Two Sons, One Obeys One Does Not

Why Did Jesus Teach The Parable Of The Two Sons, The One Who Later Obeyed And The One Who Agreed And Did Not?

Question: Why did Jesus teach the parable of the impulsive negative speaker who later became a obedient son, but a well thought and learned religious talker who became a disobedient son (Matt 21:28-32)?

Answer: Greetings to you in Jesus wonderful name!

Let us hear the Parable of Jesus first and then discuss the context to know the perspective that Jesus wanted to convey,

Matt 21:28-32 — "28 “But what do you think? A man had two sons, and he came to the first and said, ‘Son, go, work today in my vineyard.’ 29 He answered and said, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he regretted it and went. 30 Then he came to the second and said likewise. And he answered and said, ‘I go, sir,’ but he did not go. 31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to Him, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that tax collectors and harlots enter the kingdom of God before you. 32 For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him; but tax collectors and harlots believed him; and when you saw it, you did not afterward relent and believe him."

Jesus want us to think, before we can really understand this above Parable of Jesus.

The context setting of this parable was when Jesus came in to the temple at Jerusalem and was teaching, the chief priests and the elders of the people confronted Him to question Jesus about his authority whether it was from heaven or people. Jesus answered saying where did the authority of John the Baptist come from? The critical minded jealous chief priests and the elders of the people, did not want to answer Jesus because both the yes or no can both land them in quagmire. So Jesus answered these deceivers saying likewise He will also not answer them. What a wisdom from Jesus (Matt 21:23-27)!

Then from this dead lock for the religious minded zealots, where the wisdom of humans was completely outwitted by Divine wisdom of Jesus, Jesus begins to explain to these religious minded pitiful leaders this following parable of the obedient and disobedient son. In fact, was this a truth which Jesus spoke to reveal about the rotten religious life within them who were critical about faith towards God because of fearing humans over whom they practiced authority taught by men (Isa 29:13)? The truth is, they were neither fearing God, nor were loving people which is the royal commandment from God that fulfills all other commandments demand, but rather these religious minded people loved themselves so much and the money they had, they had not even an iota of thought of reverence for God or respect for their fellow humans (Rom 13:8-10; Jam 2:8; Luke 16:14; Matt 23:14; Mark 12:40).

As I have always told, Jesus parables are earthly stories told by him to reveal heavenly realities which is truth to our hearts and souls.

A Question Well Answered

"28...A Father has two sons, and he came to the first and said, ‘Son, go, work today in my vineyard.’ 29 He answered and said, ‘I will not,’ but afterward he regretted it and went. 30 Then he came to the second and said likewise. And he answered and said, ‘I go, sir,’ but he did not go. 31 Which of the two did the will of his father?” They said to Him, “The first.”"

Most of the religious leaders were people of great intellectual capability, but with little or no spiritual ability because they never believed Jesus or were born again but rather were very critical enough to confront Him as they saw Him as a competitor to their own authority and existence (John 11:50). In the above story, both were sons of the Father in heaven. But the talker son gave lip service to God the Father, but never really obeyed from his heart or took the Father's command seriously (Matt 15:8). The physical sons of the Heavenly Father was the Jewish people whom He chose for Himself among all the world through Father Abraham (Deut 7:6-11; John 8:39), but when He came to them through their own law of Moses which predicted that He will come (Deut 18:15; Acts 3:22), they rejected him and the world which He made by His own words did not know him to receive His coming (John 1:1-2, 3-4, 5, 10-11).

The son who was very emotionally attached with the Father of the house, when his father said to him, ‘Son, go, work today in my vineyard,’ he impulsively said to him ‘I will not,’ but when he thought about the love of his Father towards him personally, immediately he regretted it and went to obey his Father's command. Yes when the call for repentance was preached by Jesus, all the sinners and those impulsive sinning sons of the Heavenly Father who walked in sinful rebellion against God responded to God's call to be saved and to serve Him with a drawing near to him and His Presence (Luke 15:1; Matt 9:9-13; Eph 2:8-10; Jam 4:8). We are not saved to go to heaven, we are saved so that we can serve him on earth to save other souls and live for His Glory, for which we receive eternal reward which stays with us forever (John 21:15-17; Matt 28:18-20; Matt 6:19-21). So we may not have planned to work in this vineyard of the garden of God, which is the church of the whole earth and the world in its lost state that needs salvation desperately (Isa 5:1; John 15:5; 3:16), but the call of God to live in holiness and produce fruit for the Glory of God is not optional but rather it is a command for every son of His who serves Him (Heb 12:14). Are we ready to hear the voice of God through the spoken word of God which comes to us through the Holy Spirit when we obey God and meditate on it (John 14:26; Jos 1:8)?

Are you living by the Law like a Jew, or are you living by grace through the Lord Jesus Christ like those sinners who repented and lived for the Glory of God? If you live by the law as the lying son who agrees to obey but does not, you will die in your sins
(John 8:23-24; Rom 7:10; Gal 3:21). But if you live like the repentant son who did not want to initially obey the laws of God to serve Him, but then did a about-turn by the grace of God through believing Jesus, you will live life as a overcomer over sin by faith and will be made as a saint through salvation by the righteousness of Jesus Christ who has become your righteousness (1 Cor 1:2, 30; Rom 4:5-6; 1 John 5:4-5).

