Dream Interpretation : Seeking Clarification and Confirmation From God

Has God Really Chosen This Man To Be My Husband?

Question : I consider this to be a blessing to have this opportunity to share this dream I had regarding a man named Glenavon with whom I have had no previous interaction with, knowledge of, or attraction to. I just met Glenn in May of this year, when I was assigned to intern in his program for the summer beginning in June. I was working with him for only 3 weeks, when I had this dream. I woke from the dream completely shocked.

On 7/2/2012 I had this dream and this is what happened: I walked into an office where Glenn was sitting in his chair with a big window around him. I said to him, "l love you, I mean I like you" he responded, "You better love your future husband" and we hugged. As we hugged there was a huge helicopter that exploded, followed by other clouds of explosions, randomly going off, and could be seen through the big window behind us.

It is my prayer, that God will give me clarity and confirmation to the words and meaning behind this dream. Has God really chosen this man to be my husband? Thank you.

Answer : Praise the Lord Sister! Thank you for sharing what you have seen and having a heart to know whether this is really from God. Yes God can speak a warning or a guidance through dreams and visions, which He has done in the Old Testament times and also continues to do in our times (Gen 12:1-4; 15:1; 31:11; 46:2; 20:6). Visions are something that you are part of in fulfilling God's purpose for your life, dreams are more of a guidance to direct, inform of danger or warn you in the decisions that you might be planning to take or you might have to take in the future. God gives these visions and dreams mainly to reveal to a person who wants to fulfill God's will for their life. So only the result of getting filled with the Holy Spirit becomes the starting point for more visions to young people mainly because of God's desire to direct their future and dreams to old men so that they could be led by God to take wise decisions according to their age and gray hair (Acts 2:17; Prov 16:31; Psa 71:18). Dreams and visions can come to a God fearing person or even a unbeliever if God chooses to convey a particular message of his desire to be revealed to them (Gen 41:1-39; Dan 2:1-49; 4:1-37). Infact He has promised to use this channel of communication as a main means to speak to all of us who are His children through Christ Jesus in our New Testament days. If a vision or dream causes fear and scares you, it is from the devil (Job 7:14). If a vision or dream causes peace within you and confidence that God is in control of your situation, then it is from God (Psa 4:8). Only God can give all understanding and wisdom about the visions and dreams that He customizes to each individual to reveal it to them (Dan 1:17). To understand the symbols or situations of a dream and know what the dream is speaking about is understanding. To know what to do and how to apply it in our life situation is wisdom. We need both to effectively use the dream to fulfill God's purpose for our lives.

As for your dream, I can say that it might me a dream from God and also I find that it might be a warning dream to you. Though you have not seen and moved with this man before, but still a dream comes in which he is present in a short time of meeting with him does not mean that God is guiding you in to this relationship.

Two examples I would like to give you to explain it. Firstly, Abraham was given a son named Isaac, after Abraham by faith waited for nearly 25 years after God promised him (Gen 12:2; 17:1, 16-17, 21:2, 5), he was told later nearly twenty five to thirty years after this to sacrifice his own son Isaac. Think about it, how many times Abraham would have reasoned whether it is God, or his flesh or the devil that was telling his son to be sacrificed as a burnt offering nearly 30 years after the birth of Isaac (Gen 22:1-12). Our loving God has never told even once to make human sacrifice to Him in the entire Bible or in any other instances. Abraham must have reasoned how God who had given Isaac could tell to kill him. But because Abraham had faith in the voice of God, he did not continue to reason but decided that if God has told him to do this thing, God was able to raise Isaac even if he has mistakenly killed him, which God did figuratively by sending a lamb and delivering Isaac from death at the last moment (Heb 11:17-19). God tested Abraham and Abraham won the test by giving up the biggest affection of his life to God without any precondition. Like this a dream or any affection must be first tested by giving in to the hands of God unconditionally. For example, if you are feeling that it is God who has shown this dream, tell to God that if this dream has been given to me, I want you to take control of it and orchestrate things in your own time and way. When you abandon your dream in to God's hand and stay quiet without trying to fulfill it on your own by trying to intiate what you have seen, very soon you will understand whether that dream is from God or your own soulish feelings that is trying to deceive you (Jer 17:9-10). If it is from God it will happen automatically or else it will not happen at all.

