Is There Any Other Mansions Any Where Else In Heaven Or In Any Other Planet, Other Than The Existing Ones In The Father's House?
Question: Jesus Christ says there are many mansions in His Father's Place, and He is going to make it ready for you and for me who believe Him and are saved. What about other mansions outside the Father's place of residence, first of all is there any? If so, where it will be situated? Any Revelation regarding the other mansions. I request you to explain this.
Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!
You are speaking about what Jesus said to us believers in John 14:1-4, LB, "1 Let not your heart be troubled. You are trusting God, now trust in me. 2 There are many homes up there where my Father lives, and I am going [there] to prepare them for your coming. When everything is ready, then I will come and get you, so that you can always be with me where I am. If this weren't so, I would tell you plainly. 3 [See 14:2] 4 And you know where I am going and how to get there."
When the apostolic disciples who followed Jesus first the twelve and then the seventy two who were being trained in the Trinity Institute Of Discipleship with Jesus as their Master Teacher who conducted live ministry sessions for them all to learn and be molded in to His very own image (Luke 6:12-16; 9:1-6; 10:1-24), nearing the completion of the end of the course timing in which they started to learn the deep truth of God of how Jesus is going to sacrifice himself to fulfill the truth of God written in the prophecies made in all of the Old Testament Bible (John 13:18-38), their heart was very much troubled because they have left their usual comfortable and secure life and have followed their Master Jesus so that they thought of establishing the Kingdom of God on earth (Acts 1:6-8). But now all their dreams of living in the Kingdom of God on earth was becoming broken and hopeless as Jesus was telling them how he was going to die in the will of God (Matt 16:21; John 12:31-33, 36-38).
They have left their home first all to follow and be a true disciple of Jesus (Luke 14:26; Matt 10:37). Suddenly the whole world of their life which they have built around the personality of Jesus comes crashing down as Jesus was revealing to them that he had to die in the will of God to fulfill the Scripture.
Thousands of questions with unanswered heaviness was settling upon their heart, like who is going to supply our needs?, who is going to give us protection if Jesus leaves us all to die alone?, who will give us a home to sustain ourselves as a group if Jesus will not continue to be with us?, what work we should do to support ourselves and our families?, what will happen to the dream of establishing the Kingdom of God on earth?, etc...In the midst of it, Jesus was reminding of their faith in God and was also asking for them to trust him that He will come again from the dead to be with them and provide their needs in the future. In short, Jesus was asking them to trust Him with their whole heart in spite of them no able to understand the great plans of God with their finite mind. In short, the top most question in their mind was, how can good come out of the evil of death which Jesus was predicting will come to Him?
So when the disciples who were sad about what happened to Jesus on the cross, they were very sad and hopeless, in fact most of them were not able to believe that Jesus will rise up again, and also when Jesus Christ rose up in actuality, they were not able to even believe the message until Jesus came among them to meet them and teach them about the Kingdom of God (John 20:19-29; Acts 1:1-3).
Again when Jesus wanted to ascend to the throne of God after forty days of his presence and proof among them (1 Cor 15:3-8), still the troubling and nagging question in their mind was, "Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?" (Acts 1:6). This shows that the understanding of the apostles were incomplete before Pentecost, because once Pentecost came they understood so clearly the nature of the Kingdom of God now, and that which is to come. In other words, they understood that the power of the Kingdom of God that rules over the whole universe will come and make them now to be a witness to spread the good news about the goodness of Jesus the King of the Kingdom, so that those who gladly receive the message will be able to become a citizen of the Kingdom that will be established temporally for a Millennium on this earth when Jesus comes back to this earth at the time of His Second Coming, and eternally out of this world in the new earth that God has been creating until now and even up to rapture of the Church (Acts 1:7-8; John 14:1-4).
Jesus has been in his elements to build a beautiful new earth and mansions [(i.e.) Palaces of great grandeur] when he left the earth, even until the rapture he will be doing it before the praise of all the angels through His Word (John 14:1-4; Rev 21:1-3; 19:9; Heb 11:10; 12:27, NLT; John 1:1-3). Many people have often asked me what Jesus has been doing after he ascended to the throne of God and what will he be doing until the rapture of the Church happens? To that question, I have tried to answer people saying that Jesus has been interceding for the faith of the believers to stay strong until He comes in the rapture to take all of them to the Father's House (John 14:2; Rom 8:34; Rev 12:10; Luke 22:31-32). This is true, even God has promised the same to Jesus saying, "'The Lord said to my Lord, sit on my right hand, until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet'?" (Matt 22:44; 110:1). The present earth becomes the footstool of Jesus feet only at the time of His Second Coming to the earth. Until then God has continued to let loose the existing work of Satan and his angels to let the earth be subject unto them (Heb 2:5).
