If We Are Forgiven By God Forever, Does It Mean We Can Do Whatever Without God's Judgment Coming On Us?
Question: This Doctrine of OSAS teaches once a person is saved they can never lose their salvation. Free will has be taken away. They are now forced to serve God. This doctrine perverts God's grace by teaching people they can sin and not change, and grace will cover everything. They teach people are "forever forgiven," past, present and future. Therefore, people can use their "Grace License" to sin for free. A person can rape a 3 year old child. And the next day rape the same 3 year old child. And the next day rape the same 3 year old child. And they believe God's grace covers them. They can constantly rape this 3 year old child past, present and future. Because they think they are "forever forgiven." The Word says, "These godless people pervert the grace of God into a license for immorality." [Jude 1:4].

God's Word makes it 100% clear it's NOT talking to the Unbeliever who falls away. How could an Unbeliever fall away? It's talking to the Believer. They HAVE TASTED the goodness of God's Word and powers of the coming age. If these Believers fall away it will be IMPOSSIBLE for them to be brought back to repentance. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their ITCHING EARS want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths." [2 Tim.4:3,4]. Many people have ITCHING EARS.

Do you see Heb 6:4-6, in the list in the commented verse...then I have dealt it in this article titled, 'Does These Following Verses Speak About Falling Away From Faith Really?' according to the grace of God given me. I have been in your shoes for long and have asked those same questions, I have asked and wrestled with it before clinging on the promises of God, being convinced within that when God says it, it is true to the core. If God wants to change himself and his response of goodness based on how we behave after our salvation, then he does not need to save us at all from our sins, because we were enemies in our sin nature and sold to sin which was influencing us more than God could do without forcing his will upon us in any way (Rom 7:21, 14), and also we are still with the same sin nature after we are saved, and still if ever God's grace in Christ Jesus is taken out of our lives we will become again hopeless and worthless but thank God we are not. The only greatest hope we have in our life after we were saved is the permanence of God's salvation through His promises, because God has shown His mercy already and has given us His grace and is faithful to His promises as we cling on to it, thus we are not consumed as day after day He gives more of His mercies newly every morning (Lam 3:21-24). Think about it, God saved us not because we are good but because He is good in spite of we being hopeless sinners on the way to hell fire if not for the grace of God.
Salvation is actually a process where God suffers because of our sin, because of His unchanging love towards us till the end of our life, chastening us and correcting us to change us to become just like Him (2 Pet 3:15). He demands us to be like Him, because He knows that it is the only way we can experience Him as a part of His family and to continue to inherit His goodness forever and ever (2 Pet 1:4; 1 Pet 1:16). Just think about a parent whose child is naughty, just because they become rebellious later when they become young cannot make the parent to say that they are no more their child anymore. If we as the sons of Adam could show that much mercy to our children because we ourselves have that sin nature within us which makes us compassionate towards our children (Psa 103:13-14), how much more the Lord of all the earth who sent the last Adam to save us from sin could show His unending mercy to His children (Luke 11:13; Psa 103:14-18; Heb 2:17)?
God never imposes His will to us because He is always a gentle man forever and ever who woos us to become overcomer or He disciplines us when we continue to rebel because we are His children (Hos 2:14; Heb 12:8). Even before we became His children God knew us because of predestining us to be glorified (Rom 8:28-30), but God never forced His will upon us but drew us by His mercies and saved us by His grace (John 3:14; 12:32).
The problem with Calvinist is that they say, because God predestined us, somehow He will save us and we do not have to bother about our salvation at all. The problem with Armenist is, they believe that because Christ died for all, therefore no one can be told as predestined and so all can be saved through their belief. Then they assume that because these people were saved when they believed, they can also get unsaved when they choose unbelief. But where does the Bible stand in this regard, we know from the Scripture that it is our responsibility to believe the Gospel and become saved (John 3:16), we also know that God is faithful to keep us saved when we become saved (Php 1:6; 2 Tim 5:13).
Then what about predestination? Because God is omniscient, He knows the end from the beginning and so God says, even before you chose me, I have chosen you because of it (Isa 46:9-10; John 15:16). Just because God is the movie director who has written the story and knows the end from the beginning doesn't give us the right to partake in the movie of life to choose what we want with our volition, and then blame God for deciding the state we are in, not understanding that we have the choice to choose good or evil but we do not have the choice to evade the result of what we have chosen to do by our own choice. In other words, even though God know our entire life even before we were born, he doesn't impose anything on us forcefully to do his bidding or influence us in any way to take our choice to get saved until we get saved. Even after we have become saved, God has given us choice so that we may fear God, love Him and choose wisely (Psa 97:10). We were saved by God, so that he could help us choose the right thing which will honor Him and bring glory to Him always. We were chosen to not get condemned for our sin (John 5:24; 1 John 3:14), rather we were chosen before the foundation of the world to bear fruit for the Glory of God out of our own volition which only brings Glory to God [(i.e.) It became much debated topic of God with Satan in the Book of Job which is the first Book of the Bible (Job 1:6-12; 2:1-6)], and God's foreordained choice also helps us be conformed to the image of Christ voluntarily to show to the world around us that a family of God exists on earth apart from their works of any kind to please God (Eph 1:4-5; Rom 8:1; 1 John 4:19). In other words, we are not saved by good works but saved for good works (Eph 2:10). The bottom line is that the Bible does neither support Calvinism nor Arminianism, rather the Bible says that Jesus died for the sins of the whole world (John 1:29), so that whoever chooses to believe Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will never perish (John 3:16; Matt 7:7-8), because from the time we believe Jesus, God takes responsibility and care for keeping us saved for eternity ahead by His Power supernaturally until we will rise up one day in our glorious eternal bodies (2 Cor 1:21-22; Eph 1:13-14; Rom 8:38).