The disobedient sons of God were the Gentile nations around the world that said no to God initially, but later when the good news of Jesus Christ was preached to them, they all repented of their sins and accepted the will of God for their lives to be saved and to serve God the Father in Heaven through serving people around them in love (Rom 11:25; Acts 28:28; 1 John 3:10). Thus God has visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name (Acts 15:13-17).

Among the two sons, the one who did the will of the Father, did the will of God for his life to be eternally rewarded. What is the will of the Father for every human? Jesus himself clearly revealed that the will of the Father is, that all who see the Son of God spiritually in Jesus should believe in Him to have the assurance of everlasting life to be raised up at the last day (John 3:16; 10:27-30). And the Heavenly Father who sent Jesus in to this world to save sinners, have given the souls of believers in to Jesus' safe hands, of all whom the Father expects to lose not even one, and that all should be raised up at the last day of resurrection to live the eternal life for the Glory of God forever in eternity with him in heaven (John 6:39-40). Hallelujah!

Even though Jesus through telling a story was making the unbelieving religious Jewish minds to understand the perspective of heaven, through his thought provoking questions he asked, he always drove home the conviction of the Holy Spirit to reveal the sins in the hearers heart who did not believe Him (John 16:8). So in the above parable we see that those who answered Jesus, did answer right, but deep within their heart they were wrong in their unbelief as they did not answer the spiritual call of God by faith in Jesus Christ.

All Have Sinned And Have Fallen Short, But Have You Repented To Receive Salvation Faith Through Jesus Christ Is The Crux Of The Whole Matter?

"31....Jesus said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that tax collectors and harlots enter the kingdom of God before you. 32 For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him; but tax collectors and harlots believed him; and when you saw it, you did not afterward relent and believe him.""

To the Jewish religious minds, the tax collectors were the worst of the worst sinners in male gender category, because they were betraying the Law of Moses and were working for the Romans who have enslaved them (Deut 23:19). And the harlots were the worst of the worst sinners in the female gender category, who have been told by God to be restricted outside of His Presence because it increases wickedness in the country (Lev 19:29; Deut 23:18).

Jesus clearly portrayed these impulsive sinners who were considered as hopeless by the world, once they repent of their sins will immediately enter in to the Kingdom of God because salvation is a gift given by God and it is cannot be earned as God is no debtor to anyone (Rom 4:4; 6:23; 9:30). Many of these tax collectors and worst sinners justified and declared God as righteous by taking the baptism of John humbly which was a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins (Luke 3:3; 7:28-29; Matt 3:1, 2-3, 6). But those religious minded talker who say that they will always choose to keep the Law, especially the Jew who keep the Law of Moses and in general all religious people who believe that good work saves them (Rom 9:31; 11:35), these were not able to fulfill the will of God in believing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and therefore they all ended up in hell fire without hope for eternity as they are already condemned to live in darkness which they loved it, as their deeds were evil (John 3:15-16, 17-18, 19-20, 21).

When John the Baptist came to the nation of Israel from the desert as a voice crying in the wilderness of the world saying, 'You prepare the way of the Lord through repentance...', many of these religious talkers went to see what is happening, but after seeing through their biased hardened heart which made them see the revival of repentance as a circus show, these religious Pharisees and Lawyers rejected the will of God for themselves by not taking baptism from John because of their pride (Luke 7:30). These religious people from the view point of God were like children in their spiritual understanding as they rejected the fiery ministry of John the Baptist because of their pride, hence they also were not able to believe the ministry and words of Jesus Christ the Son of God as they believed and trusted in themselves, and therefore derided Jesus Christ for speaking the truth which pricked their conscience (1 Cor 14:20; Luke 16:14-17; 18:9-14).

So it is more important to be humble enough to receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior like the son who was not willing to obey the Father initially with his mind but later regretted to serve Him with his heart through believing Jesus Christ to be saved from sin and to serve God for eternity ahead. It is totally dangerous to be like the son who accepted the Father's instruction religiously to serve Him, but then did not really do his will to serve him with his heart by obeying his commandments to believe the Lord Jesus Christ. Even though mental acceptance of religious laws and rituals can take us only to a certain distance, it cannot make us do the will of God for our lives and to enter heaven to be with God forever. Religion makes us proud and takes us away from God and His will, while personal relationship with God makes us understand our true condition of sinful depravity of our own heart and His unconditional love for us, and therefore makes us humble ourselves to move towards God and do His will willingly for the Glory of God!

Let us do a sincere soul searching to know our real spiritual condition, no matter how long we have been part of the Church, to understand whether we really have the salvation faith within us to be able to enter heaven and be with God in heaven? For that to happen we need to live with a good conscience now, so that we can be able to live a God glorifying life as a testimony to the faith we have within (2 Cor 13:5-6; 1 Time 1:19; Acts 24:16; Titus 3:8). Or else have we sung those beautiful songs as lies towards God and have read the Bible as a religious routine in our lives to make ourselves be accepted by God? Or in other words, in order to become saved and enter heaven, have we worked ourselves in earning salvation through our good works which cannot really save us? Only the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ can save us from sin, and the good news as always is, God gives it freely to us with an assurance when we accept humbly the Lord Jesus and call on His name (Rom 10:13). And also he rewards our work done with a right motive to glorify God and serve Him after we are saved, this we will receive when we enter in to heaven to see God and be with Him for eternity ahead (1 Cor 3:11-15; Rev 22:12; 21:3-7). Hallelujah!

Much Blessings....

Are The Evil People The Wicked Tenants On Earth?

