory to Him (See Judges 7:2).
5) For single men God has created built in release mechanisms: either nocturnal emissions or absorption. For married men God has provided sex as a means of marital intimacy. We should first start to believe that these above systems that God has put within our body is the alternative means which takes care of our bodily drives. And we must come to a firm conclusion that masturbation is not the right way to release the God-given sexual drive or in other words solo-sex is not a right way to have a non-sinful release of tension in our members.
6) "O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water. 2 So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, to see Your power and Your glory." (Psa 63:1-2). We must come to the point where we believe that sexual pleasure is not the ultimate escape from reality, but rather, we must learn the habit of escaping into reality of God Himself and His Presence which will give us the pleasure of escape from our sorrow, tensions, boredom and depression in to the heaven's reality of joy, peace and righteousness in the Holy Spirit (Rom 14:17; Psa 16:11). Isaiah the prophet beautifully describes the above points saying, "With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early." (Isa 26:9). I believe this is why Isaiah the prophet was able to experience God's glory and holiness more than any other of his contemporaries. In other words, Isaiah the prophet was living in perfect freedom of the Spirit of God in his private life. So we too can live like that if we seek God intensely like Him and live in His Presence constantly.
7) Sex is basically good, not evil. It is not a sin to be tempted. To give in to temptation is sin indeed. It is not wrong for a bird to fly over your head which you have no control over, but it is absolutely wrong and sinful to let it build a nest over your head and allow it to control you when you have the ability within you to resist it. Looking at any woman lustfully with evil desire is a sin that will lead to a spiritual image click by a lustful demon who will then bring the same image in to your mind to fantasize about it later when you are alone. Once the internal lustful eyes of the soul gets awakened by this lustfully recorded spiritual photograph taken by the demon, then immediately that same demon will automatically lead your hand to the sexual organ to stimulate it for solo sex, and thus sin with the coordination of eyes and hands which is so serious a sin against God which Jesus told every one to avoid it at all cost. Thus always without doubt pornography and masturbation go together always sinfully hand in hand to lead a person in to bondage and make the evil habit continue to oppress them (Matt 5:28, 30). So whenever you are tempted to see someone with an evil lustful eyes, at that point of time itself think, 'What their eternal end will be without Jesus saving them and then pray for their soul to be saved? (Prov 11:30)' Then if again at other times an evil eyes of adultery tries to influence you to look at a Christian of a opposite gender lustfully, then immediately think that someone you are looking at is a father, mother, brother or a sister in the Lord (1 Tim 5:1-2). By doing the above, our entire mindset gets sanctified for the Glory of God! GLORY...
8) Understand that assigned demons from Satan drives people in to masturbation and keeps them in bondage (John 8:34, 32, 36). JESUS made it clear to us that if we use our imaginations to have sex with someone, it is JUST LIKE we are actually doing it (Matt 5:28)!! This is called spiritual adultery because it is done with our thoughts by our will through our emotions. Derek Prince who was used of GOD as a mighty teacher and preacher of the Word of God for about 50 years in the past century and also in the early decade of this century said that the demon of masturbation takes control of our hand or fingers to cause a tingling sensation or even will try to bend it as it is a stubborn demon, so we should shake our hands while we command the demon out in Jesus name. As you try to quit masturbating, you will then know that the demon of masturbation will come against you and attack with the Lord's permission, only then you will come to realize that it is not just a feeling or practice, but it is a bondage from which only Jesus can set you free. In my life at a certain point of time, I was so enslaved to masturbation that I hated it because I loved God who hated this sin, so every time when I would fall, I would ask God why I did what I hated to do (Rom 7:19-20, 17-18, 21-22, 22-23), then after more than a couple of years of struggle, God showed to me in a night vision a demon causing this activity and hiding itself when I would get angry against what I did even without liking it or wanting to do it. Praise the Lord! God gives us victory over all demons that enslaves and give us the liberty for His Glory (Rom 7:25).
9) Demons operate from two alternative positions: (1.) From outside the body. (2.) From within the body. If they operate from outside, we must resist them (see James 4:7; 1 Peter 5:8–9). If they operate from within, we must expel them (see Matt. 8:16; Mark 1:39). When demons operate from within our sin nature, we must cast it out as apostle Paul also agreed with this and said, " 28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. 29 But, as he who was born according to the flesh then persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, even so it is now. 30 Nevertheless what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free woman.” 31 So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman but of the free." (Gal 4:28-31). The bond woman is our sin nature, and her son is the works of the flesh which we must cast out of us by the power of the Holy Spirit who works within us and leads us to freedom and liberty (Gal 5:24-25, 19-21, 16-18).