Secondly, we see a mighty man of God told by God to go and give a strong message of reproof to the king Jeroboam of Israel who tried to act as a priest which only the sons of Aaron were only qualified to do and for which only the tribe of Levites were appointed by God to help them in the sanctuary or temple work forever (Exo 29:9; Num 8:16-18; 1 Kings 13:1-3). When the King tried to arrest him by commanding and stretching out his hand towards the prophet's direction, immediately his hand withered so that he could not pull it back to himself. Then the King pleaded to the Man of God to pray for him to God and as he prayed for the King, his hand was restored to him and became as before (1 Kings 13:4-6). God has clearly commanded this prophet not to eat anything that will be offered for him in the entire region of Israel until he returns back to the southern kingdom of Judah (1 Kings 13:7-10). Such a man of God was deceived when another old prophet from northern kingdom of Israel near Bethel enticingly told that he himself was a prophet and that God spoke to him through a angel to invite him back to his home and eat with him. This great man of God from Judah suddenly believed the lie that the old lying prophet spoke. And as he was sitting after eating bread and drinking water in his home, the same old prophet prophecied by the true Spirit of God that the true prophet will die a untimely death because of his disobedience to the word of the Lord. Exactly on the weay back to Judah, this true prophet was met by a lion which killed him, but the lion did not touch his donkey or even the men who saw this sad incident, but it stood by his corpse to indicate that it is sign to all of their generation for the disobedience to the word of the Lord. The old prophet saw the same and then took the body of this true prophet to bury it in in his own tomb (1 Kings 13:11-32).

What can we learn from this, sometimes when we are walking in the will of God, Satan may use his own dream or our own fleshly desire to deceive us to make us move away from the perfect will of God for our lives. Never believe a dream unless that dream is first tested according to the previous concrete revelation that God has already spoken to you, and also check whether the prophecies or dreams that have come to you is in-line with the word of God (1 Thess 5:19-20; Matt 4:5-7). The devil has the ability to send false dreams or visions of lies to make us move away from the will of God for our lives (Jer 14:14; Eze 2:14; 21:29; Job 7:14-15). Satan roams around deceivingly by transforming himself in to an angel of light, to deceive with his deceitful tactics all of God's children who are walking in the will of God (1 Peter 5:8; 2 Cor 11:13-14). In such a scenario, if we are sincere follower of the Lord, God may use His dream to warn us to make us move away from the danger that is awaiting before us (Matt 2:12-14). Why does God allow such devil's dream or our own soulish deception to come over us? God tests us so that we could be trusted and be rewarded for our sincere seeking after Him.

In your dream, it is a office setting which means that this might come in some future time in the same or different place of your profession. The big window was near to his seat to give a clue of how God sees these whole things in your life and also to make you understand the spiritual insight that you need to find whether this whole thing is from God or not. Now coming back to your dream, once you said "l love you, I mean I like you", he responded, "You better love your future husband" and you both hugged in your dream. This shows that once this relationship takes off energised by your own effort, you see "a huge helicopter that exploded, followed by other clouds of explosions, randomly going off, and could be seen through the big window behind [you both]." Windows signify the things of the internal spiritual insight of your heart through which the light of God comes to your life, this spiritual sight that you have might become clouded by going forward and initiating this relationship further (Prov 7:6-7; Judg 5:28; Joel 2:9). Lot of things that might seem valuable and costly while initiating this fleshly relationship, like those things that which might make you feel like as though you are flying high initially might get crashed very soon, which in time will totally cloud your spiritual vision. This is indeed a warning dream from God. I personally do not think that God has really chosen this man to be your future husband.

Still I will say to you personally to seek the Lord further to get peace in this regard in your heart (Php 4:6-7). Do not leave the Lord until you are full of His peace which will guard your heart free from worries and fears, thus guiding you to walk in the perfect will of God for your life (Isa 48:17-18; 66:12).