Who Are The Vine-dressers? Do We Only Have A Leased Lifetime On Earth?

Question: Is the human life on earth a leased one given by God for a short time, in order to reward and pay them back for a eternal one in exchange for their faithfulness? Jesus' parable in all the Gospels [(i.e.) Matt 21:33-46] have expressed such a thought to make people realize the temporary nature of this life on earth, and the eternal nature of reward that God wants to bestow upon humans in the life to come? God does seem to say that, every thing done faithfully on earth, though it may be small or big, will be judged and rewarded for all the believers eternally. What are your thoughts about it? Thanks in advance.

Answer: Greetings in Jesus wonderful name!

Matthew 21:33-46 - "33 “Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country. 34 Now when vintage-time drew near, he sent his servants to the vinedressers, that they might receive its fruit. 35 And the vinedressers took his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first, and they did likewise to them. 37 Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.’ 39 So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him. 40 “Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?” 41 They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.” 42 Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. This was the LORD’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? 43 “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. 44 And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” 45 Now when the chief priests and Pharisees heard His parables, they perceived that He was speaking of them. 46 But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet."

We also see the same in Mark 12:1-11 and Luke 20:9-18, the context has nearly been the same and the spiritual truths in these Gospels that come out of this parable is nearly the same too.

Let us get in to it, parables are earthly stories told by Jesus to reveal the heavenly realities and truth that comes to bless our souls and build it better and best spiritually and eternally. Many stories are simple day to day happenings of civil, legal and nature around us.

Thus the following parable is a parable of civil and legal nature. Here we see a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" (Gen 1:1), which reveals to us that God is the owner of the land upon which humans are living today all over the world. Though we own our little piece of property that we have worked hard in our lives to get or the piece of land that has come to us as a inheritance from our fathers and forefathers, the ultimate owner over the nations and the governments we belong in our lands we live is God who has established it all for His Glory. God set angels as watchers over the earth and its habitations (Dan 4:17, 23; Eze 28:14). God's hedge that comes upon humans who work righteousness in the fear of God, to them the good angels are always at work in all the earth and all the time (Matt 18:10; Job 1:10; Rev 22:8-9; Acts 10:1-2, 35). God set judgment and justice over the earth through angels and also humans who have been appointed for it (1 Cor 5:5; Acts 12:21-24; Rom 13:1-7).

God setting up "a hedge" is the angelic spiritual protection of good angels He gives us and have already given us humans who fear Him (Psa 91:11). God dug "a winepress" means He has set up human agents of leadership to judge the people on earth or reward them, as well as setting up angels who will bring the wrath of God on the people for their sins and wicked ways (1 Tim 2:1-2; Rom 13:1-7; Rev 14:19).

The heaven was designed as a place of temporary dwelling for the guardian angels (Acts 12:15; Matt 18:10), who watched over the vineyard of God's earth while the fruit was ripening, to keep off thieves and wild beasts (Col 2:18; John 10:8; Mark 1:12, 13). The angels were appointed by God as a guard for humans to keep them under the law or direct them through the law until faith would come to take hold of their heart to shine the light of the revelation of Jesus (Gal 3:19-23, 24-25; Acts 7:53; Heb 2:5; 2 Peter 1:19; 2:4). The heaven was prepared for the angels to reside and serve humans, of which one third of angels rebelled and fell from the glory of the first heaven but they retained their power and position which God had planned initially through taking Adam's authority over the earth (Eph 6:12; Rev 12:4). When humans started to revel in sin, they rebelled against God and wanted to build a tower to build themselves a city, a tower whose top is in the heavens, which means, under the direct influence of angels who sought worship for themselves in the Kingdom of darkness under Satan's leadership, and below him were beastly angelic leaders working for their own glory. But in fact, humans were deceived by these evil angelic beasts and wicked demonic angels to think that they were making a name for themselves but were in rebellion against God (Gen 11:4). In fact, the angelic beasts were making a name for themselves in the world system being built by them for their charismatic leader Satan, whose only aim is to receive worship from humans that only belong to God (Matt 4:8-9; Mark 1:12-13; Luke 4:5-7).

To then build a spiritual tower in it is to set up angels as watchers over humans, to help the humans see dangers ahead or learn from the past to avoid dangers in the future or keep them in the right way of the Lord (Deut 13:7, 13; 18:14; Ezek 28:3). Watchtowers, or fortified posts, were frequent on frontiers and exposed places (Gen. 35:21; 2 Chron. 26:10); around vineyards (Isa. 21:5,8,11; Matt. 21:33). God set up light towers of truth (1 Tim 3:15), but devil and his minions set up tower of Babylonic lies to make people rebel against God, and thus remain in spiritual darkness and ignorance of his kingdom they have established (Deut 13:1-3, 7; 18:14).

When did God really "leased [this earth] to vinedressers and went into a far country"? After the creation of all things, God planted a garden and placed Adam within it to tend and to keep it and also keep his command in obedience (Gen 1:28-31), and then created Eve within it as a helper and a companion to her husband (Gen 2:20-25). When God brought Eve to Adam and set them as family unit on earth in the Garden of Eden, they were the first vinedressers God had appointed, and then made himself invisible to their eyes or hid himself as though He had gone in to a far country (Isa 45:15). Yet God made himself available to their spirit through His Presence (Gen 3:8-10). Once humans by disobedience fell in to sin when they were tested (Gen 3:1), God became very distant to them as their spirit became dead just as God had told them previously for the consequence of their disobedience and sin (Psa 11:4-5; Eccl 3:18; Jam 1:3; Gen 2:17; 3:17). Humans are on leased time of God, so this life in itself is a temporary thing that God has granted each one of us, so that we could turn to God and be in relationship with Him to prepare for the eternal life to come (John 3:16).