As we have discussed earlier, Jesus has been interceding for all the believers faith to endure to the end (Rom 8:34; John 6:39-40). Here is what Jesus Himself said what He is going to do after His resurrection, "2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.” (John 14:2-4).
In the above verses we come to understand many many things about what Jesus is doing right now along with his intercession for all believers, He is right now involved in the heavenly real estate business of bringing in to existence the new heaven and new earth in its place and has been developing this piece of real estate for all the believers who will colonize it in the future after the Rapture of the Church. The Father's House is nothing but the prime piece of the most valuable place in the entire universe where God lives and where Abraham sought a future property with God (Heb 11:10), God was very pleased with what Abraham sought by faith that he has even described it in His Word about it. Well and Good, welcome to the New Jerusalem where God lives in the City of God, made and built by Him and Him alone entirely (Heb 12:22-23). The other names for this city of God are Heavenly Jerusalem, Mount Zion (Heb 12:22), Heaven (Heb 12:23), New Jerusalem (Rev 21:2), Heavenly Country, a city (Heb 11:16), "prepared as a bride for her husband", "the holy city" (Rev 21:2), etc....but they are all pointing to the one and the same City of God.
When Jesus said, "In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you," it brings out a great truth about the already existing mansions and palaces available in the prime real estate piece which is the most valuable in the entire universe, in the City of God where it is all situated.
We know that when a believer dies, his body goes in to the dust out of which it is taken initially to be created by God in his forefather Adam (Gen 3:19; Ecc; 3:20), but his soul and spirit leaves to go to God who will receive it in heaven (Eccl 12:7; Luke 23:46; 2 Cor 5:8). There they will wait as a spirit-man in the Heavenly Jerusalem, until the Rapture of all the saints will take place, in which all the dead and living saints of the Church in all ages past to the present will receive a glorious eternal body to be taken to heaven before the Great Tribulation starts to take place on earth, and in the heavenly City of God where the "marriage of the Lamb" [i.e. Wedding of the Church] and "marriage supper of the Lamb!" [i.e. Wedding Reception for the Church] will take place (Rev 19:7, 9).
God has planned to place some of the most important generals of His who sought for this place in New Jerusalem while alive, and who walked holy to die to self and walk along with God in His will wherever He sent and went, they will receive a place in the Father's house of the New Jerusalem, and the number of them will be 144000, having the Father's name written on their foreheads (Rev 14:1; 3:12). These will be settled in the very City of God where they will sing a new song before the throne of God, every time they will sing this song, it will be heard by others as though it is a new song because God's anointing will get activated powerfully to be revealed through their song each time in new dimensions never ever seen before. Nobody will be able to sing the same song or copy these generals of the Lord who were "redeemed from the earth", as they were not "defiled with women" as they were virgins spiritually who have kept themselves clean and holy for the Lord (2 Cor 11:2-3; Rev 21:27). They will be given this special privilege because where ever Jesus went in the will of God, they went bodily on earth carrying Jesus within them to make a glorious impact for the Father. As these were redeemed among men, they were the first-fruits to God and to the Lamb Jesus Christ which means "in their mouth no deceit was found" and they "were without fault before the throne of God" (Rev 14:2-5), O Glory! Such a perfection and a perfected life lived on earth by the grace of God deserves a place in New Jerusalem for the Glory of God. So many of these including Father Abraham will be given a place here to stay, which is the nearest place to the throne of God. These precious saints will get settled in the mansions and palaces built for them within the New Jerusalem. I believe the day Jesus got resurrected, the Bible reveals that many Old Testament saints got resurrected with Jesus and were roaming around on earthly Jerusalem before they left to get settled in these palaces and mansions in the New Heavenly Jerusalem (Matt 27:51-53). Along with these already settled Old Testament saints in the City of God, God has pre-determined 144000 glorious palaces and mansions for the New Testament saints in His city, who has lived and will live a life fully sold out for the Glory of God in the past 2000 years even up to the time of the Rapture of the Church. GLORY!
One of the tough questions nobody has dared to ask by digging in to the Word of God is, "Where will the Church Stay After The Rapture?" In New Jerusalem or in the New Heaven and New Earth?
I have already answered in details about it using the parable of a marriage in Jewish culture and have titled the post as, "Where will the Church reside during the Millennium?"