Jesus' Peace Supersedes Circumstances

Peace : O If Only I Have Wings!

Most people who are frustrated in their Christian lives are those who have not understood who Jesus is and what He has promised to them when they believed Him to be their Lord and Savior. Jesus never promised anybody a life without problems and a bed of roses without any thorns in it. Many preach that if anybody comes to receive the Lord Jesus as their Lord and Saviour all their problems will vanish, but the exact opposite is what Jesus has told to all but with a promise of victory in the end. From this we understand that many who preach the gospel have made it to be a shallow one by preaching only one side of the truth and magnifying it to lure people in to faith. Infact Jesus said, "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33).

If we ask the question, what did Jesus speak before this verse?, we see that He spoke about the Holy Spirit's continual help and guidance coming within us and His power coming upon us to be a mighty witness for Him after His death and resurrection, then He spoke that when He will be alive again He will return back to the Father God in heaven, as a result of this we will feel joyful because as Jesus represents us all on behalf of us individually before Father God, God has promised to answer all our prayers whatever we will ask Him in Jesus name. In other words, now because we know all our past, present and future sins are forgiven by God once and for all in Jesus Christ, we have the confidence to stand before God and ask for the grace to face all our problems that comes our way.

As Jesus told practically, as long as we are in the world which is deceivingly ruled by Satan and his demonic cohorts, we will have trouble with the enemy Satan and his demonic kingdom and they will give trouble to us as we are God's children and belong to the kingdom of God which rules us from above. The good news is, even though troubles one after the other will come to us, God has promised to deliver us out of all without fail (Psa 34:19). Then because Jesus has become the ruler of the whole universe now, and all authority belongs to Him through His death and resurrection on behalf of us (Matt 28:18), we can freely invade in to the enemy territory to take back the bounty of souls who have been deceived, back in to the Kingdom of God where they can choose to freely belong.

Many times as troubles comes in to our lives and pains our heart, then terrors of death comes with much fearfulness and trembling, and when finally horror tries to overwhelm us, then we feel like the Psalmist David and try to say, " 6 ...“Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest. 7 Indeed, I would wander far off, and remain in the wilderness. Selah 8 I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest.” (Psa 55:6-8). Such times of distress may continue only for a season, but in the midst of it all, if we choose to praise God and thank Him for all that He has already done for us, suddenly the peace of God that passes all our understanding will begin to control and guard our mind from going in to deep unbelief which always makes us lose our spiritual warfare that we have been assigned by God. All trials are just for a season and this too will pass away, but the good that comes out of such storms of life will stay with us for eternity ahead as our godly inheritance in God.

We should never run away from the storms because God will never give us His supernatural peace if we fail to trust Him and face the storm with faith (Php 4:6-7). Once you have won the spiritual battle of your mind through God's supernatural peace, then you will start to enjoy the blessedness of all heavenly blessings in the perfect will of God for your life (Eph 1:3). Real peace is not the absence of storm but to have the heavenly serenity of mind and the peace of Jesus in the midst of it. The world gives external peace which can be destroyed anytime by Satan and his demonic cohorts, but the peace of Jesus that He gives to us supernaturally within cannot be destroyed or even be touched by anyone from the outside if we stand in faith and maintain our posture of thankfulness and praise in the midst of all external changes that tries to affect us. We should rejoice in the Lord and be cheerful always knowing that Jesus is in control of all the trials and temptations that come our way.

All the trials that come our way is for our spiritual good and for acquiring heavenly treasures. We can become purposeless in this life without any satisfaction of living life if we continually resist the stroms of life and begin to grumble against God, be grumpy against our situation and become gloomy seeing the enemies as giants and ourselves as grasshoppers in a pessimistic faithless way. So face the trials and rejoice that God has sent it your way for your spiritual good. If you fail to face the handpicked, custom designed and sovereignly orchestrated trials in your life, you will waste it for nothing in return. Every time some trials or temptation makes you thinks that you cannot bear it anymore, remember you are not alone in this walk and test of obedience toward God through suffering, Jesus has walked before you and have overcome all the temptations of the world as a human like you and me. Because Jesus has gone through it all before you, He is now compassionate enough to help you with as much grace and mercy from the Throne of God if you come to Him through prayer (Heb 4:15-16).