When The Harvest Time Has Come!

Harvest time is a time of rejoicing for all those who have sowed their seed in hard work and great labor
(Psa 126:5-6). Like wise when Jesus expressed, "Now when vintage-time drew near, he sent his servants to the vinedressers, that they might receive its fruit," the time of harvest for God is when the humans get transformed by obeying God and live in the fear of God as servants of Him, bearing fruits for eternal life (John 15:4, 16; Rom 6:22; Gal 5:22-23).

As humans are made in the image of God in the beginning, it was a clear revelation of God's intention that humans should learn to live just like Him in their conduct and character (Gen 1:26; 1 Peter 1:15-16; 2 Peter 1:3-4). Thus for each human and each generation of people, God expects them to line up to the character and conduct of the image of Him who has created us for His Glory (Psa 39:4; 1 Pet 1:17). The harvest is actually at the end of the age, where God will judge the world and its inhabitants to set up His everlasting Kingdom for a thousand years time on earth (Matt 13:36-43). At the same time, God has appointed for unsaved human's once to die and after that eternal judgment, (i.e.) to send them to hell fire at the end of the earth which is the harvest time for their sins or reward them in heaven for their good works if they are saved (Rom 6:23; Rev 20:11-15; Heb 9:27; 1 Cor 4:3-5).

The holy angels are God's servants who will be sent in to all the world at the end of the age, to separate those with fruit which are saved souls to be harvested, to be put in to God's barn and those unsaved souls of tares which the enemy has sowed when men slept in darkness of the world system of governance will also be separated to be burnt in hell fire. And the Church saints will be sent at the end of the earth to do the same and judge the world and the evil angels who did the bidding for Satan (Dan 7:27; 1 Cor 6:2-3; Rev 20:7-10, 11-15).

God claims back all those with his genes of His Word and Spirit within them as His own. These are His children who have repented of their sins and have come to trust in the heavenly power of God to live a overcoming life over sin, sickness and Satan as long as they live in this fallen world.

God has sowed his children in the world to produce the fruit of His character and conduct to make a difference for His Glory. When bad things happen to good people through bad people or situation, they must keep practicing the royal commandment of His, which is love until the season of harvest comes, then the children of God will be greatly rewarded for their faith in due time. Every one of us who live on this earth, have to give account to the Lord in the time of His judgment to be rewarded eternally for our works or suffer for one's evil works if any one remain unsaved. The saved will rise up in the resurrection of the life for the just for doing good, the unsaved will rise up in the resurrection of the condemnation of the unjust because of doing evil (John 5:28-29).

What Happened To God's Prophets And Last Of All For His Only Begotten Son?

"35 And the vinedressers took his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first, and they did likewise to them. 37 Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.’ 39 So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him."

The moment any human forget that they are just servants of God, and not the owner of this earth which is God and God alone, a spiritual down-slide happens within their lives so fast to degenerate their character and conduct. Every one of us in this earth as long as we are alive and well, should remember to be faithful steward of God's resources present in this earth, which has been made available to us in various degrees through God's mercies and grace of God.

Every human need enlightenment from the Word of God to know that truly without God, we are homeless, helpless and hopeless in this world. Even the body in which we live in this earth, has been given to us as a gift of home to exist in this world. Every resource of wisdom, knowledge, material, air, sunshine and land that God has provided is his help for us to survive in this earth. God's word and His Spirit has been given to all humans on earth, in order to have hope of the eternal life that God has gifted for all humans through His only begotten Son Jesus the Christ. Jesus Christ came from heaven to be born in this earth through Virgin Mary before two thousand years, lived a sinless life and ministered to people for three and half years doing good to all, and then dying for their sins on the Cross, and rose up from the dead on the third day to live for ever by ascending to God's right hand of His throne.

As all humans are lost in the miry clay of sin, to enlighten them, to make them realize that they are sinners in need of the Savior Jesus, God sent many many prophets to awaken their sinful life to righteousness through the prophets of God again and again (Heb 1:1). Has God been silent and cold towards the humanity which He has created for His Glory? No, not at all, but humans were never inclined in their heart to hear the voice of God through the prophets He sent from the beginning of time (Jer 25:4; 29:19; 35:15; 2 Chron 36:15). Instead, again and again not able to hear the rebuke of God that came through them, they hardened their heart to beat them, stone them, mock them and even kill them all one by one who were moved by God because of His love and compassion for humanity (Matt 23:29-33, 34).

Last of all in the time appointed by God (Gal 4:4), God sent in these last days His only begotten Son of God Jesus Christ whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds (Heb 1:2). But this prince of life who is Jesus Christ (Acts 3:15), who has been sacrificially sent by God from heaven, was not valued by His very own people and all the humans till today (John 1:11), and He was killed by people who thought that by killing him physically, they could own the property of God of all the earth that belong to Jesus the Christ (John 11:50; 18:14).

In fact, not understanding the wisdom of God, Satan used humans and especially the religious ones to crucify him on the Cross and even today in our times is using many people to do the same to those who follow Jesus (1 Cor 2:6-8). But thank God, by raising Jesus the Christ from the dead on the third day, God has given assurance to humankind that by the ordained man Jesus Christ, God has appointed a day to judge the world in righteousness (Acts 17:31).