Because we usually take things in the Bible according to the sequence of the Chapters and Verses, we usually think that because the information given by Apostle John regarding Millennium of Jesus comes first along with the Judgment of the White Throne for Unbelievers which all happen in the twentieth chapter of the Book of Revelation, and then the information regarding the New Heaven and New Earth comes in the twenty first chapter of the Book of Revelation, which makes us mistakenly think and assume that the establishment of the New Heaven and New Earth happen after the Millennium rule of Jesus Christ and his saints on earth. But we should understand that the whole revelation of John the apostle is to the Church and Church only, which clearly reveals that the establishment of the New Heaven and New Earth is something that will happen after the time of Rapture and not after the Millennium rule of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Because of mistaken assumption, we do not usually consider how and where the Church will reside in the Millennium during the ruler-ship of Jesus Christ our King of Kings in this present earth, but knowing that the purpose for which the apostle John wrote the of Revelation is to make the Church understand about Jesus and His purpose for their lives in the future. So there is no need to give information after the Millennium when the Church is involved in serious business of partaking in the God's sovereign purpose of ruling the old earth and old heaven for a thousand years time along with Jesus Christ. Also we see that the apostle John emphasized to the readers of this Book of Revelation to understand the following points clearly which proves that Revelation Chapter 21 and 22 will happen at the time of Rapture, after which the marriage of the Lamb and the reception in heaven will take place which we can read and understand from Rev 19:6-9.
Point No 1: Apostle John revealed that in Revelation Chapter 21 that the "the nations of those who are saved shall walk" in the light of the New Heavenly Jerusalem and "the kings" in the New Heaven and New Earth, shall "bring their glory and honor in to" the New Heavenly Jerusalem (Rev 21:1-3). Because the old earth and old heaven will also be present at this point of time, apostle John further highlights the point, "there shall by no means enter it [i.e. the New Jerusalem] anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life" which shows to us readers that, sinners will also be living in the old heaven and old earth at that point of time. In other words, even though sinners will be present in the old earth, they will not be able to enter the New Jerusalem at that time nor the earthly Jerusalem without proper attitude of worship and praise (Zec 14:16). Praise the Lord!
Point No 2: Further Apostle John revealed in Revelation Chapter 22, that the "tree of life" will yield its twelve different kinds of fruits every month, each tree yielding its fruit, "the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations", my question to you from the above Scripture is, when there is "no more pain" (Rev 21:4) in both the New Jerusalem, and the New Earth, why do the leaves of the tree of life are needed to bring healing of the nations? Because in the context, the healing from shade of the leaves in the tree of life will be needed for sinners to be set free from the disease of sin which is the root cause for all sicknesses, which will still be prevalent on the old earth because sinners will still have the sin nature within them which will deceive them to sin and thus receive curse of sicknesses which will need healing from God through the revelation of Jesus Christ through the Church.
The above two point, which is Point No 1 and Point No 2 prove that Revelation Chapter 21 and 22 are the revelation of what will happen to the Church after the Rapture of the Church and the Colonization of the New Earth in which they will be settled for eternity (Rev 22:12-17). Praise the Lord!
Thus, arranging things of the end time by Chronology of the eschatology, the following can be deduced easily,
1) The World waiting for the Messiah to come and bring peace to the peace less earth (1 Thess 5:3).
2) The Covenant made with Israel and false peace reigning in Israel and around the world for three and half years (Daniel 9:27).
3) After three and half years of false peace in Israel and around the world, suddenly the man of sin and lawlessness the Antichrist will bring an end to sacrifice and will sit in the temple of God and show to the world that he himself is God (2 Thess 2:6).
4) During these times, the watching and praying Church will be Raptured by the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thess 1:10; 3:13; 4:14-18).
So where will the Church be taken to after this event? Jesus Himself answers saying, "I am going to prepare them [i.e. New Heaven and New Earth] for your coming. When everything is ready, then I will come and get you, so that you can always be with me where I am." (John 14:2-3). From the above Scriptures, we know that Jesus Christ is preparing a new earth and new heaven for all the believers and we are told to look forward to colonizing it for the Glory of God (2 Pet 3:13). We as believers in Christ along with His ruler ship from New Jerusalem, we will start to reign on earth for the Glory of God for a thousand years and then for eternity in the New Heaven and New Earth.
We shall work with Jesus Christ from the New Heaven and New Earth in our new metaphysical glorious body to bring this old heaven and old earth to the order of God through the rod enforced leadership against sin and sinners who rebel against God and His authority (Rev 2:27; 21:1-27; Eph 1:22-23; Php 3:21). This is the Glorious end of the beginning of the earthly Church which will then become a heavenly one in the New Heaven and New Earth from where God is going to demonstrate in the ages to come the exceeding riches of His grace for eternity in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus (Eph 2:7).
Hallelujah!!! Come Lord Jesus!!!
Much Blessings...