Let us pray, "Dear Jesus, Thank you for saving us from sin and keeping us in this world as your ambassador of peace to spread it as God's children. You have clearly told that we will have troubles, trials and temptations that will come to us as long as we are in this world which is deceived and controlled by Satan and his minions. But you have commanded us to be cheerful and joyful in the midst of all the tough times and circumstances that comes against us. You have promised to give us victory through imparting your very own supernatural peace when we choose to give all our troubles to you in prayer to you. Help us in this regard to trust you more and more, and give all our worries to you and receive in exchange your peace which will help us sail safely through all the storms of life that comes our way and reach our destiny which God has planned for us. Strengthen our hearts through the storms so that we may not be troubled, and help us to choose faith instead of fear and thus not be afraid of anything that comes agaist us temporarily. Thank you for all your goodness and above all as you have told that it is for our spiritual good and growth that God will allow trials in our life, help us to embrace it willingly and bring glory to you by maintaining thankful and praising spirit within us through your supernatural peace that you give each time we pray to you. In Jesus mighty name I pray! Amen and Amen! Praise the Lord!"

From Monkey or Man?

Created Or Evolved: A Realistic View

If Christians fail to take Genesis creation story seriously, soon they will experience a lack of hope in all other areas of life. If the foundation of a Christian's house is shaky, the whole house will soon fall when some other wind of Satanic doctrine blows over them in their life. Evolution theory is a Satanic theory of unbelief propagated to completely destroy the faith of people in the power of God and make them dwell in the parched broadway road of godless life that finally leads to hell fire.

Why Believing Creation in Six Days Is Important?

As Andy C. Mackintosh, a Creationist, succinctly comments :

The fall of Singapore 1942. While in Singapore I took the opportunity to visit the museum dedicated to the memory of all that had taken place in the fateful years of the second world war and I learnt much. The British in 1942 did not expect the Japanese to really invade Singapore because they reckoned that the Malayan jungle protected them from an attack from the North, and that if an attak came they were sure it would be by sea - so the big guns were all pointing South. It was inconceivable to British military planners that the island could be attacked any other way - least of all, through the jungle and mangrove swamps of the Malay Peninsula.

But this was exactly the route the Japanese took. On the fateful day of February 15th 1942 the Japanese army came across the straits of Johor having come down the 550 miles of Malay Peninsula in 55 days. They came with 650000 troops and though they were outnumbered by the 90000 of the British, Indian and Australian Forces, they pushed these troops in full retreat all the way to Singapore. Many of the Japanese came down on stolen bicycles and routed unsuspecting and unprepared Singapore.

Why do I remind you of this? Because this is a powerful illustration of the Church today which is in a very similar position over the Creation/Evolution issue. We have given way on crucial areas of doctrine and allowed a false view of Genesis to govern our theology - we are then surprised that we have no resistance to the blatant secularism that comes in the wake of such compromise as many disbelieve in a message which has no consistency with the foundations of the Faith. The Lord does not honour a Church which disbelieves it own book, the Bible. We have to maintain the foundations if we are going to attempt to reach the current generation for Christ - The gospel is inseparably commected with the Creation and the Fall.

As Martin Luther said, "If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest expression every portion of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world - and the devil - are at that moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ, however boldly I may be professing Christ. Where the battle rages, there the loyalty of the soldier is proved, and to be steady on all the battle field besides, is mere flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point."

Christian - we are in a battle; let us not forget this. There are certainly other fronts. This is not the only one. But we are living with our eyes closed if we do not realize that this is one of the major fronts to fight in the Christian cause today. We are in a surreal world if we do not realise that the enemy is coming in like a flood through false evolutionary sophistry and ensnaring thousands of the next generation to unbelief through this matter.