So the point of Balance the Bible maintains is, if we do our responsibility to choose what God has provided in Christ Jesus (1 Peter 1:20), God chooses to take responsibility to keep the salvation which He has provided freely apart from works of any kind on our part (Rom 4;4; Eph 2:8). Not only that, God has promised much more which is to reward us now and for eternity for whatever works we do in His name for His glory on earth while we are alive in His will (Matt 10:40-42; Heb 6:10).
The eternal permanence of salvation does not negate the free will, instead it amplifies it to bring more glory to God after we are saved by faith because Satan will come to understand that we follow Jesus not for any physical or spiritual benefits even though many of us with our darkened un-renewed soul of our mind start like that, but we end up following Jesus because of His love and love only (Rom 6:15; Rom 16:20; Eph 5:8-14; Rev 14:1-5). Not all of us end up following Jesus so purely with one motivation that is to love Him wholeheartedly, which is His desire for us (Rev 2:4), but all of us have the potential to freely love Jesus without any external motive of getting benefited for ourselves except love and love only, this is the reason God did not save us by our works but by our faith which was accounted to us like for Abraham who proved his faith as genuine by His love for God (Gen 15:6; Gal 5:6; Jam 2:22-23).

Still at other times the law of the land has been set up by God to bring wickedness to be judged by magistrates in every land (Rom 13:1-7). Still at other times God intervenes supernaturally to bring justice to the wicked when the Church is involved in prayer against the wickedness of injustice (Acts 12:23-24). God has a million ways to bring justice to the oppressed, but to those who cleanse themselves from the evil acts of wickedness, He is ever ready to show mercy and make them be a new person of blessing to the humanity (Isa 1:16-18). Repent is the one word the Lord has lastly spoken again and again to the Church, so that it can overcome all evil and inherit all blessings of God through faith (1 John 5:4-5).
I agree with you that Hebrews 6:4-6 speak about believers who fall away, but you must notice what is the punishment for them who disregard the salvation benefits of God? The punishment will be lack of repentance unto life which will make them lose the reward that could have been gained for eternity if they have walked carefully and not in lethargy towards the great salvation benefits of God (Rom 2:4; 2 Cor 7:9-10; Acts 11:18). Even when they cry for repentance, they will not be able to receive it later in their earthly life which in itself is a judgment of God because formerly salvation benefits has been despised like Esau did in his life and lost forever (Gen 25:34; Heb 12:17; Rev 3:11; 21:4; 1:5).
When you say, "If these Believers fall away it will be IMPOSSIBLE for them to be brought back to repentance" it means you believe the saved believers become unsaved because of lack of repentance, this makes your theology wrong because you are believing salvation in itself is by faith, but the maintenance of the state of salvation is by works which is absolutely wrong (Gal 3:1-6). We are saved by faith, and kept secure by that same faith by God until the end of our life which is what is called as salvation faith (Eph 2:8-9). Repentance is a gift of God before salvation and after salvation that makes the state of mind which is influenced by the conscience within to be kept pure by the Blood of Jesus which cleanses us from all our sins through the confession of our sins (1 John 1:7, 9). We cannot get any more saved than what we are already, but we can get more purified than what we are right now even until the day we die to be more and more conformed to the image of Christ who is the one and only example of the perfect God-Man we follow and try to become like (Heb 10:14; 2 Cor 7:1). I also believe in the punishment of the sinning believer who tramples the Son of God underfoot, who treats as unholy the blood of the Covenant THAT MADE HIM HOLY, and who insults the Spirit of Grace. But the only difference between you and me is the type of judgment which I place forth before you, you believe a physical, eternal and spiritual judgment but I support physical judgment for those who disobeyed the law of Moses after becoming the people of God through covenant by birth and belief, but for those who disobey the gospel even with their belief and new birth, and continue to sin in rebellion, a much more severe punishment comes to them, which is a more intense eternal judgment of the righteous which is not only physical but also a loss of reward in eternity which could have been theirs if they had continued to live a godly life of faith for the Glory of God. There is no more spiritual condemnation of judgment anymore for every believer who has chosen to follow Jesus (Rom 8:1). Which is severe judgment, just now or for that which continues in to eternity? Definitely that which continues in eternity, but unlike the unbelievers who end up in hell fire for rejecting the gospel, the saved rebellious end up in heaven but without the reward that could have been theirs which will go to others who deserved it for their valor of faith life lived on earth for the Glory of God (1 Cor 3:11-17).