As many as of those among us who have received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior (Acts 2:36), to us all who have believed in His name, God has given us the rights to become the children of God (John 1:12). Even the death of Jesus Christ, has been turned by God's providence to be a blessing to humanity instead of bringing a curse for the unrighteous act of fellow humans (Gal 3:13-14). Every thing bad that has happened to you, God is able to turn them to become good before  your life gets over and done because He is the God of the turnaround. What a good God He is!

Religion Fears People, But Only True Relationship With God Brings Fear Of God!

Hear the parable in context,
"40 “Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?” 41 They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.” 42 Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone. 46 But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet.""

While the blessing of fearing God is many many, the fear of humans only brings a snare of the evil one, and a curse upon those who are involved in it (Prov 29:25; Jer 17:5, 7).

God has appointed judgment for every man so that while living on earth he should take a decision to seek the Lord intensely and find Him before he would die (Acts 17:25-28), so that he could be able to receive eternal life that Jesus Christ gives through a repentant life (Acts 17:30-31).

All those who rebel in sin against God now, and dare to live an unrepentant life will be destroyed miserably by God in hell fire, and those righteous who believed God and His promises will be given the rulership over the new heaven and new earth which will be going around the New Jerusalem just like our present earth goes around the sun, therefore the living city of God and the saints in the new heaven and new earth will together rule this present earth and heaven from there. The Church will be raptured before the Great Tribulation starts on earth. Israel as a nation and those of the Tribulation saints who believe Jesus as the Christ, will all be martyred on earth. They will all rise up in their glorious body at the time of Jesus second coming to the earth in which He will rule the earth for a Millennium (Rev 20:4-6). Also all of the living saints in their physical body at that time of Jesus' Second Coming will be separated by Him to enter in to the Millennium rule of His, and the unsaved will be sent to hell fire directly where the Antichrist and the False Prophet has occupied as its first resident eternally just a little before time (Rev 19:20-21). Hallelujah! GLORY TO GOD!

Thus all those unsaved men who rejected Jesus and who had no place for him in their heart (Rev 3:20), will finally have to bow their knees before Jesus who will lease this earth to other worthy humans who do good because they are saved, to make them continue with his blessing for a Millennium of God's rule on earth under Jesus the corner stone (Php 2:10; Matt 25:34, 41, 46). Jesus Christ and his Church saints who work with him will be marvelous in the eyes of all humans on earth in the Millennium rule of God.

Every natural human who gets angry at hearing the parable of Jesus is acting sinfully against God to reject God's will for their lives. Every one who tries to reject the corner stone of Jesus, will get tripped by their own fleshly will to fall on the truth of Jesus to be pushed to make a decision to accept him or reject Him as their personal Lord and Savior, but those who resist God with all their strength to come against Jesus, the judgment of God's wrath will fall upon him and their group to grind them to be a powder, and to make them totally powerless in hell fire for eternity.

The bottom line is, if our spiritual life on earth does not line up to the nature of God and his holy conduct of the out-bearing fruit which people could see around, then just like it happened to the nation of Israel two thousand years ago, like wise it will happen to all who live in unbelief to reject Jesus Christ and his teaching to reach out and please God through Him. They will be totally destroyed in hell fire after the resurrection of the unjust to live eternally in the torments of hell fire. Glory to God!

It is better to fall at the feet of Jesus now in our day to day life, than to regret for expecting all to fall at our feet now according to our own whims and fancies, and burn eternally in the torment of hell fire for rejecting the salvation of Jesus, a real hell fire of condemnation for our sins, where the worm dies not and the fire quench not.

Yes indeed, absolutely you are right, the human life on earth is a leased one given by God for a short time, in order to reward and pay them back for a eternal one in exchange for their faithfulness. We should understand that the eternal is God's best for us, which He would like to exchange for the here and now lived for His Glory! You are very right, Jesus' parable in all the Gospels [(i.e.) Matt 21:33-46 & Mark 12:1-11 & Luke 20:9-18] have expressed such a thought to make people realize the temporary nature of this life on earth, and the eternal nature of reward that God wants to bestow upon humans in the life to come. Everything done faithfully on earth, though it may be small or big, will be judged and rewarded for all the believers eternally is the crux of the whole message. You have nailed it very well on the spiritual wall of learning and growing!

Much Blessings....

What Are The Characteristics Of A Wise And Foolish Servants?

How Do We Recognize Those Wise And Foolish Servants Of God In These End Times?

Question:What are the Characteristics of a wise and foolish servants? How do we recognize those wise and foolish servants of God in these End Times? Matt 24:45-51, Could you please explain in details.

Answer: Greetings to you in Jesus wonderful name!

Here are the contextual Scriptures:

Matt 24:45-51 — "45 “Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing. 47 Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ 49 and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards, 50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of, 51 and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.".

Praise the Lord! To the question 'Who is then a faithful and a wise servant?' Jesus himself answers so clearly about it in details below. First of all those servants of Jesus who are made ruler over his household which is the Church of the Living God are the only servants considered as those who serve Him (1 Tim 2:15). The rulers over the Church should have the character and experience to humbly guide the people of God in faith, and it is indeed a precondition which should be fulfilled for qualifying them as deacons, bishops, pastors, evangelists, apostles, prophets and teachers, etc... (1 Tim 3:1-13; 2 Tim 3:1-17; Titus 2:1-10).