A Point To Ponder

If man descended from monkey, there should have been some specimen of the Man-monkey hybrid some where in the world atleast in one place. It can't be, because the Bible says that God created animals on the sixth day which includes the first monkeys, but on the same day only man was created in the image of God in the whole of creation (Gen 1:27). Then God says that He created animals according to its kind (Gen 1:24-25). In other words, each DNA specimen for each animal was uniquely created by God and one cannot be mixed with the other. The moment someone tries to mix one with the other, it will start to repel and die.

True science will laugh when someone will say that man has evolved from a inferior cell of any animals or creature. It is a improbability for such a complex mechanism to develop itself except through a wise designer who has intricately done it. It is a farce and a joke that some still believe that man evolved from monkey and from a single cell, which Charles Darwin who suggested it was suprised to see and hear how it began to spread like wild fire without any concrete evidence of truth in it. If this belief is true, why can't it be proved scientifically without assuming millions of years in it. If someone will say a millions years to God, He will say, 'Were you there? If not shut your mouth and believe My word which clearly says that I who is the God of all the whole universe created it all.'

God's word needs no support other than the claim, "Thus says the Lord," in it. The Creator claims the authenticity of His own word and no one has proved it as false up to this day. So from now on, whether you see in a National Geographic channel or Discovery or Animal Planet or anyother so called Darwinistically influenced minds that propagates a lie, simply reject it as a lie and once again reaffirm that it is not by mistake or a accident or by chance everthing came in to existence, but the Creator God has created it. God says, "For thus says the LORD, who created the heavens, who is God, who formed the earth and made it, who has established it, who did not create it in vain, who formed it to be inhabited: “ I am the LORD, and there is no other." (Isa 45:18). Only a fool will believe the improbability of evolution of man from animals and cells because he is foolish, but a wise man who believes God will stay satisfied because of believing God's truth and the possiblity of God creating all His creation easily through His mighty power.

So What Is Your Belief?

As we have already seen, if we fail to stand believing in the Genesis creation of God in 6 days, then we fail in all other areas of our faith. Some people who wanted to relate the Bible to science have gone far to accomodate the millions of years time frame to each day, rather than a single day of morning and evening 24 hours creation, and have thus fallen in to more unbelief in their lives. If science proves the Bible, let it be. Praise the Lord! Even if science has no proof till date for something God has already said to be true in His word, do not try to explain science through Bible but learn to just stand by faith in the word of God. Someday science may prove it or may not, but our faith will win in the end.

So believe the God of the Bible, who is the only God who have claimed as the sole Creator of the whole universe for His purpose.

Today say to the Lord, "I believe that you are my Creator God who has created the heavens and the earth. Then in the sinful choas that Satan and his minions brought by their wrong choice, you mercifully revived and continued creating the whole earth and its inhabitants in 6 days of 24 hour time period and rested on the 7th day with your creation (Exod 20:8-11). I believe in your Book of Genesis creation. Help me to live by continual faith by fighting against the unbelief that comes through all the medias through meditating on your truth day and night. Help me to speak to people about, 'Why I believe in Genesis Six day creation by God?' May I be a carrier of your faith to this generation. In Jesus wonderful name I pray, Amen and Amen!!!"



The Monkey Talk of Evolution

Three monkeys sat on a coconut tree,
Discussing things as they're said to be.
Said one to the others, "Now listen you two
There's a certain rumour that can't be true:
That man descended from our noble race

The Soon Coming Highest Peak

The Highest Mountain During The Millennium Of Jesus Christ Will Be?

Question : Will Mount Zion or Mount Everest will be the highest peak during the soon coming Millennium rule of Jesus Christ?

Answer : The secrets of the final days in the Millennium was revealed to the Prophet Isaiah concerning Judah and Jerusalem, the Bible says, "2 In the last days the mountain of the Lord's temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and all nations will stream to it. 3 Many peoples will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths." The law will go out from Zion, the word of the LORD from Jerusalem." (Isa 2:2-3, NIV).

Lambert Dolphin says, "The Temple Mount, prominent in most photos of Jerusalem occupies an area of about 45 acres. However the elevation of the bedrock outcropping on the Temple Mount within the Dome of the Rock Moslem shrine is only 741 meters.

