Once Saved And Always Saved, And More...!

Questions And Answers Regarding OSAS — Once Saved Always Saved?

Question: When you say, once saved is always saved, what about the phrase "if you continue in the faith" which is in the Bible?

Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!

The moment we say "if you continue in the faith", to put a conditional clause to our salvation, that same moment that faith becomes a work...it is not real faith of the Bible at least in our understanding which lacks the reality of the Biblical order.

Anything that needs striving on our part is work...everything that God takes care of is rest...Salvation is rest on our part....complete perfect work on God's part.

Question: Did Jesus butter your toast this morning too? You also have obligations and play a part. Yes, only Jesus can create a new spirit and produce new birth. However, the covenant part of salvation is your part in the equation as well as believing, obeying and loving God.

Answer: The covenant is not a conditional covenant as the Old, but an unconditional covenant that conditions the heart of humans by its sheer magnificence. Our part is to believe and let God do His work in us, till the day comes when He will reward us for what we have done for Him. So you need to see the clause in order to differentiate between the Old and the New. Old says "If you...do...", "then I will" says God. In the New God says, "I will...I will...I will...just believe!!!" Hallelujah!

Question: You are confusing yourself. God doesn't exist for your pleasure but you exist for His. You were created to love and worship Him. If you don't give Him first place then He will spit thee out. He doesn't need you that badly. Remember, only 8 people were saved through the flood. If you think the apostasy doesn't refer to Christians then you are in error. If you think those who departed from the faith were just worldlings attending church then you are wrong again. If you think the lukewarm were not true Christians then you are wrong a third time. But what if you don't let God do His work in you? Or harden your heart and rebel or fall into willful sin?

Answer: If we don't let God do His work in us or harden our heart and rebel or fall in to willful sin, God will first of all chastise us, if we continue to resist the chastisement of the Lord, he will fail to deal with us as his son but a child
(Heb 12:7), but in that case we are the one who will lose great eternal reward which God has in store for us. God has nothing to lose, except feel sad for our stubbornness of heart which has denied his eternal goodness from us. So near, yet so far from their reward will be the story of many believers in heaven who do not run the race with patience and faith.

Question: The Bible says God will judge His people and it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.....That doesn't sound like losing a few rewards to me. Does it to you? You are supposed to fear God. That is what is lacking in the church today. No mention of hell outside and inside the church. Why do you care about sound doctrine if you cannot be lost? What are the damnable heresies Peter warned the church about? Damnable means they will damn you. He wasn't referring to the lost Hindus. God gives you what you choose. If you tread on the blood of Jesus you will go to hottest hell.

Did Jesus butter your toast this morning too? If you take the mark of beast you will go to hell also. God cannot stop you nor will He duct tape your mouth to keep you from denying Him.

Answer: I am not in confusion....but I am asking you to think logical and Biblical for you to grasp sound doctrine which is able to establish you in faith. I agree, God does not exist for our pleasure, but He does exist to share his joy and fellowship with us as sons and not servants who are inferior in every aspect. If we do not love God, his spitting out is not the person but the attitude of us which is good for nothing and is a dead work that carries no reward for us. We live to please God, and his displeasure is the spitting out and not the very person who is his child. God cannot reject himself as we are part of Him, he actually does not reject us no matter what, just like the parent feels bad when a child commits error and that does not make them reject their child forever
(2 Tim 2:13). If God doesn't need a believer that badly, why should He give the life of his only begotten Son to suffer and die to achieve salvation, when he could have easily sent a angel or someone else to do that Job (John 3:16)? Please read the Bible, only 8 people were saved physically from the flood, but the rest of the disobedient who physically died along with unbelievers were preached the Gospel by Jesus after his death and was taken to heaven with Him (1 Peter 3:21; 4:6). This shows that God judges his children now physically in strictness, so that later they might be justified liberally in salvation for eternity because of what Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior has achieved for them (1 Peter 4:17; 1 Cor 11:30-32). The end time apostasy is not Christians becoming unsaved, but the unsaved deluding themselves as saved in deception that will create a apostate church on earth that will not watch and pray regarding the times they will be in, and thus miss the greatest event promised for them by the Lord Jesus which is the rapture of the Church before Tribulation (2 Thess 2:3, 11; Luke 21:36).

You see around us, there are Church that even deny the deity of Christ, and some never speak of holiness, still other want to motivate people to have success in their worldly life, etc...do you think such message has the power to save the souls of people from sin? Nay, I say no message can except the message of the Cross in which rests the power of God
(1 Cor 1:18). The lukewarm are warned of Jesus' displeasure in his reply "I will vomit you out of My mouth" (Rev 3:16) because they do not know that they were naked without garments of salvation so that the shame of their nakedness if revealed they will be bound to hell fire later (Isa 61:10; Rev 19:7-8; Matt 22:12-14). So Jesus wants the unsaved to wake up in context on the premise of the physical Church on earth itself, before it becomes too late for them to realize the unsaved condition of their heart which have no way out after their physical death and will never even enter heaven, let alone the reward.

Also it is a fearful thing to fall in to the hands of the Lord, because what happened to the Israelites is a example to the Church, in which many physically died because of their disobedience in the wilderness
(1 Cor 10:6-11; Rom 15:4), yet spiritually their lives were covered by the Lord in perfection without any blemish (Num 23:21). The same will happen to the believers where they will even lose their physical life by the judgment of the Lord, Is it not terrifying to die physically because of God's judgment (1 Cor 11:30; Acts 5:1-11)? Do not speak lightly of eternal reward, you must understand as apostle Paul expressed that if we were to hope for prosperity and reward for our spirituality in this life alone, we of all people on earth the most pitiable, why because most of the believers are rich in faith but poor financially and socially in this earthly life (1 Cor 15:19; 1:26-28; Jam 2:5). So we must understand that the eternal reward for a Christian is the most important motivation for good works and holy life when he lives on earth.

