The Fourth Roman Empire is soon coming to an end, because it never really ended for the last two thousand years.
Roman emperors were not considered kings, as monarchy was viewed as tyrannical. The title "emperor" meant "one who gives command" and was distinct from hereditary kingship. It is like the modern President of the United States of America!
Since the founding of Rome, all of Rome (the statehood, not just the city) has never ever fully been conquered, and is therefore continuing today.
Then can we say that the Roman Empire never ended and is now the EU? You could, but it is only a small part of the overall federal structure back then.
In terms of geography the EU is an extended version of Frankish Roman Empire under Charlemagne. First the times have changed but the territory is the same. The people largely are the same.
The prophet Daniel wrote the following, "I watched then because of the sound of the pompous words which the horn (the last Trump or the president of the the United States) was speaking; I watched till the (Fourth Roman) beast was slain, and its body destroyed and given to the burning flame (in Armageddon by Jesus Christ and the glorious Church)." (Daniel 7:11).
The above Biblical prophecy predicts that Rome would once again be not only the symbolic Capital, but also the real Imperial seed of the Western Roman emperors once again. But the political power of the whole world will remain with America and the 8th New World Order Empire of United Nations or Roman Union Kings of 10 horns who will be given power without territory for some period of time, which will come out of the 7th world Anglo-Saxon empire of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (Rev 17:11). But the one world empire with one world leader will be declared only for the second half of Daniel 70th week, when three will be subjugated and the other seven will give their power voluntarily to the Antichrist (Dan 7:23-26; 8:23-25)!
The Biblical fact that the Roman government "never ended" is based on the continuity of the Eastern Roman Empire, or Byzantine Empire, which lasted until 1453, and the lasting influence of Roman institutions on later states like the Holy Roman Empire and even modern republics like Anglo-Saxon Empire of Britain, through which the United States of America has continued until the present time.
While the Western Roman Empire officially fell in 476 AD, its administrative, legal, and cultural legacy persisted, and the Eastern Empire carried on Roman traditions for another thousand years.

When the Roman Empire split into East and West, the Eastern half continued as the Roman Empire with its capital in Constantinople.

Agenda 2030:
The Bible tells you that everything is going to head to one world ruler, a one world government, a one world military, and a one world economy after the midpoint of Daniel 70th week (Revelation 13:1-18).
That antichrist system is not really blessed by God, but rather Satan will give his power fully to build this final digital Babel tower through technocrats, and will anoint his son the Antichrist with all false signs, wonders and miracles to deceive people so that they might not be saved (2 Thess 2:8-12). The first three and half years of the Great Deception of Daniel 70th week will start in 2026, through a one world religion and apostasy (2 Thess 2:3-4). During this turbulent period of time, the New power on the block, the final Empire of the world, will divide 10 Union Kings and share its power to them for a period of time. Three Union Kings and their power will be subjugated and brought in control by the Antichrist within that three and half years time of the first half of the Daniel 70th week (Dan 7:20). It will be the three Union powers of Russia, China and India. Just after this, the seven other Union Kings will give their power completely to Antichrist. So that, the Abomination of Desolation will come right on around the time of 2029 the end of June, will then become the mid-point of Daniel 70th week, which again will be the midnight cry about the coming Bride Groom and the Rapture of the Bride the Church (Matt 25:6-10; 1 Thess 5:3, 6). From that point onwards, it will usher in the worst 3 and half years of the Great Tribulation period in the second half of the Daniel 70th week that the earth has ever known. The Great Tribulation will be around 2029 July to 2032 and within it, in which the Daniel 70th week will end. So from that moment onwards, that is 2029 June, when you see anything that pushes you in that one world direction to make you receive the mark of the beast mandatorily, you can know that it is not of God. Run, run, run...away for your life, before it gets too late!
Again you can ask me, how can you be sure of 2026 as the year in which the Daniel 70th week will start? As far as I know, God who reveals the season and time to all his servants without which he will do nothing on earth, has revealed to me through a flash vision about it (Job 33:15-16; Dan 7:13; 8:26; Amos 3:7). There is nothing great about me, except that we should all get ready for the time of the season of the mid-night cry, after which rapture can happen anytime and any moment, once the Rapture happens, all hell will break loose on earth. We know the times and seasons as we come close, but of that day no one knows according to the Scripture revealed by Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour (Matt 24:36-39). Hallelujah!
I humbly submit before you all, what I have been revealed from God, I can be wrong or the timing of it can be little bit not sharply understood and expressed by me accurately, but believe me that you need to seek the Lord who has called me in to this ministry to edify the Body of Christ Jesus, for more conviction and clarity regarding these things. God created man to be free. This antichrist spirit and its end time company seeks to control the population, and reduce it for their own comfort and convenience. The United Nations passed “Agenda 21” and now it is called “Agenda 2030”.
So what is Agenda 2030?
It’s a rebranding of Agenda 21. By the year 2030, they want certain things in place. By their definition, Agenda 21 is, “A comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of The United Nations System, Governments, and major groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.”
Because being human will always have an impact on the environment, Agenda 21 paves the way for extraordinary UN control.

So you can clearly understand that abortion is NOT about reproductive health services- it is about the agenda of reducing the earth’s population.

Though Jerusalem was destroyed by Romans around 70 A.D. like a flood very visible and tangible as it was left desolate, yet exactly according to the above verses the Romans have kept Jerusalem in their own hands until today. Till the end which is the generation we are living in, the western (extension of European Roman west is USA) and eastern (extension of Roman division) is Iran with its proxies in Egypt and Turkey which has fought over it, the dominant Northern Kingdom (European Roman Company-NATO) and the Southern Kingdom (Iran and Company) are still fighting for it.
