Why The Petecostals See Demons Behind Everything Instead Of Seeing God?

Are Demonic Forces The Cause Behind Everything Wrong On Earth?

Question: 'Behind everything that goes wrong, these are demonic forces.' Is this statement true?

Answer: The above statement is not true because the devil and demons are tempters, but we are responsible whether to give him a opportunity to go further, or deny them a place and instead drive them out. Every human is a imperfect person who can make mistakes out of carelessness sometimes, lethargy other times, voluntary evil still other times, induced evil rarely, sometimes demonic, etc....So humans are responsible to steward their situations, and not blame the devil when something goes wrong always.

Here is a Scripture that will give you a better understanding regarding this scenario,
"13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. 15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. 16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. 18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace." (James 3:13-18).

The above Scriptures point to us that wherever and whenever
"envy and self-seeking exist" in any humans, there "confusion and every evil thing are there". If we have God's wisdom we will know how to sow righteousness in peace to those and by those who make peace. God's wisdom has unique characteristics of the following essence which we notice and judge to authenticate it as genuine, it will be "first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and then] willing to yield, [further it will be] full of mercy and [have] good fruit [of Christ's character], [and finally it will be] without partiality and without hypocrisy."

Every wisdom of human fleshly ones "does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic." In other words, we saying everything that goes wrong are caused by demonic forces is not fully correct, but one third of it is correct. First there are earthly evil that comes out of the sinful heart of all humans (Mark 7:20-23) [done by humans without any external influence], then there are sensual level of evil that is from the influence of the world that causes wrong things to happen (1 Tim 2:9-12; Eph 5:18; 1 Tim 3:6; 6:10; 2 Tim 3:1-9; 1 John 2:15-17) [humans under the love for the world system of governance do these things], and finally there are evils and wrongs done through direct demonic forces acting through humans, who have sold their soul to these evil beings for the sake of controlling their environment, and their thirst for the supernatural. Satan and demons can only operate as much as people willingly give themselves for these evil beings to operate. They come in to a person's life through fear and intimidation, involvement in idolatry, practicing sinful perversions, instigating evil for profit, involvement in witchcraft, occult and cult behavior, etc...

So no Christian should ever blindly find demons at every corner and blame them instead of taking authority over their own life and sins that besets them in Jesus name, and overcome them all by the grace of the Lord Jesus for the Glory of God. Usually you will find the Pentecostal charismatics who are always finding demons at every turn and corner lurking to attack them, then they blame them always and give them credit for all wrongs, instead of taking blame for their own foolishness and love for the world that brought these wrongs in to their lives. Satan and demons do not have so much power like the Pentecostals project them to be, instead of seeing God at every turn in their lives through a pure heart, they see otherwise because of lack of sound teaching and a impure heart within the Church (Matt 5:8).

Remember every Christian is a fighter, who overcomes the demons and sins in Christ Jesus through whom they are more than conqueror in Him who has loved them (Rom 8:37).

Thanks and Blessings....