Fear of God is a treasure for every child of God, if they do not value it they will miss the greatness of its blessing on earth and also in heaven
(Isa 33:6; Mark 10:29-31). Jesus is the greatest example of the person who got favored by God because of his godly fear, should not we follow him to have that same favor over our lives too or miss it for chastisement from God or even face terror of God's judgment physically to miss eternal rewards along with it (Heb 5:7)? We are in the times of falling away as you already agree, so we must be equipped with sound doctrine to overcome the deception that is upon the Church by the will of God. Yes those damnable heresies includes salvation by works, salvation by faith and maintenance of it by works, denial of Christ's deity, prosperity health and wealth gospel, successful life on earth, etc....can you deny even one of those described that they are not rampantly spreading within the Church?

When a person is without defense from the Bible, immediately the sons of Adam start throwing accusation against the one who convicts or speaks about ignorance of the Biblical order? So you are showing that character as all at the end. May God open your eyes to the realities of heaven and keep you safe from deception of the end time. Do not be too religious, but be spiritual whether you are in America or any other nations of the world, the Bible remains the same. If we obey the Gospel through living a life of faith, we will be rewarded or else we will be damned.

Question: You understand them incorrectly. Now, go and ask God before you are cast into hottest hell.

Answer: You yourself prove, that going to hell is by work...and not by faith which takes to heaven those who trust the promises of God

Incorrect understanding of salvation doctrine does not take us to hell fire, but lack of repentance will
(2 Cor 7:10).

Many simple believers with lack of education who have not even know the Bible or know how to read the Bible, by hearing the good news of Jesus Christ proclaimed through God's messenger and other friendly believers, have humbled themselves and repented of their sins to be in heaven today. But great theologians and priests who were intellectuals without repentance have ended up in hell fire.

You are referring and asking me to go to the God of the Bible who is pleased only by faith or the god of works that Christian religion promotes
(Heb 11:6)?

I deserve hottest hell for all my works, that is why God assured me the beautiful heaven by faith
(John 11:25-26)!

Hallelujah! GLORY TO GOD!

Question: The Bible tells us in Revelation 2 that the saints lost their first love and in Revelation 3 that the saints became lukewarm. It is then possible for saints to sin willfully, become lukewarm or even cold. This is referring to Christians and not worldlings. Jesus wont let you go unless you let Him go through willful sin.

Answer: If we are kept by works, no humans can ever be able to keep the salvation because none of us deserve to be in heaven by our works which are like filthy rags before God
(Isa 64:6). We deserve hell fire, and because of having no hope for salvation, Jesus stepped in and saved us by HIS WORKS which COMPLETED OUR SALVATION. SO we are not saved by good works, but are saved for good works which gets rewarded for us if we do it with pure motive for the GLORY OF GOD! A person is either saved for eternity or not saved for eternity. There are no middle ground for any human to stand on. Sin brings eternal death, Jesus gives eternal life to those who believe Him. Defeated Christian is called to be victorious, but when the flesh prevails God chastens a disobedient believer and expresses his displeasure to make the believer walk in faith again. Any believer who is born again can be certain about where He will go if he were to die anytime, because the Spirit of God gives assurance if a person is saved (1 John 3:24). But a ungodly life will bring fear and make a person lose that confidence to make him expect judgment instead of reward from God. That is why a repentant lifestyle is a fitting tribute to what Jesus Christ has already done for a believer to qualify him to enter heaven and bring Glory to God. Regret will be the lyrics of the song for every unfaithful and un-thankful believer, who will let go of this opportunity given by God to live a grateful life towards Him on earth which God exchanges for a eternal reward, which is expected by God for all the good things He has done for each believer and guaranteed eternal reward for each who live with the pure motive of bringing Glory of God. God is not desperate to save the righteous who think that they need no salvation freely because of being able to work it out by their own strength. But God as the soul doctor of humans is desperate to save the sick who know for sure that they are sin sick and lost and need the Savior Jesus to save them from it, and have no other way to get saved. Only in Christ, only through faith, only by grace and never by works. If it is of works even for .00001%, then it is not of grace which is a pure 100% gift of God for the salvation of sinful lost and hopeless. So either it is completely by faith or by works, there are no in-between in salvation.

Question: You still didn't answer my question. Are YOU CERTAIN that You will be in Heaven if you should die?

Answer: Yes by the grace of Jesus! Only a person living a holy life or a honest life before God can be certain that they will be in heaven even if they were to die immediately
(2 Cor 5:8).

Question: Once Saved is established throughout our Life, if we are not turning back to our Old Sins against the will of God. Is that completely true?

Answer: If we turn back to our old sins knowingly and in rebellion against our Father, there is no more offering available for us to cover and cleanse us from our sins and we like the Prodigal son will lose the fellowship of God's Presence and will get lost from it. I mean we cannot get unsaved because we did not save ourselves, but God saved us and is able to keep us saved. God is not man to promise salvation and then change his mind as though God did not know what kind of worst sinners we are or will be, and that he is caught by surprise. God knew that we are useless sinners who need His Presence and will need His fellowship to find meaning in our life. God cannot change and His promise cannot change. God promised to save us and He is faithful to save us to the end. But knowingly if we sin, we will be chastised and corrected by God because we are His child. But if we continue to love sin and not hate it for years together even after God has chastised us, then there comes a time when without repentance in our life, we will come to expect a fearful judgment in the time to come because of losing our assurance within our heart which the Holy Spirit would have spoken in the past regarding our salvation. This is the judgment of the Lord and so we will come to lose our eternal reward too along with the peace and joy that should have been ours in abundance if we would have chosen to walk in obedience and in the will of God. Even though a believer will be physically judged for his sins, he will be spiritually saved for eternity and from the condemnation of hell fire because of what Jesus has done for him, yet as through fire all his works will tested and then rewarded which will remain for eternity with the person who will receive it in heaven
(1 Cor 3:15; Rom 8:1).