So pray this prayer when you know that there is a compulsion that leads you to either pornography or masturbation or both against your own desire or liking, "Jesus Christ, I affirm that You are the Son of God and the only door to eternal life. I acknowledge that You died for my sins on the cross 2000 years ago and rose from the dead by the power of Your Holy Spirit. That same Holy Spirit power is greater than all other powers and has already defeated Satan and his demons on the cross 2000 years ago. Jesus, I renounce all arrogance, self-sufficiency and pride, which was the downfall of Satan. I have nothing and am nothing, except in You my hiding place. Jesus, I confess all my sins, especially pornography and masturbation and all related lustful thoughts that has led me in to it. I thank you that you have covered all my sins by your blood and have cleansed me from it all as I have believed your promises (1 John 1:7, 9), I am entitled now by your grace to have no more consciousness of sins of commission or omission that I have committed by ignorance or at other times by compulsion of my sin nature, and also have no more conscious of those ancestral sins of hereditary that have tried to influence me which actually have no right over me from the day I believed you as my Lord and Savior (Heb 9:15; 10:2-3, 4, 14, 17). I promise to try (with Your help and the help of others) not to repeat these sins. If I slip and fall, I will try to confess immediately, and turn to You for help. With Your help I will refuse temptation and negative attitudes, especially rejection which leads to all kind of lust. Jesus, Thank you for becoming a curse on the cross for me, so that I may be freed of all curses that are due to my own sins or the sins of my ancestors. Jesus, I take my stand, in Your name, Jesus, against all Satan’s demons. I trust that You will take care of the demons and also take care of me. I resist the devil, in Your name, Jesus. Amen."
Now say I am free in Christ Jesus! Yes you are! Believe it and live it for the Glory of God!
10) Don't be afraid or embarrassed to talk about this topic with your children, spouses, friends or even in church!!! Expose the work of darkness where ever or when ever it tries to hide (Eph 5:11, NIV). When you expose darkness with the light of God's truth that you agree with, your test becomes a testimony to someone who is struggling in darkness like you have been through in isolation. God will bless you then to be a blessing to someone in need. Our flesh man wants to climb down from the cross where he is crucified already with Christ, GOD wants us to keep the flesh man nailed up on the cross! So, consider yourself as dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus (Rom 6:11, 17), now present your members in obedience to God leading to righteousness, and do not present your members as slaves to sin to obey its lusts anymore which only leads to death (Rom 6:16). Even if you have accidentally fallen in to any lustful sins, do not allow that sin to reign in your mortal body to obey its lust anymore, but instead confess that sin immediately to God and become cleansed again by the precious blood of Jesus as soon as possible (1 John 1:7, 9). When you do the above procedure and believe in this kind of doctrine consistently, sin shall never be able to have dominion or rulership over you to keep you in its bondage of evil power anymore anytime (Rom 6:14). Let the light of God within you, expose the darkness without that tries to hide it all the time. Clean the lamp glass often so that the ash covering of darkness may not hinder the light to come out in to the open to light up the world around you.
11) Jesus overcame all sins on behalf of us to make us a new creation (2 Cor 5:21, 17). In other words, JESUS is the only one who ever EVER EVER OVERCAME PERFECTLY masturbation, pornography, and all lustful activities of the flesh to have fully walked in holiness and righteousness!!! Since only JESUS has overcome pornography, masturbation and all kinds of lust in various forms, only JESUS can help us, teach us, encourage us, motivate us and strengthen us to overcome too (1 John 5:4, 5)! Only Jesus can help us not to give in to sin when we are tempted, but instead give us the strength to stand victoriously against it and overcome it (Heb 4:15). Trust and lean on Jesus, he will lead you in the right path continuously.
12) If you are married and you are masturbating, you are hurting your marriage incredibly (Heb 13:4)! When a married person masturbates, they are bringing spiritually other men and women into their marriage too!! This is a spiritual adultery that is actually serious in the eyes of God.
As pornography and solo sex is spiritual adultery according to Jesus (Matt 5:27-28, 29-30), there will come a time when God will allow Satan to reveal the flaw in you to cleanse you and purify you to keep you in God's holiness and favor for the rest of the time ahead in your life (James 5:10, 11; Job 31:1, 42:1, 2, 5-6). Just the fact that you are masturbating in your marriage is going to give Satan permission to enter your marriage big time (Job 1:12; 2:3, 7), we need to repent of this behavior to look unto God to live victoriously again by driving back Satan who has come in to divide the family life.
Hear what the Lord Jesus is saying to you, "15 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. 16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. 21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. 22 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’”" (Rev 3:15-22).
PRAY WITH ME DEAR SAINTS : "O Lord, sorry for being lukewarm all these past years in my spiritual life, sorry for the spiritual pride in me that led me to say I am rich, wealthy and in need of nothing when I am actually wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked spiritually. O help me, I repent of my wrong thoughts and actions that led me to your loving rebuke and chastening for my own spiritual good and eternal benefit. I open the doors I have shut within me in the past to fulfill my own lust of the flesh which you always hated, and I invite you to fill all those places to have intimate communion with me from now onward, I cast this evil of the flesh out today and buy gold of great eternal value of spiritual power and a anointing that is now opening my eyes to see the reality of a overcoming life over pornography, masturbation and all its related lustful activities. Thank you Jesus for seeing my intense spiritual desire to please you and glorify you in my future, and may you grant me to sit with yourself on your throne with a great spiritual authority over sin, sickness and death. In Jesus mighty name! Amen!"