We should never ever mix the doctrine of salvation with the doctrine of the benefits of salvation which will keep a person in the state of mind where he will think that to get saved is our responsibility by our faith, but to keep it intact becomes again our responsibility too through our works of faith which is absolutely wrong and will make the works become dead works. We are saved by faith alone, kept intact with the same faith alone we have already received as a gift of God, so that we may not be able to boast about our salvation for eternity ahead expect to boast in God. Hallelujah! To accuse is not my work, nor does my work is to defend myself when I am accused, that is God's work because God defends His Truth to make it prevail at the end. You may think that I am speaking to the itching ears to turn the believers ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths, but it is not my work, it is the devils work and the devil cannot be divided against himself (Matt 12:26), and to get accused for speaking the truth is acceptable because all do not have the same understanding given to me by the grace of God. God has a million ways to bring justice to the oppressed, but to those who cleanse themselves from the evil acts of wickedness, He is ever ready to show mercy and make them be a new person of blessing to the humanity (Isa 1:16-18). Repent is the one word the Lord has lastly spoken again and again to the Church, so that it can overcome all evil and inherit all blessings of God through faith (1 John 5:4-5).
Believers Are Judged Now Physically Faster So That They Will Be Justified Later By God Spiritually?
I agree with you that Hebrews 6:4-6 speak about believers who fall away, but you must notice what is the punishment for them who disregard the salvation benefits of God? The punishment will be lack of repentance unto life which will make them lose the reward that could have been gained for eternity if they have walked carefully and not in lethargy towards the great salvation benefits of God (Rom 2:4; 2 Cor 7:9-10; Acts 11:18). Even when they cry for repentance, they will not be able to receive it later in their earthly life which in itself is a judgment of God because formerly salvation benefits has been despised like Esau did in his life and lost forever (Gen 25:34; Heb 12:17; Rev 3:11; 21:4; 1:5).
When you say, "If these Believers fall away it will be IMPOSSIBLE for them to be brought back to repentance" it means you believe the saved believers become unsaved because of lack of repentance, this makes your theology wrong because you are believing salvation in itself is by faith, but the maintenance of the state of salvation is by works which is absolutely wrong (Gal 3:1-6). We are saved by faith, and kept secure by that same faith by God until the end of our life which is what is called as salvation faith (Eph 2:8-9). Repentance is a gift of God before salvation and after salvation that makes the state of mind which is influenced by the conscience within to be kept pure by the Blood of Jesus which cleanses us from all our sins through the confession of our sins (1 John 1:7, 9). We cannot get any more saved than what we are already, but we can get more purified than what we are right now even until the day we die to be more and more conformed to the image of Christ who is the one and only example of the perfect God-Man we follow and try to become like (Heb 10:14; 2 Cor 7:1). I also believe in the punishment of the sinning believer who tramples the Son of God underfoot, who treats as unholy the blood of the Covenant THAT MADE HIM HOLY, and who insults the Spirit of Grace. But the only difference between you and me is the type of judgment which I place forth before you, you believe a physical, eternal and spiritual judgment but I support physical judgment for those who disobeyed the law of Moses after becoming the people of God through covenant by birth and belief, but for those who disobey the gospel even with their belief and new birth, and continue to sin in rebellion, a much more severe punishment comes to them, which is a more intense eternal judgment of the righteous which is not only physical but also a loss of reward in eternity which could have been theirs if they had continued to live a godly life of faith for the Glory of God. There is no more spiritual condemnation of judgment anymore for every believer who has chosen to follow Jesus (Rom 8:1). Which is severe judgment, just now or for that which continues in to eternity? Definitely that which continues in eternity, but unlike the unbelievers who end up in hell fire for rejecting the gospel, the saved rebellious end up in heaven but without the reward that could have been theirs which will go to others who deserved it for their valor of faith life lived on earth for the Glory of God (1 Cor 3:11-17).
We should never ever mix the doctrine of salvation with the doctrine of the benefits of salvation which will keep a person in the state of mind where he will think that to get saved is our responsibility by our faith, but to keep it intact becomes again our responsibility too through our works of faith which is absolutely wrong and will make the works become dead works. We are saved by faith alone, kept intact with the same faith alone we have already received as a gift of God, so that we may not be able to boast about our salvation for eternity ahead expect to boast in God. Hallelujah! To accuse is not my work, nor does my work is to defend myself when I am accused, that is God's work because God defends His Truth to make it prevail at the end. You may think that I am speaking to the itching ears to turn the believers ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths, but it is not my work, it is the devils work and the devil cannot be divided against himself (Matt 12:26), and to get accused for speaking the truth is acceptable because all do not have the same understanding given to me by the grace of God. So I keep shouting the truth, no matter what it costs to me personally! THe crus of the matter to me is, am I living a life please to God always for all His benefits towards me?