I mean a believer who lives carelessly in sin, should check whether he is really saved or he should decide to be ready to receive the chastisement from the Lord which in extreme may be lack of fellowship with God due to lack of repentance or even physical death. When we are not able to receive a repentant heart to turn back to God from sin, that in itself is a judgment from God that will make the believer to be miserable for the rest of his life on earth without peace and joy and righteousness
(Rom 14:17). Repentance is a gift of God that leads to life when received, or lack of it will lead to death which is a separation from God temporally which will make the believer miserable without the Presence of God and will not lead to eternal separation from God like the unsaved (2 Tim 2:25-26; 2 Cor 7:10).

When a person chooses to sin, backslide and give up faith, he should check himself whether he really had a saving faith or just a religious soulish fervor in his unsaved condition that withered away due to unfavorable situations
(1 John 2:19; 2 Cor 13:5-6). God's plan for such a person is to repent and believe the Gospel to get saved. Hallelujah!

Much Blessings....

Does The Lost Chapter Of Luke 15 Reveal About Trinity?

What Is The Parable Of Trinity?

By Abraham Israel

Question: Does the lost Chapter of Luke 15 reveal about Trinity? What is the Parable of Trinity?

Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!

Recently as I was conversing with a Pastor, he was trying to tell me more about the meaning of the whole Parable of the lost Sheep, lost Coin and lost Son. In a flash a revelation came to me regarding the Trinity hidden in this wonderful chapter of Luke 15 full of insightful parables which I then explained to him and he found it very interesting and edifying. Glory to God!

I would like to just reveal what I received in a fraction of second what the Lord revealed regarding truth of the Trinity hidden in these parables.

In the the whole of the New Testament, God has clearly put a strong foundation to reveal how God can be one but yet three in person.

Let us delve in to the revelatory message itself, here is the chapter:

The Parable Of The Lost Sheep

"1 Then all the tax collectors and the sinners drew near to Him to hear Him. 2 And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, “This Man receives sinners and eats with them.” 3 So He spoke this parable to them, saying: 4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance." (Luke 15:1-7).

The Parable Of The Lost Silver Coin

"8 “Or what woman, having ten silver coins, if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search carefully until she finds it? 9 And when she has found it, she calls her friends and neighbors together, saying, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found the piece which I lost!’ 10 Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”" (Luke 15:8-10).

The Parable Of The Lost Prodigal Son

"11 Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. 13 And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. 14 But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. 15 Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.

17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’ 20 “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ 22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23 And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry. 25 “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing.

26 So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’ 28 “But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. 29 So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. 30 But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’ 31 “And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’”" (Luke 15:11-32).

Hallelujah!

The fact that God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit were all involved in the salvation, sanctification and glorification of every child of God is revealed in these Parables beautifully (Matt 28:19-30). Trinity is a concept within a word that has been coined around the first and second century after Christ and his apostles died, and there arose a lot of heresies that tried to destroy the truth that God is one in unity and purpose, and yet three in person. Thus to keep people from being misled from the above truth, they coined this word called 'Trinity'.

Trinity's unity is something that comes out of oneness of purpose and not sameness of persons. 'Tri' is three, 'nity' is 'togetherness', so the word trinity does mean that the three in togetherness forms a one God in whom there is no trace of change of one from the other.

The Christian doctrine of the Trinity (Latin: Trinitas, lit. 'triad', from Latin: trinus "threefold")

[1] holds that God is one God, but three coeternal consubstantial persons

[2] or hypostases which means God who is three in one is an underlying reality or substance, as opposed to attributes or to that which lacks substance.

[3] — the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit — as "one God in three Divine Persons". The three Persons are distinct, yet are one "substance, essence or nature" (homoousios).

[4] In this context, a "nature" is what one is, whereas a "person" is who one is.

In other words, because 'God is Love', he is three in person (1 John 4:16,b). What does it really mean? It means God cannot Love without the other persons involved within their relationship. A God who says, "I am Love," cannot really be one in reality, until He is able to practice what He speaks. Why just three within God-head, and not four, five or more in it? God is three in person, because only these person were the one's referred in the Bible again and again and again from Genesis to Revelation. Because there are three person who were uncreated, self-sustaining and infinitely holy, we cannot explain the source of the infinite God who has revealed himself to us mercifully. Our human capacity is very limited to understand a infinite beginning and infinite ending which is God Himself.

So we know all the three persons of the Godhead work in tandem and coherence in the salvation of mankind, we find it interesting for Jesus to highlight the work of each one through this 'Parable of the Lost' I believe.

This Chapter starts with people who are unworthy and sinners drawing near to Jesus Christ in humility to hear Him, and be saved from their sin. While the religious law-keeping unsaved sinners who thought that they were holy by their striving, were complaining about Jesus because the sinners were given a free pass to heaven by Him to make them find the riches of heaven through the forgiveness of their sins, while these Pharisees and scribes themselves were not able to still receive fully the assurance from God that their sins were forgiven once and for all. Because of their hypocrisy, these religious law-keepers were not able to grasp the truth that their law-keeping were temporarily set in place by God to lead them to Christ Himself who can only give them the true eternal life of friendship with God and peace with fellow humans (Gal 3:24-25).

