God called Adam to lead, provide and guide the family and for Eve to primarily manage the home, take care of the kids and help the husband to stay on course in his spiritual and physical life for the entire family to be blessed (1 Cor 11:3, 7, 8, 9-10; 1 Tim 2:8, 11, 12, 15). Therefore the primary beautiful calling for every woman is to bear children, teach the children come up in the way of the Lord, being old they are to teach other women how to take care of the Household, they are to take care of the home and then if they are resourceful can do business from home as this must be the sphere of influence and God's calling for their lives (1 Tim 5:14; Tit 2:3-5; Isa 66:7-9). God is happy and so glad when a woman submits to the husband, and as a wise woman she builds her home (1 Peter 3:3, 4, 5, 6; Prov 14:1).
Feminism that the world has created is not just the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes, but rather it has changed the role of women within the family, and aids and encourages her to take of the role of a man in the family, having no submission to husband but rather to live independently with her own income and do whatever pleases her.
Because of the change of role within even Christian families, Christendom has taken the path of the world and it has resulted in copying their attitudes and actions of feminism, which has caused devastation and peacelessness within the Christian homes. What a pity for the Church to follow the world and experience the same result within? Broken homes, rebellious children without godliness, lack of communication within the family, no time for devotion, mechanical life, no peace, no joy and no righteous living is the result of the influence of feminism inside the Church. Lord, have mercy on us!
Now as women work in MNC's, they have no time for the family, no time to spend with their children, so much time is spent to beautify themselves so that they can look beautiful in their offices to be well pleasing to their colleagues and to be accepted there rather than in their own homes and by their husbands. Only when there is communication and understanding within the family, and the unconditional love of God reigns within the family, only then the family institution thrives within its intended purpose that God has set up for it.
When men come to the home from work where the wife is also tired from work, they all will come to a state of zombie existence where whatever food they eat is mostly precooked, ready to eat food which is least healthy for all irrespective of age, as these are marketed with great eye catching labels but filled with all the toxins and chemical preservatives that damages the health of the entire family. Lack of sexual intimacy within the home will also increase as both the husband and wife are tired and always worn out with overworked and tight schedules to finish their projects for promotion in their offices and more incentives, which actually work towards office romances because that is the only place where the women gets time to communicate in a world of lack of meaningful and intimate communication back at home where it ought to thrive. What did God teach his children regarding this? "The husband and wife ought to give sexually to the other regularly, unless they take time to fast and pray for a certain amount of time. After those times, they ought to come together to be sexually intimate again, so that the enemy of our Soul Satan may not tempt us to fall in to fornication or adultery or in other lustfully perverse activities because of the lack of self-control to keep themselves within the one man one woman relationship of marriage for life." (1 Cor 7:5, Paraphrased). For the woman to give quality time to her husband, because she is a weaker vessel (1 Peter 3:7), she must prepare herself with all the energy saved for intimate time within her family life, so that the husband can dwell with her in understanding, thus giving honor to the wife for her love and affection towards him and his children.
If the Biblical way of building home in a godly way is followed where women choose to stay at home and build their family, I believe the home will be a little heaven on earth, where there will be healing, health, love, joy, peace and righteousness which is the right way of living life (Rom 14:17).
Once a woman fulfills all the basics of building a Christian home, then whatever way she resourcefully uses the time left apart from those used for daily chores can then be used for the financial furtherance of the family or for her own self improvement.
We see the proverbs 31 woman, who is considered chaste woman, having or showing high moral standards is something that must be seen in details to get a gist of it to be applied for modern women of the 21'st century.