But then, does the command of Jesus stop with the Pastors? No, by all means and methods, the believers are told to disciple all believers through the faith they have learnt in their personal walk of life with Jesus (John 21:15-19; 2 Tim 2:2). They believers are told to look up to the faith of the leaders of the Church and follow them considering the outcome of their conduct (Heb 13:7).

Every believer who is proved in faith can become a ruler in the household of faith which is the Church of God (1 Tim 3:1). God has promised through Jesus, spiritual glory and eternal rulership for all the members of the Church who overcome sin and live a life of repentance for the Glory of God (Rev 2:7, 11, 17, 26; 3:5, 12, 21).

There is a temptation for the novice and foxy hearted people within faith who are not born again, but choose to work within its walls as evil servants, to become lethargic and start to use the property, people and power within the Church as their own, then they start to swindle God's money and use it as a business investment to multiply it through ministry and start to build an empire on earth, using the name of Jesus as the product supplied to the members of the Church. These may come to a light-hearted place of sound sleep spiritually, where they begin to sense the delaying of the coming of Jesus and totally start to
"beat their fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards". This very attitude of lethargy has creeped in to such people because of spiritual blindness, but as the sentence against their evil work is not executed speedily by God, therefore the heart of these sons of men is fully set in them to do evil (Eccl 8:11).

But Jesus has clearly told that he will come at a time unexpectedly like a thief who strikes a place suddenly to commit a crime, every lethargic hearted evil servants, will be judged by God through being left behind in the rapture or getting caught in the judgment of Christ which he regularly executes through letting evil get hold of evil doers lives (Rev 3:10; 1 Tim 1:20; 1 Cor 5:5). Such evil doers will be caught in the net of their own snares that they have practiced. When a person uses the ministry as a spring board to become rich and live a high life of tyranny and live as a playboy, it is surely because of the delayed coming of the Lord Jesus to the earth, such a person's heart have swelled up in pride and arrogance to commit evil and lead many astray in to hell fire (Matt 7:21-23; 23:15). Surely on the judgment day, a higher intensity of eternal torment will come to them, as the stricter judgment from the Lord will take over their soul as He will "cut [them] in two and appoint [them] the portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth" (Matt 24:51). O for the unending torment of the eternal flame! No one should ever enter it but fear the Lord now to live and not die!

Thus we can deduce the characteristics of a wise and foolish servant,

1) A wise servant will serve the people of God with love, but a foolish servant will rule them with tyranny. In other words, a wise servant will use money to love people, but a foolish servant will love money and use people to earn more of it for themselves and their ends.

2) A wise servant will serve the Lord in loyalty and express it in love towards people even when they still find Him delaying his coming, the foolish servant will begin to think in pride without any humility to bloat their own self to think themselves as the owner and not a servant, and will rebel towards Him because of his delay in coming.

3) A wise servant will keep themselves controlled by denying themselves and taking up their cross to follow Jesus, a foolish servant will feed themselves of God's people and will sacrifice them when Satanic wolfish dangers come to destroy their soul life, they do this in order they can support their own evil habit to eat and drink with the drunkards (Luke 9:23-26, 27; John 10:11-13).

4) A wise servant will be taken up in the rapture of the Church because of their faith, patience and expectation (1 Thess 4:14-17, 18), while the foolish servant will be caught unawares to be suddenly left behind in the world to be tested and proved whether they fear God or fear only a human, whether they live for God or only they live for themselves (Rev 3:10).

5) A wise servant will be faithful to God and the people of God in serving them with pure and healthy spiritual food of doctrines and commandments in due season that Jesus had taught them which they practice and teach, a foolish servant will be unfaithful to feed the people of God with unhealthy and blasphemous doctrines to destroy their souls which they never practiced themselves but instead practiced lawlessness (Rev 2:14-15; Matt 7:23).

6) A wise servant will look forward to eternal and spiritual treasure from Jesus (Rev 22:12), while the foolish servant will live for meager earthly reward of money, sex and power to satisfy their lust of self indulgence (2 Peter 2:12-17, 18-22).

7) A wise servant is a born-again person heading to heaven, while the foolish servant is a unsaved human living in his own deception of sin, but thinks like he is on the way to heaven but knows very well within their own heart and conscience because of evil works they do, and the lack of repentance in their own heart, that they are heading to hell fire.

8) By their faithful and good works they do, the wise person prove their faith. By the unfaithful and evil works they do, the foolish person prove their unfaith and unsaved heart (Jam 2:14, 20, 22; 2 Cor 13:5-6).

9) A wise person by the fear of the Lord will keep himself always ready through bearing fruits of the Spirit to work with the gifts of the Spirit for the Glory of God, a foolish person by the fear of man and lawlessness will disqualify himself by the fruit of the flesh, and its dead and evil works (Gal 5:19-21, 22-23; 1 Cor 12:4-11; Rom 12:6-8; Prov 29:25). The foolish person will take advantage of the grace and mercies of the Lord to misuse it for themselves and build their own empire by their will and wealth, instead of doing the will of the Lord (Jude 1:4; 2 Tim 2:12; Gen 4:23-24).