Here in the above parables itself we see a great difference that Jesus revealed to the Old Testament law-keepers and the New Testament believers, which was further explained by the Writer to the Book of Hebrews who said "11 And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, 13 from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. 14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified." (Heb 10:11-14). We see in the New Testament, the believers sins are forgiven by God in Christ forever and ever, but for the Old Testament law-keepers there is a reminder of sins once a year (Heb 10:3). Because in the Old Testament times, the sins were covered by God, there comes a reminder of the need for more sacrifice for more covering (Psa 32:1). But in the New Testaments our sins were not just covered, but we were cleansed now and then from the consciousness of sin through our confession of our sins to God because the blood of Christ still speaks to God being alive before the throne of God (Heb 10:2, 22-23; 1 John 1:7, 9; 2:1-2; Heb 9:14; Heb 11:4; 12:24; 9:12, 24). In other words, by the blood-purification of the heavenly tabernacle, the Accuser Satan has been replaced by the Advocate Savior Christ Jesus who now lives in heaven to intercede for us (Hebrews 7:25). Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

So all the lost parables are spoken by Jesus Christ as a response to the religious sinners and the seeking sinners alike to make them understand how God sees them all in His sight, and what good things or bad things they will experience because of their attitude towards God. In true spirituality, attitude towards God sets the altitude of blessing from God. The lesser the humility, lesser the blessing. Greater the humility, greater will be the blessing. The lower you bring yourself before God, the higher He lifts you up before Himself and men.

1) The Parable Of The Lost Sheep — Jesus Working For Salvation Of Sinful Humans

"3 So He spoke this parable to them, saying: 4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance." (Luke 15:1-7).

As a human we all have some basic characteristics to be always compassionate towards someone who is lost and to go after them even when we have enough of the same type with us already. A human shepherd is always looking for the lost and hurting one, he leaves the ninety-nine in the wilderness to go after the one which is lost until he find it. When he finds it he lays it on his shoulders, and returns home rejoicing. After he returns back home, he calls his friends and neighbors to say, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ In the same way, Jesus being infinitely compassionate for every lost sinner, goes after him who is lost in the darkness of this present world and when he finds them through their repentance towards God from their sins, he calls the angels of heaven to rejoice in heaven over the repentant sinner in comparison to the so called religious person and unsaved sinner who finds no need for repentance because of living in the deceived condition of darkness within their heart.

Jesus is the one who as a good shepherd of the sheep of humanity, was sent by God and came voluntarily in to this world searching for the lost souls of men who needed desperately the salvation which leads to eternal life
(John 10:14; 3:16; 17:3). Humans were the lost sheep, and the repentant sinner who turns to God and is found by Jesus Christ in penitence is in the form of percentage which is hundred is to one. For every hundred sinners in the world, only one percentage of it turn to God in repentance and Jesus finds them and takes them safely home back to heaven without fail (John 14:1-4). This is the reason Jesus clearly said, "13 “Enter by the narrow gate [of faith and repentance (Acts 20:21)]; for wide is the gate [of unbelief] and broad is the way that leads to destruction [of hell fire because you need to nothing to end up there], and there are many who [are born as human] go in by it. 14 Because narrow is the gate [of faith and repentance] and difficult is the way which leads to life [with God in heaven], and there are few [who become the child of God and hence come to find friendship with God to] ...find it." (Matt 7:13-14, Paraphrased).

In this Parable of Trinity, we see Jesus Christ specifically going after the lost sinner leaving the self-conceited righteous who find no need for repentance. Jesus Himself in another place said, "Healthy people don't need a physician, but sick ones do. I did not come to call righteous people, but sinners." (Mark 2:17). We see that most of the humanity is so deceived spiritually, that they find no need for a sin curing doctor because they do not consider themselves as sinners. Jesus always used sarcasm to highlight the deception that humanity is in, it was hyperbole thrown by Jesus on humanity as a whole which considers itself as righteous.

Only those who come to realize the lost state they are in, will be found by Jesus, and Jesus and the whole of heaven and its angels will rejoice over them when they get saved believing in the simple message of the cross which is seen as foolishness by the world that is lost in the darkness of sin (1 Cor 1:18, 20-21).

Usually the wrong interpretation comes when people take everything literally without considering the context of sarcasm and hyperbole that Jesus throws to increase the importance of the message be brings. I heard a pastor interpret the ninety nine righteous as those who are saved and are safe within the Church. But the folly of such assumption comes from taking anywhere they find the word 'sheep' within the Bible as 'saved believers' by default. What they do not realize is that, Jesus spoke and conveyed his heavenly message through simple day to day situations of life in the country life, and so the context was more important than the content. Does Jesus leave the believer and go after the one sinner within the world to carry them back? Jesus promised through his Word, that he will never leave the believer nor forsake them even for a moment in all of eternity ahead, then how can the Church be left alone (Heb 13:5)? So it is completely wrong to consider the ninety nine righteous as Church believers. Do the Church believers need no repentance, have they attained such a heavenly mind already when the Scripture again and again asks them not to be conformed to the world but be transformed by the renewal of the mind (Rom 12:2)?

So in this Parable of Trinity we see Jesus going after the ungodly sinner who is lost in the darkness of this present world and seeks for a Savior to save them from sin which has held their life in slavery to it. Jesus saves and loses none of those who come to Him (John 6:39-40; 10:27-30). No man can come to Jesus, except those drawn by the Father in heaven (John 6:44), and the Holy Spirit convict him of his sin (John 16:7-11). In other words, Jesus went after the lost sheep when he was alive on the earth, now that He is seated on the right hand of the Father in heaven, he has sent his ambassadors to go after them and bring them back to the heavenly home in heaven by sharing the message of the Cross which is the good news to them that are lost in sin and those who are seeking for a Savior to save them from it (Rom 8:34; John 20:21-23; Matt 28:18-20). Jesus is the redeemer who starts the life of salvation. Hallelujah!

