Biblically, the Great Tribulation is the sudden destruction that comes from the LORD, the two prophets Elijah and Enoch blowing the 7 Trumpets, it is also the Antichrist Wrath of Satan revealed through 666, it is the one and only Tribulation that will be great enough to be the unprecedented in the past, present and future, since humans came to earth and until earth exist. There is no difference Scripturally to differentiate between the Wrath of God and the Great Tribulation. The Great Tribulation is the second half of Daniel 70th week, which is three and half years that ends with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ in Armageddon.
The first half of Daniel 70th week of three and half years is the Great Deception of Peace and Safety 🛟 🦺 that will end in the mid-point of the Abomination of Desolation. The Antichrist who makes a covenant of Daniel 9:26-27, starts the 7 years. But usually the mistake that people make is, they assume the first three and half years as the time of Tribulation, but the reality is, if Tribulation starts from God the False Peace of Antichrist cannot go on, but it is a period of intense bithpangs leading to the real birth pain of Great Tribulation.
The Rapture will take place any time after the mid-point, the real midnight cry of the bride groom is the mid-point where Jesus has told the Church to be ready for the escape from the Great Tribulation that is going to be there upon the whole world 🌎.
The target audience in the Great Tribulation will be the left behind offspring of the Church of Philadelphia, which is the Laodicean Church in which the Great Tribulation saints will stand with Faith either to be martyred or wait in patience to enter physically into the Millenial Kingdom of Jesus Christ and the Church.

QUESTION: How Can All Israel Be Saved? Either God Has A Plan or The Bible Is Wrong.

Here is the contextual Scripture referred to, "And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: 'The Deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.'" (Romans 11:26).
All Israel will be saved, because God does have a plan for Israel in place during the Millennium.
For the present day nation of Israel, it is ready to accept the Antichrist who is ready to come as its Messiah, but never ready to receive its true heavenly Messiah Jesus Christ who was rejected by their Jewish forefathers two thousand years ago. Jesus Christ our dear Lord and Saviour rightly said to the nation of Israel two millennia ago, "I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive." (John 5:43).
In today's scenario of this hardened unbelief of the nation of Israel, how can all be Saved? Surely, it is not without the personal consent as the wrong belief of universal salvation that God is going to save Israel. But with their willingness, and repentance unto life, in their desperation of getting destroyed and annihilated, God knows, only then they will humble themselves to get Saved nationally. Hallelujah!
That is what God is going to get worked out in Daniel's 70th week of 7 years, the first three and half years Israel as a nation will accept the Antichrist as the Messiah because of the Great Deception of him making a covenant with many nations to let the Jews build their temple on the Temple Mount 🕍, which will make them sacrifice bulls, goats and sheep upon the Altar of sacrifice for three and half years.
Then at the mid-point the Antichrist will break the covenant and will instead lead Israel into Great Tribulation of the Wrath of God because of the Abomination of sitting in the temple, and stopping the sacrifice to declare himself as god who is worthy of universal worship just like his Father Satan. This Great Tribulation Wrath of God will lead Israel into true repentance. Through it all, the phrase of "all Israel shall be Saved" will be fulfilled through "JACOB'S TROUBLE" (Jer 30:7).
In this Unprecedented Great Tribulation of JACOB'S TROUBLE, two thirds of the nation of Israel will physically die, but one third of the nation who will believe God in repentance, will be taken through the Great Tribulation in Sovereign protection, will live through it to see the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven through Jesus Christ ruling the earth in Righteousness and justice ⚖️ for a thousand years time. Glory to God!
Then this National salvation of Israel will be seen on earth through Christ ruling from Jerusalem, the whole earth to restore the earth which has been destroyed by Antichrist. Glory to God 💪🏽 🙏🏽
The Church which will rule in Righteousness and justice ⚖️, the present old earth and heaven from the New Heaven and New Earth, will work through the nation of Israel under the King 👑 of Kings Jesus Christ the Savior and the Messiah of the world. Hallelujah!
God has a plan for both Israel and the Church, the Church to operate in spiritual dimension, the Nation of Israel in the physical dimension, to bless the whole world for a thousand years time in the God's New World Order. Praise the Lord!
The Bible can never be wrong, even a smallest dot of the Word of God will not fall to the ground, without it being fulfilled in the 7 thousand years plan of God, of which the Seventh will be a day of rest as God will rule this present earth with a rod of Iron for the sinning rebels, but will be a shade of comfort, green pastures and watered garden for the believers who passionately follow him.