A distinctly separate "mountain" is Mount Zion (elevation 772 meters) which lies about 600 meters to the West. In ancient times a deep valley, the Tyropean Valley, or Valley of the Cheesemakers, separated Mt. Zion from Mt. Moriah. Today many layers of ruined city and rubble from Jerusalem's many destructions completely fills this valley. In fact at the Western Wall, the Kotel, or Jewish prayer plaza, about half of the old wall of the Temple Mount lies below the present ground level. (Sometimes Scripture calls all of Jerusalem "Zion" or "Mt. Zion"). Outside the present old city walls, the traditional tomb of David and site of the Upper Room are located on present-day Mt. One of these days the present height of Mount Zion in Jerusalem which is approximately 772 meters will be lifted up higher than the Mount Everest (Present day highest - Mountain peak : Everest, Range : Himalayas, Location : Nepal/Tibet, Height : 29,035 ft/ 8,850 m) which is the highest peak in the mountain of Himalayas. This will happen during the second coming of Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord! Very soon it will be fulfilled for the glory of God! All the peoples of all nations of the world will flock to Mount Zion to receive blessings from the Lord Jesus. There at the highest point, God's temple will be situated for the glory of God! Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain (Isa 40:4). All the present day mountains including mount Everest will be lowered when a great earth quake at the time of Jesus' Second Coming will do a tectonic shift to raise Mount Zion above all the mountains of the world (Rev 11:8, 13; 8:5; 16:18; 6:12, 17; Matt 24:29). Praise the Lord!

Because of the restoration of water canopy above the earth as when it was created (Gen 1:7), nobody will die on their way to Mount Zion in those days because of cold weather as it is with the present day trekking people who try to reach mount Everest, instead they will enjoy the air conditioned climate which will be available right through out the pilgrimage of their journey to Mount Zion and the temple of God in it (Mic 4:4; Zec 3:10). Then will the blessed trekking of the regular year to year pilgrimage will be done in a blessed way to the Mount Zion. There Jesus Christ from His Holy Temple will bless all and will send them back to their nations (Zech14:16-17, 20-21).

Do We Need To Really Ask For The Holy Spirit?

Why Ask For The Holy Spirit When A Believer Already Have Him Within?

Many in Christendom are as dry as a dead bone and are weary in their Christian walk because they have not yet asked for the gift of the Holy Spirit or have come to experience the spiritually exhilarating earthly and eternal benefits for being filled with the Spirit in their lives. Jesus said that it is the will of the Father God in heaven that all should believe Him to be saved from sin (John 6:39-40; 8:24). But Jesus did not stop there for the sincere disciples who wanted to live a powerful and overcoming life over sin, sickness and death. He received the gift of the Holy Spirit to do powerful ministry and live for the glory of God (Luke 3:21-22) and also told His sincere followers to ask God for the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13). He clearly lived the overcoming life of victory over sin just with the weakness of sinful flesh acting against Him as like any one of us (Rom 8:3; Heb 4:15). In Jesus we see an example to learn.

Jesus was man of prayer who spent more time in praying to God than any other thing He ever did on earth (Matt 21:13; 14:23; John 2:21-22; Luke 5:16). He was always in an attitude of prayer, the apostolic disciples who walked along with Him all the time did not understand how Jesus prayed to God because it was not in intelligle words but groans and tongues which they were not able to get when they tried to imitate Him (Heb 5:7).

Then the following truths are the greatest secret Jesus shared with His disciples to pray and live in the power of God :

1) Jesus told them to ask the Father for more of the Holy Spirit and He promised that surely they will get not any other spirit of evil but only the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:9-13). The way Jesus told them to ask the Father for the Holy Spirit is to ask and keep on asking persistently for it until they get it. Even when we first believed Jesus to be our Lord and Savior, even at that time itself we were sealed with the Holy Spirit as a promise of God that we are already God's possession and that we will be kept sealed until the day of rapture in which we will get a glorious new metaphysical body (Eph 1:13-14). So it is one things to get saved but totally another thing to receive the Holy Spirit Himself as a gift and to be filled with constantly with the Spirit (Acts 2:38-39; Eph 5:18).