2) The Parable Of The Lost Silver Coin — The Holy Spirit Working For The Sanctification Of Sinful Humans

While Jesus is the object of belief through which the lost sheep are saved, the Holy Spirit is the executive who supplies salvation with Himself as the seal of of promise who is the guarantee of believer's future inheritance (Eph 1:13-14). Judas betrayed and sold the life of the invaluable sinless Son of God Jesus Christ for thirty pieces of silver coin (Matt 26:14-16; 27:3-10), but the Holy Spirit who knows the value of each of the believers in Christ Jesus, actually lights the Scripture and start to make it shine in the heart of each believers, until the believer starts to sweep the house by confessing his sins and again finds the transformational Presence of God changing his heart with the righteousness of Jesus Christ the King of Kings (Hab 2:23; Psa 119:105; Matt 5:14-16; 12:43-44; John 16:7-11; Rom 12:2; 1 Cor 1:30-31). Hallelujah!

It is natural for a believer with sin nature to get lost in the darkened world of sin, self and Satan, but it is always supernatural for the Holy Spirit to make the believer who repented for salvation to continue in the same repentance for the work of salvation to get perfected through holiness, from which sanctification is attained for the Glory of God (1 Thess 5:23-24).

The saved believer is compared to a silver coin because the Holy Spirit purifies the life of believer just like a silver is purified seven times to perfection (Psa 12:6). This sanctification of the soul happens through the Word of God, and as silver is refined the believers are continually refined until God could see the image of His own Son Jesus Christ in them which will only bring Glory to God (John 17:17; Rom 8:29-30).

The Holy Spirit is compared to a woman because of the continuous work of the Lord in the heart which is done by the Holy Spirit who is the executive manager of God's home (Heb 13:5; 2 Thess 2:13), which makes Him to fulfill the promise of a mother or work of a woman (Gen 2:22; 3:20), a person like that of a wise woman who builds the home of the believers body, soul and spirit to never leave nor forsake the child of God (Prov 14:1), to be a consoler and counselor and comfort and guide (John 15:26; Isa 66:13; 52:12), until they grow big to become well grown sons of God (Rom 8:14).

Thus the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a child of God and a believer is the continuing work of repentance. Thus repentance is not a one time work on a day to get saved and go to heaven, but rather it is the continuing work by the Holy Spirit in the heart of a believer to bring heaven to the heart through their obedience and make the light of heaven shine through their good works to the darkened world that is all around them for the Glory of God (2 Pet 1:19-21).

There is great joy in heaven among angels and saints alike along with the Holy Spirit for the one sinner who repents from the life of sinfulness in to the calling of a saint, which is to walk in the righteousness of God which they have already become to do the works which God has planned for them after their salvation (1 John 5:7-8; 1 Tim 1:15; 1 Cor 1:2; 2 Cor 5:21; Eph 2:10).

The Holy Spirit is the person who continues the work of salvation in the life of believers. Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!

3) The Parable Of The Lost Prodigal Son — The Father Working For The Restoration Of Sinful Humans

When Jesus spoke regarding the Parable of the Prodigal Son, it was the revelation of the heart of the Father in heaven towards all the sinful humans and his yearning for them to get restored back in to the relationship that were supposed to have continued if not for the sins of all humankind. God loves the sinner but hate their sin and wants them to overcome it (Gen 4:7). God has not changed from the beginning of time, God hates sin because sin separates man from this holy God who hates it but loves humankind infinitely. God showed his love for all humans through sending His only begotten Son to die for them and save them from sin through their belief (John 3:16).

When a sinner becomes a believer through his belief in the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, he becomes a child of God and a son of God (1 Cor 15:1-4; Eph 1:13-14; John 1:12; Gal 3:26-27).

In this parable, there are two types of people we see God sees as his sons by creation. One is the elder son and the other is the younger son. What makes them as his sons? The belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior makes a person to become a son of God (Gal 3:26-27). The elder son is the keeper of the law and claims the rights of sonship through his work, the younger one was lost in sin and finds himself unworthy to be even called the son of God, in that dire situation he chooses to repent of his sins and embrace the love of God to return to the Father by confessing his sins and claiming the sonship through experiencing the Father's unconditional love for Him.

But we see the elder son actually doing service for reward as a servant when actually he is the son. At the same time we see that, the younger son who claimed independence for himself and used all the wealth to have squandered it, realized that nothing he could do for himself could give him satisfaction in his soul except by unconditional surrender to the will of the Father who has unconditional love towards Him all the time and is praying for him to return back in repentance from his wayward lifestyle. Experiencing the love of the Father made the younger son to be fully empowered through fellowship and intimacy for great service and joyful honor that has been showered upon him.

When a believer realizes that all that he could do for God could not save him from sin except when he chooses to embrace the unconditional love of the Father in heaven and return in repentance towards Him, such a lifestyle of repentance becomes a opportunity to love God more than others who need no repentance from sin (Luke 7:36-50). To be lost in sin made the younger son to get lost from the sweet fellowship of the Father in heaven. But as he humbled himself for having missed the love and fellowship of the Father because of operating in his sin nature, and through repentance came to his right spiritual mind of Christ which guides him within (1 Cor 2:16), his honor and authority returned back to him along with the satisfaction that he gets in the fellowship with the Father which had eluded him when he was away in the lost condition from the fellowship of the Father.