We can find the false and foolish servants of the devil from the true and wise servants of Jesus through their faith and conduct and the good character that they display from within them (Matt 7:15-20; Heb 13:7). A good person cannot display the nature of the devil constantly and a evil person cannot display the nature of God constantly. In these end times of deception, when we obey God through obeying the commandments and voice of Jesus that comes through His Spirit, we will become wise to stay illuminated in the light of God's Word or else in our rebellion and sinfulness we will continue to stay foolish in this dark world spiritually (Matt 24:4, 24-25). Hallelujah!

We can almost hear the footsteps of our Lord Jesus opening the door of heaven to come and take us to our Father's House, open your spiritual eyes and ears and stay tuned to heaven's call to BE RAPTURED! BEWARE, LEST YOU BE LEFT-BEHIND.

Much Love and Blessings....

Are You A Good Plant Or Weed Among It?

How Does The Kingdom Judgment Of Heaven Work In This World Of Evil?

Question: The "Weeds among Good Plants" or the "parable of the tares of the field" is a parable that Jesus explained to reveal the true nature of the Kingdom of God. Could you please explain how does the Kingdom of Heaven work in this world of evil?

Answer: Greetings to you in Jesus wonderful name!

Here are the contextual Scriptures:

(i) Matt 13:24-30 — "24 Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; 25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. 27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”’”".

As I have always told parables of Jesus are earthly stories told by Jesus to reveal the heavenly realities of the invisible world of the Kingdom of God and Kingdom of Heaven. In other words, humans cannot understand something that they have not seen, and so the purpose for which Jesus told parables was to sow the seeds of faith in the heart of disciples in order to make them grow spiritually, and to veil the true spiritual depth of treasures hidden in order to check and filter those who just want to hear a good story and have a nice time and go away with just intellectual stimulation through having a good time. In fact, the seeds of the words of God look insignificant to the natural eyes and ears of humans. But when they hear it through the parable stories of Jesus which he utters through his mouth in to our ears of our spirit, the seeds of faith that fall in to their heart begin to increase and increase until the secrets of the Kingdom realities of God kept hidden from the foundation of the world to humans, get revealed to bless their soul to make it become heaven on earth and help them live now itself within the realities and atmosphere of heaven through faith.

Many people in today's world ask the question, 'Why should evil exist in this world? Is God concerned for all the evil that continues causing damage, destruction and injustice to increase in all the world? Does God care for humans, animals and all His creations?' God has answered through Jesus so clearly in this parable and have given a call to faith and patience till his time of judgment comes to take vengeance upon all the evil doers and wicked people.

To read this parable plainly makes us understand nothing, but the regular farming activities, which happens day in and day out. I think the disciples of Jesus were also like us were not able to understand anything significant about heaven through hearing the parable of Jesus. To humbly ask Jesus that our wisdom means nothing before the true heavenly glory of God in Jesus Christ our Lord, moves him to reveal the secrets of the Kingdom of God personally to us. With this information we have discussed, let us move on to really understand the true spiritual meaning behind the story of farming that Jesus told that He himself explained to his disciples who were eager to understand about the workings of heaven on earth.

(ii) Matt 13:36-43 — "36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.” 37 He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!".

The multitude of people who casually want to hear the stories of Jesus were sent away, to go to fulfill their own will in their own way, but those disciples of Jesus who were eagerly following Jesus to fulfill God's will for their lives and others around them asked Jesus to reveal to them secrets of the Kingdom of God behind the stories they have heard from him previously. The disciples of Jesus were humble enough to acknowledge their homelessness, helplessness and hopelessness in this dark world which is working under Satan its prince. Just as Jesus had entered in to the house immediately after that to fellowship with his disciples, after a brief time with all people. He will also now enter the house of God the Church where his disciples are gathered together thirsting and seeking after Him, to reveal heaven to our heart and further reveal the secrets of heaven because it is the ground and pillar of truth (1 Tim 3:15). So what do we understand from this? The whole earth exists to reveal heaven that is veiled from plain sight behind it, those who want to find God could search with their whole heart to hear the heavenly super harmonic songs and wisdom of heaven through it all, and to search and grope in the darkness of the world to find Him, though He is not far from us all but is closer than the air we breathe (Rom 1:20-21). Are we coming after Jesus even when the world of people are going away from Him when their outwardly entertainment is over and done? Are we seeking Jesus desperately to ask Him to explain to us the secrets of heaven or are we just satisfied attending the Church on Sundays and using the rest of our weekdays as sin-days? May we search our own hearts, and see our own true need for Jesus in our lives, all the days of our life on earth.

To every true and obedient disciples of Jesus, when they are so hungry and thirsty for truth of the Word of God, Jesus answers their needs whatever it may be in their lives.

Jesus explains the parable of the tares saying, "He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

In other words, Jesus sows in to the world the people of faith through revealing the written and spoken Word of God from heaven by personifying it on earth through them, they are the sons of the Kingdom of heaven who do good to all people or atleast with some they desire to be like Jesus which they try to be by practicing his commandments (Acts 10:38; John 10:27-28; 13:17; 15:14). Because Jesus is the sower of the good seeds of the written and spoken Word of God in all the world (Luke 8:11), His name is described in the Book of Revelation collectively as "the Word of God" which means the revelator of the voice, will and all of the workings of God to all humans to make them friends of God (Rev 19:13; 2 Cor 2:1-3; John 15:15).