2) When you do not have power enough to defeat the devil and his demonic doings, just fast and pray for your flesh to starve and totally depend on God's strength which comes through the Spirit's filling to defeat the devil's schemes of evil against you and others (Matt 17:19-21; 12:28). Fasting does not change God but it changes our position spiritually to depend on the Lord for victory and not on our own ability.

3) Jesus told the apostles to wait for the "Promise of the Father" (Acts 1:4) which they obeyed and as a result of it all the spiritually hungry ones were filled and spoke with tongues on the day of Pentecost as a external evidence of the internal filling, as the Holy Spirit gave words from the inside of them to speak (Acts 2:4). There is not a single place where we can say for sure that a person received the gift of the Holy Spirit without the external evidence of speaking in tongues, instead Jesus Himself confirmed that when a believer believes, he will have a external sign of the internal filling of the Holy Spirit (Mark 16:17).

4) We should ask for the Holy Spirit from God the Father with the external evidence of speaking in tongues because Jesus along with all the apostles in the first century were constantly filled with the Spirit by speaking in tongues and lived a powerful life of great testimony for the glory of God (Acts 1:13-14; 2:4). They also encouraged all to be filled with the Spirit (1 Cor 14:2, 18; Acts 19:2, 6). 5) Nearly more than five hundred believers heard Jesus' invitation to stay in Jerusalem to receive gift of the Holy Spirit, but finally only one hundred and twenty of them obeyed the command of Jesus and received the promise of the Father (1 Cor 15:5-8). This shows that unless a person is hungry enough and desperate to ask God for the Holy Spirit, God will not the give them the most precious gift that He has promised to give next only to the salvation of their souls (Matt 12:32).

6) Jesus is the one who baptizes us with the Holy Spirit personally (Matt 3:11), so we must look to Him as the source for getting filled with the Holy Spirit and receive Him as a gift (John 7:37-39).

Many Christian who are born again and are sealed with the Holy Spirit for salvation still have not received the Holy Spirit as a gift with the evidence of speaking in tongues because they have not sincerely asked God for it. Apostle James plainly says, "Yet you do not have because you do not ask." (James 4:2). They have nobody to blame but themselves. Some have not received the gift of the Holy Spirit because of the wrong doubts their demonination has caused in their mind. No believer can be able to receive this most imporatant gift in their christian life without faith and so they must throw their denominational man made tradition which nullifies the truth of the word of God, in to the waste bin and sincerely ask God to give them wisdom to accept the truth and have the desire to get filled with the Holy Spirit (James 1:5-6).

Also some do not receive this gift of the Holy Spirit because they have fear that they will receive some other spirit when they ask for a supernatural filling of the Holy Spirit. Such fearful people must know that such fear is not from God but from Satan who doesn't want them to be filled with the Holy Spirit and as a result of it live victoriously for the glory of God over sin, sickness and death. God has given ever believer only the spirit of power, love and a sound mind (2 Tim 1:7).

If someone is ever fearful to seek, desire and ask for the gift of the Holy Spirit with the external evidence of tongues which testifies of the internal filling (Acts 10:46-47), such people must read the following question and answer themselves to increase their faith that they will never get any other spirit when seeking for the filling of the Holy Spirit. The questions to answer are, "11 If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!” (Luke 11:11-13). The positive believers must have the answer no for all the above questions and must start to move forward to ask the heavenly Father to give the gift of the Holy Spirit in their life, God will definitely give them if they sincerely ask, seek and knock desperately and keep on going till they get in personally (Luke 11:9-10).

DO NOT WASTE EVEN A SINGLE MINUTE OF YOUR GOD GIVEN LIFE ON EARTH WITHOUT RECEVING THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WITH THE EXTERNAL EVIDENCE OF SPEAKING IN TONGUES, START NOW TO ASK FOR THE HOLY SPIRIT AND YOU WILL NEVER BE DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE GOD WANTS TO GIVE YOU HIS BLESSING WHEN YOU ARE SINCERELY DESIRING FOR IT.