But the sad thing for the elder son is that because he was trying to gain the riches of the Father through keeping the Father's law, he was not able to experience the love of the Father even though all through the time he was continuing with the Father in saved and legalistic condition. Also the elder became jealous of the younger one for having returned back from loss of fellowship to intimacy with the Father without striving like he did but accepting everything as a gift of grace. So instead of rejoicing with the Father God about the state of repentance that has brought the younger brother in to the center of the Father's honor and authority, the elder son became grumpy and grouchy against the benevolence and compassion of his Father.

The elder son not only accused the younger one of having devoured the wealth of the Father through harlotry, but also he even accused the Father in heaven of showing partiality towards the younger one, for having denied merriment towards the elder one with his friends when he does not understand that it is only possible through becoming a recipient of his grace through faith and not through any kind of works that he can ever please the Father (Eph 2:8; Gal 3:3-6, 7-9; Heb 11:6).

What does the Father in heaven want to convey clearly through this parable of the lost prodigal son? No matter what level of sinfulness people are battling in their own lives, those who try to please the Lord by their own works will become frustrated not to be rewarded with merriment and eternal reward, but rather it all will become dead works because of improper motive with which they served God the Father. But those who do not try to please God by their works, but instead believe the Father's goodness and mercies and love will find the Father God's fellowship by the restoration of the Presence of God often, but also will be honored and given eternal reward and authority for the works of repentance that will be considered by the Father as valuable because of having found them from the lost state of sin again and again which makes the heaven dwellers and saints and angels alike rejoice with the Father in heaven. Repentance is the one thing which excites the whole of heaven with great excitement and makes them rejoice because it is heaven's free gift received by the earthly recipients voluntarily, supplied in love by the three person of the Trinity, the Son, the Father and the Holy Spirit to glorify His name on earth through his chosen vessels among sinful humans who become glorified in glorifying God through it without fail!

Father God restores the sinful humans not only from sin to give them eternal life but also restores their authority and honor in their day to day life through helping them overcome sin through their repentant life of holiness and sanctification. When God showers his benevolence to his children, they  choose to glorify Him back through being glorified by Him. The Father God in heaven is the ultimate object of salvation in which the very purpose of it gets fulfilled in love and fellowship towards Him for now and for eternity. Hallelujah! What a loving Father God we have!

In short, the work of Trinity which had been lost when our first Father and Mother sinned and lost their honor and authority in their lives, had been again regained by Jesus Christ through which all the honor and authority returns back when we accept the work of the Trinity who rejoice with us when we are fulfilling His purpose through repentance adopted as a lifestyle for salvation from sin and victory over it.

Praise the Lord!

I Don't Understand Why My Husband Didn't Think Masterbating Is A Sin

My Husband Says That Masturbating Is Normal, What Do I Do Now?

Question: I read your post titled, 'What Does The Bible Say About Masturbation?'. My husband waits till I'm gone from home, then he masturbates and then lies about it. When I asked him, he said it's normal. I don't think so. I have never cheated on my husband, never will. It's what comes out of his mouth when he is masterbating, saying ride me ride me is not healthy. How do I know he is thinking about me who is his wife before he brings me in to the picture, I need help here. He was raised apostolic Pentecostal. I'm just confused. I don't understand why my husband didn't think masturbating is a sin, the words that come out of his mouth hurts me. He even lies about it. What do I do now.

Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!

Even though I agree these kind of talk regarding sex is a taboo subject within the Church, I have always experienced from my own life that the Bible gives the right appropriate answers to build a strong family through proper relationship, and a intimate relationship between husband and wife through God's help.

The urban dictionary explains masterbating as, "when a guy gropes his penis thinking about a girl, and then shoots out the substance inside of the penis." We cannot be sure what a guy is thinking about in his mind, when he does masterbates whether about his wife or some other women. But we can be sure that even when a person says that he does have the image of his wife in his mind, the mind cannot be satisfied with that one image all the time, but rather it keeps on changing the image to get itself in excitement and tries to latch on to this mode through gushing out more lustful thoughts to maintain the stimulation. The Bible clearly says that the heart is deadly deceitful and no man can fully understand about it except God
(Jer 17:7). Jesus himself said, "28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell." (Matt 5:28-30). Can we notice something unique that Jesus reveals in the above verses? First he speaks about the look at a woman to lust, which means in the heart there happens a strong desire of imagination that wants to have her as his own or undresses a woman to commit adultery in the mind. Immediately Jesus speaks about the right eye which causes you to sin, which means the second look that immediately connects to the mind to sin should be discarded and thrown in to hell fire from which such desires come from.

Jesus in another place says,
"20... “What comes out of a man, that defiles a man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within and defile a man.”" So every thought that comes from within and becomes a strong lustful desire defiles a human and it is a sin. So now tell me when the thought of lust itself is sin, how can masterbation remain not sinful? Because without lust driving a person already in his mind which is sinful to defile the heart, the next step of masturbation never starts to take place. That is why, Jesus first tells about the "right eye [which] causes you to sin" and then immediately in context speaks about the, "right hand [which] causes you to sin", which clearly conveys to us that always lust ends in masturbation which is spiritual adultery to fulfill it desire when it does not end in physical adultery. That does also reveals that spiritual adultery through looking at a woman to lust, is the first step that when not restrained by the power of God and overcome by faith to master over this sin, it always some day ends up in physical adultery when opportunity comes to them with a conducive environment. So entertaining sin in the mind is the root of sin, but when it remains uncontrolled to burn a person through masturbation, soon it may bear fruit to end up in adultery (1 Cor 7:9). If we gave been kept long from falling in to physical fornication or adultery, it is nothing but the grace of God. Apostle Paul clearly directs the young believer to marry soon if they cannot control their desires of lust which makes them burn with passion through masturbation, which may end up unexpectedly in fornication or adultery soon, if not for the grace and mercy of God. Also apostle Paul told husband and wife to regularly come together to have sexual intimacy, except when for a short time they give themselves to fasting and prayer, or else Satan can tempt us to fall in to the sin of the mind repeatedly to torture our soul life because of lack of self control on our part (1 Cor 7:5).

