I Cry Day and Night to Stop It, But I Couldn't. Help!
Answer : Greetings to you in Jesus name! Glory to God! God loves you no matter what you are going through. Satan hates you and wants to keep you in bondage of sin and wants to destroy your life and make it meaningless through it. But our God is the deliverer from all bondages.
The first things you have to do is to trust God for money to support yourself through righteous means. God has promised to provide all your needs according to His heavenly riches in glorious ways if you trust in the Lord to provide all your needs (Php 4:19). In fact this is a way of abundance that start with giving to God whatever we can cheerfully. When you give to God with a willing, thankful and a grateful heart for what He has already done for you, God has promised to give you back according to His ability so that you having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work (2 Cor 9:7-8). God wants to bless you in order to make you a blessing to others.
The second thing that you should realize is that Gay lifestyle is a perversion of God's natural order and is a sin that starts when a person does not give glory to God for who He is and what He has done for him in his life, and this cursed lifestyle continues when that same person is unthankful for God's goodness shown towards him day after day in giving breathe and life to live (Rom 1:20-21, 24, 26-27). God says in His law that gayish acts are an abomination and deserves death punishment, but thank God for Jesus Christ who died for all sinners [including gays] as their substitute and thus freely provides salvation as a gift for all those who believe Him (Lev 20:13; John 3:16; Rom 6:23). GOOD NEWS : RECEIVE JESUS AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR IN YOUR HEART AND YOU WILL BE SAVED FROM SIN!
The third thing is a very important one, once you have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior in to your heart through faith confession of your mouth and believe in your heart that because He is resurrected from the dead He is alive to help you in all things that you are in need of at the present time, immediately in that moment of time the Bible says that you will be saved forever (Rom 10:9-10). Once you are saved all your past, present and future sins will all be forgiven (Col 3:13), all the demands for you to perform the righteous requirement of God in order to please Him will not be required because the requirement has been wiped off when Jesus fulfilled yours, as a believer God will be pleased with your belief than with your behavior from thereof (Col 2:13-14; Heb 11:6). From the moment you are saved by faith through God's grace which is a gift of God (Eph 2:8-9), God will see you through Jesus as righteous as He is because of you becoming an embodiment of righteousness in Jesus who is your substitute before God (2 Cor 5:21). So renew your mind with this truth to stand in the assurance of the salvation that you have received from God, which is not based on your righteous behavioral performance or merit but purely by faith. Therefore the Bible says that for a believer in Christ Jesus, there is no condemnation for sins previously committed and also for the sins we commit in our present and future time because the righteous requirement of the law will be fulfilled in us when we believers walk in the Spirit who guides us from within (Rom 8:1, 4, 9). We as believers in Christ Jesus are not in the flesh but in the Spirit positionally from the time when we were saved and so we cannot walk in the flesh continually as believers in Christ Jesus (Rom 8:9). All the believers are set to spiritual mindedness within and so once we make a choice to walk in the Spirit, we get strengthened by God's grace and therefore carnal mindedness cannot overcome a believer continually (Rom 8:5-8; 1 Cor 2:16).
The fourth thing is one of the most important thing you must do. God hates sin and loves a sinner. So when we sin we will lose the Presence of God and its blessedness over our life. So you should confess your sins to God as soon as possible when you are convicted by the Holy Spirit that you have sinned (John 16:7-8). The moment you agree with God that you have sinned, the blood of Jesus will cleanse your conscience and make it as clean as though you have never sinned at all (1 John 1:7, 9; Heb 9:14). This is what happens when justification happens every time we agree with God that we have sinned when we are convicted by the Holy Spirit (Rom 5:1; Luke 18:13-14; John 16:8). Having been justified by faith in His blood, we shall be continually be justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus (Rom 5:1, 9, 3:24-25). A new righteousness of Christ will be imparted each time we confess our sins and turn towards God by faith to overcome the sins we have committed (Php 3:9). No believer can kept in bondage by the sinful clutches of the devil until they willingly choose to let themselves be defeated by their lack of belief in the finished work of Christ (John 6:28-29).
The fifth and the final thing you must do each time you are tempted by sin is to "resist the devil" (James 4:7) by taking a good choice to submit to God in humility by acknowledging that you are weak in your own self and that you need God's strength of grace to overcome this temptation that tries to keep you in its hold (James 4:6), this is what it means for you to draw near and come boldly to the throne of grace in your time of need to find strength to overcome temptation (Heb 4:16). God has promised not to allow you to be tempted beyond your ability but with the temptation that comes each time, He will also make the way of escape through His overcoming grace that you may be able to bear the load of it (1 Cor 10:13). When you resist the devil, he will flee from you because God intervenes to empower you through his awesome grace which destroys the hold of Satan each time it attacks you and tries to bind you in the lies of sin (2 Cor 12:7-9). God has promised not to allow any sin on planet earth to have continual dominion over you when you choose to resist it with God's grace (Rom 6:14). Each time you are tempted, confess the already won victory of Jesus on behalf of you and rebuke all devils to go in Jesus name (Rev 12:11), I bet Satan and his demonic cohorts will flee every time you do this.
I believe knowing this TRUTH OF JESUS WILL SET YOU FREE if you have been set free once and for all by the Son of God Jesus (John 8:32, 36). Jesus has already freed you, if you believe that He has done it (Matt 9:29). Then taking a good choice TO RESIST THE DEVIL every time you are tempted, stand in the liberty that God has given you to be free from sin, sickness and death in this life and in the life to come (Gal 5:1).
I will be praying for you. Keep giving these above spiritual high-five's again and again as possible to yourselves by renewing your mind with these truth, thus you will be made to walk victoriously in the path of victory that Christ Jesus has designed for you. It is not just my prayer, it is your cooperation with God that makes you a overcomer over all sin and be bondage free from the lies and deceitful curses of the evil one. Love of God will always rule over lust of men and so keep yourself in the love of God by praying to God always, thus you will be led by the Holy Spirit in all circumstances you face daily and as a result of it you will be victorious spiritually (Jude 20-21)! Praise the Lord!
Much Blessings......