Satan as the prince of darkness, who influences the world for his whims and fancies because of the fallen state of all humans in to sin and disobedience through the first Adam our forefather, which he engineered in the beginning, he constantly sows evil thoughts of all types of sin and rebellion which when processed by unsaved humans make them tares in the world to do evil of rebellion and sin against God constantly (Mark 7:20-23; 1 John 3:8). God uses the good seed of the sons of the Kingdom to destroy the work of the evil One who is the devil in this world (1 John 3:8). Satan and his evil tyrant minions who work constantly through their evil influence over humans, sow in to their unsaved heart a rebellion against God constantly, and then sows them in to the world to fulfill his evil desire through their lives and thus keep the kingdom of darkness of the world system of governance intact under him (Matt 4:8-9). Satan's desire of the age is to make humans sin and through them continue his governance eternally through deception (Rev 20:7-10). But thank God once Jesus arrived on earth to sacrifice himself from heaven on earth, He has put a full stop to this evil plan by dying as a human and rising up as a immortal human forevermore through which He has become the sinless King of Kings and Lord of Lords over all the world now and forever more (1 Cor 2:6-9). Amen!

Jesus clearly reveals why evil do persist if God is good all the time? Jesus said as the enemy of the soul of all humans sows his tares in all the world, Jesus keeps sowing the sons of the Kingdom of God in all the world. If we ask, then how evil and the wicked who are involved in it will be judged, when and where if the devil will keep doing his wicked works through them? The most profound answer to this persisting question is answered by Jesus Himself, "the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels". What does it mean? It means, as long as this age of angels exist, the world around us are subject to the judgment execution of angels who will act as watchers over humans as they were appointed since the beginning of time (Heb 2:5; Dan 4:13, 17, 23; Eze 28:14), thus every breaker of the law of God will be judged by the angels who supplied it to Moses (Gal 3:19; Rom 2:12-13, 14-15), as well as those are ruled by their conscience among Gentiles will be judged by angels appointed by God in whom He finds fault (Job 4:18; 1 Kings 22:20-22; Mark 5:9-14).

We know that the fallen angels are not perfect, but God still uses them as long as they maintain their domain in the heavenlies and not posses human persons directly (Jude 1:6; Eph 6:12). Good Angels are those who are specifically used by God as reapers and judges over human lives (Gal 6:7), but they [i.e. good angels] will only be used at the time of the end of the age specifically to removes the tares of the sons of darkness completely out of the earth, but he uses them often and have also used them since the beginning of time to execute certain other judgments to reveal the glory of God (Acts 12:21-23; Isa 26:9; Psa 9:8).

Further the Parable reveals the crux of the whole point at the end, "40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

Here it is, God has set a time of judgment to cleanse the earth of evil completely through the Armageddon war and the succeeding judgment that will take place on earth
(Rev 16:16; 19:19, 20-21; Matt 25:31-46), to set up a righteous Kingdom of God for a thousand years under the saints of the Church from the New Heaven and New Earth (Rom 8:19, 22; 2 Peter 3:13). From that time on wards, "the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father". So the bottom line is, God has a set time to execute His righteous judgment upon the whole world, and it is coming and is on the way (Rom 12:19). Until then if ever we try to take judgment in our own hands, then while uprooting evil we will also become a bad example to uproot the good people who are in the midst of them too. Because the world system has become totally corrupt because of sin from the beginning of time through the Satanic influence and rulership over it, and that good and evil is intertwined in it, God has allowed it to exist together because of the first Adam's choice to eat the fruit of the knowledge of the good and evil. But surely it will be separated at the end of the age. Therefore it is always wise to ask God for wisdom and overcome the evil nature of self through the good nature of God within every saints that God has blessed with, until His time comes to judge the whole world and set up a Kingdom of righteousness and rule it with a rod of iron (Jam 1:2-8; Deut 32:35; Rom 12:20-21; 2 Peter 1:3-4; Rev 19:14-16).

This judgment of God through Jesus separating the tares from the good seeds of the wheat, and thus thereafter bringing the tares to be burnt, while gathering the wheats in to His barn is explained in details here by Jesus as, "The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth." We see in the Judgment of nations later Jesus revealing in details of how and when the above judgment will happen through the angels under the saints, here it is, " 31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations [of various people group and individuals] will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. 33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ 41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’ 44 “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”"

In the above judgment of nations in all the world, three group of people are identified out of it, the sheep who are the righteous saved people living at that time on earth, the goat are the unsaved and unrighteous people living at that time on earth, and "one of the least of these My brethren" who are the Church saints who have come along with Him, along with the Tribulation saints who were martyred by the Antichrist who will rise up in their glorious body at the time of His Second Coming, who were also mercilessly hunted for which the unsaved did nothing but were mere spectators until then (Heb 2:11, 17; Rev 20:4-6). The angels were the ones who were used by God to supernaturally gather this living saved and unsaved huge crowd of people in one place for the judgment to take place, and at the same time separating the saved from the unsaved (Matt 24:31). All the righteous people will inherit the Millennial Kingdom of God which will rule the earth by Jesus and the Church saints. The Tribulation saints will specially be given the task to stay on earth to take care of the Temple as priestly-rulers in the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus (Rev 20:4-6), in which Jesus and the Church will stay in the New Heaven, New Earth and New Jerusalem but will rule from the earthly Temple the whole wide world through the Resurrected Tribulation Saints. But all the unsaved will be sent directly sent in to everlasting punishment. It is those "all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness" who are the unsaved, the angels "will cast them into the furnace of fire". "There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth" by the unsaved from thereon for eternity. Hallelujah! God's judgment will be fulfilled at that time perfectly and supernaturally from heaven.

Much Love and Blessings....