So I agree that your husband without masturbating himself to restrain his affection to himself, he should render to you the due affection of giving himself in sexual intimacy. The same should be done on your part as per the Word of God, by giving your body in sexual intimacy to share the due affection towards your husband when ever he is in need of you
(1 Cor 7:3). This is why apostle Paul further in the same context says, "The wife does not have authority over her own body but yields it to her husband. In the same way, the husband does not have authority over his own body but yields it to his wife." (1 Cor 7:4), which means Paul is saying masterbation either by the wife or the husband in isolation is absolutely wrong and sinful after marriage because it is claiming rights over their own body to have self pleasure more than give pleasure to the spouse.

You are right, the husband should communicate his sexual need to you and not claim rights over his own body to have self pleasure, instead of enjoying mutual pleasure within the marriage which is ordained by God. You should also communicate your need to your husband and not use sex as a weapon to take vengeance for his bad behavior or your bad mood. Usually before going to bed to sleep, if the husband and wife ask pardon and forgive each other and keep their mind free from any kind of bad behavior of the spouse, the clutter-free mind will become the foundation for a good intimate sex life which is one of the main purpose of God and foundation for a good marital life planned by God within a Christian family
(Eph 4:25, 26, 27). When the heart is clean, the lying lips cannot operate within a person. Only when the soul mind thinks in a frequency different than the spiritual mind of our spirit, then lying lips flourish. This means your husband even though he tells that masturbation is not wrong and doesn't think it as sinful in his soulish mind, he does know within him deep in his spiritual heart that it is wrong and sinful, that is why he is lying to you many times after having masturbated alone.

By continuing to sin by masterbating and lying to you, the corrupt words out of his mouth spoken without edification is not only grieving you but also the Holy Spirit
(Eph 4:29-32). So your husband might have been raised as a apostolic Pentecostal, but pray for him to become a repentant believer, only then he can truly become a disciple of Jesus and a true apostolic Pentecostal.

Another reason for this kind of behavior is, he might have burnt himself too much without self control in lust of the eyes before marriage which might have affected his personality to become addicted to masturbation. You must be generous enough not only to pray for him to change, but also help him to have healthy sex by communicating your needs and frustration in your sexual life. No matter what, only God can deliver him out of this bondage to masturbation which is consuming his life in lust and more lust. So patiently wait for God to act, and also share it with counselors and elders of the Church who are mature men and women of God who can speak to each of your individually and also collectively to pray with you both regarding this. Women to women, and men to men should be the order of the counselors with those whom they counsel. Then both the counselors can sit together
[(i.e.) preferable a husband and wife] with you both and guide you to make you trust each other and communicate things better for a good married life.

Above all only God can only convict your husband that masterbation is a root sin of the mind that starts there and ends as a fruit sin of action with the hand
(John 16:7-11; Matt 5:27-30, 31-32). It is equal to adultery, but the only difference is that it is done in the heart of the person and not in the action of adultery through the physical body, but soon it may end up as one when it is not dealt either before marriage or even after marriage.

So the sex pep talk from your husband to keep you at peace saying, 'ride, ride...etc' to satisfy his lust, when there can be no true peace within you except through having good sexual relationship is something that you must convey to him clearly, if he still continues with his sinful habit do not worry but continue to pray to God because time is now ripe for God to step in and solve and turn your husband to the right way, if you let God do the working on behalf of you. Or else if you react by your flesh, the family will break, and even there is a possibility of the children getting affected due to rash marital decisions taken without patience. A foolish woman who takes thing in to her own hands without holding the hands of God to guide can easily destroy the home with her own hands which she is supposed to build
(Prov 14:1).

The word that comes out of your husbands mouth hurts you because as long as lust controls his behavior, Satan has foothold within your marital life to make you both not get aligned to the same frequency of the heart that God has intended for both of you to operate within your marriage. That is, God in the center connecting both your hearts and acting as a glue to inter communicate secrets of intimacy that will bind you together for a lifetime.

All the masturbation, lies, harsh words, disharmony, lust during sex rather than love, etc are only the fruits, but the root of sin is the lust of the eyes which might be fed regularly through means like porn, crush in the office, extra marital flirt or even relationship, wall posters, television, etc...This is a spiritual battle for your husband, and I appreciate your fidelity as a trustworthy and faithful wife who is a woman of God, so I ask you to do the following that we have discussed in details.

Never give up on your family, never let the devil break your family, never let your children suffer, fight for them, never become discouraged of your husbands addictions, fight along with him and work towards victory over his sin because he is a child of God and Satan cannot hold him in his clutches for long. Soon the devils will retreat and run out of sight because of what Jesus has already achieved for you and your family on the Cross
(Col 2:14-15). The God who is in you is greater than the devils that are trying to cause chaos against your family, these Canaan giants will be defeated by the power of God (1 John 4:4). Fight, fight, fight, never give up because one of these days, because Jesus has taken all the curses of yours and your families and your husbands upon Himself, soon by your faith God will release the BLESSING OF ABRAHAM upon you and your whole family to make you all become a blessed testimony for HIS GLORY (Gal 3:13, 14)! Hallelujah!

I am praying for you all to be so blessed that you both will become a blessing to multitudes in our generation through your testimony of victory over sin, who by the way are all going through the same fight for salvaging their families from the curses of sin to the blessing of righteousness and peace and joy. You are not alone, your brethren around the world are facing similar kind of trials in their own life to inherit the blessings that comes through eternal life for the Glory of God
(1 Pet 5:9).

Praise the Lord Jesus!

Much Blessings...

I Was In My Ex-Husband’s House, This Is My Second Dream

What Does It Mean To Dream Of Driving A Car In A Muddy Road?

Question: Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus. I read your article titled, 'Does God Still Guide Supernaturally Through Dreams To Find One's Future Husband?'. What does it mean to dream of driving a car in a muddy road and the mud keeps rising up almost covering the car. As I was trying to drive through this situation the car breaks down, tried starting it several times but it was not working.

Also in the second dream I was in my ex husband’s house, I have never been in his house since he moved out and left me and our kids but in my dream I found myself in his house.

I await your response in anticipation, God bless you!

Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!

Car is used to travel from one place to another, used almost daily as much as possible. It takes a family usually to go together in a Car. It is a vehicle used for movement in life, with someone usually the husband driving the vehicle for the whole family. The psalmist prays to God,
"Rescue me from the miry mud; don't let me sink. Let me be rescued from those who hate me, and from the deep waters." (Psa 69:14). The mud rising up to sink are the work of the sin nature in the human heart which the devil uses to cause discord within the family.

So you see from the Bible, Jesus clearly spoke about divorce saying,
"9 Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.” 10 In the house His disciples also asked Him again about the same matter. 11 So He said to them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her. 12 And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another, she commits adultery.”" (Mark 10:9-12). In other words, Jesus considers a person to have committed adultery when he or she against the law and conscience separate themselves from the spouse that God has joined in marriage for any invalid reason.

So when you were driving I do not know what your ex-husband was doing when he was the one who was supposed to drive the car of your family. But, in spite you were trying to drive the car which means you were willing to continue to work towards reconciliation and make the family life to work out in spite of the muddy sins, negative emotions, hurts, hate that were trying to sink the car from moving forward. You have come to a situation where your husband might have totally left you in the lurch, when you were trying to start the family life and continue with out the break up with your Ex. But then you were not able to sustain it because the car was sinking in the mud and it covered the whole car.

So God was trying to convey to you that it is not your fault that the break up has happened, and do not want you to feel self-condemned or grieve for what has happened
(Rom 8:1). It was not your fault, you tried your best and still were not able to salvage the marriage.

God wants to tell you that even though you try to reconstruct the old marriage you failed, do not look back to go on to your Ex if you have been divorced already and have moved on with your life.

In
1 Corinthians 7: 10-11, Paul states that should a woman divorce her husband, she must remain unmarried or reconcile with her husband. But if you have already divorced him as he has not been able to respect your belief and faith in the institution of marriage and have unfaithfully wandered in infidelity due to allowing external influence to come in to your marriage, he has already decided to never come back again.

In the New Applied Commentary Thomas Hale writes regarding
1 Cor 7:15-16 saying, "15 If the unbelieving spouse wants to leave, then the believing spouse should let the believer leave. Why? Because God wants a husband and wife to live in peace. If the unbelieving spouse is always quarreling with the believing spouse, then let the marriage end! God is not pleased with a marriage full of strife. 16 The believing spouse must continually hope and pray that the unbelieving spouse will become a Christian and be saved (see 1 Peter 3:1-2). But if reconciliation is not possible, then the believing spouse should not force the unbelieving spouse to stay."

So even if you find yourself in a situation where your Ex-husband wants to have you back, if you have already divorced and have remarried then you must not return back by annulling your present marriage even according to the Old Testament standard
(Deut 24:1-4), how much more in the New Testament where there is no justification given in the Bible for divorce for reasons like incompatibility, lack of love, or differing career goals should be careful enough not to again break another marriage in order to return back to the old.

For a born-again couple, "constructive desertion," which would be when a husband so brutalizes his wife that they say is impossible to live with him any longer; or when a wife has so harassed, or brutalized her husband that they feel it becomes impossible for him to stay with her, it cannot be a valid reason to give divorce because God wants his children to get reconciled based on His love for each one which they should be able to show one another if both of them are really born again, or else they will receive chastisement from the Lord until they repent to turn back and walk in His will and ways again
(1 John 3:13-14; 4:7-10, 20-21; Matt 18:21-30). Such reason cannot be valid for a divorce with a Christian couple, because the Lord has told his children to forgive and forget the debt of all those who are debtors to them, and only then they will be able to expect God Himself to be favorably disposed toward them (Matt 6:12, 14-15; 18:22).

As God's rule for marriage is for life, divorce and remarriage are not permitted, except for adultery or complete desertion, or "Pauline privilege" which can be applied when relating to a unbeliever who deceives and wants to leave the family because of lack of faith as we have seen above, and that is the rule the church should stick to.

I don't know if you have stayed alone all these times without divorce or remarriage and have looked for reconciliation back
(1 Cor 7:10-11), and also if your husband wants to return back to live with you with a changed heart, then you can prayerfully consider if it will be good for you and your kids to feel secure and be peaceful with that option. But this should be prayerfully done with great care and also with the direction of the elders of the family and the Church, because if he is not a changed man, there is the same risk and danger involved again. But God can work through a repentant person if they have willingly humbled themselves before God, so that God could restore the broken walls of the family or restore the car stuck in the mud to be refurbished and used for His Glory.

So God understands desertion in your case, and He wants you to carefully consider and move on where you are in life now and not return back to where you got stuck in life before, because you cannot trust the old car as it did not restart but instead got completely drowned in the mud, and God by His grace and mercy have supernaturally made you to survive through those hard times. So live the rest of your life in the place where you are planted already, and stay faithful to the Lord who has stood by your life all these days and who will never leave you nor forsake you till the end of your journey on earth
(Heb 13:5-6). Praise the Lord, Glory to God!

Much Blessings...
