Question: Consider the dimensions proportionately on a New Earth that could be the size of Saturn or Jupiter. Cube size would not be problematic.
Answer: Greetings in Jesus holy name! That is absolutely right....but we don't see the New Jerusalem City placed in the New Heaven and New Earth, John only saw it coming down....so the New Heaven and New Earth could be kept close enough to receive the light of New Jerusalem on it from heaven, but not rest on it.
No one of the redeemed Church in the New Heaven and New Earth has a physical restraint to access it because of their glorious Resurrected body given to them by God. So based on the voice and will of God, they could go and come out anytime through legal access into the New Heaven, where in, the New Jerusalem will be set up and placed permanently by God. Hallelujah!
We know that even in this old heaven and old earth, God created the heavens and the earth initially, then God made the light to come, then took it at various levels of illumination for the night and day, and then sets it as the chandeliers in the firmament which he made previously to this, for times and seasons to happen now through which we enjoy and experience all these things now for the glory of God.
In the present old order, God created the "heavens and the Earth", which means even the highest heaven where God resides, revealed as "the mountain of the Lord", was initially desired to illuminate the whole humanity, but because of sin, God's new world order has been planned before hand so that the Lamb 🐑 of God, Jesus Christ could be revealed to all humanity in a deeper and more meaningful way to all of humanity. And man by his volitional choice, could choose God to become the chosen of God. God says, "I have chosen you" not to express that humans have no choice but to choose heaven or go to hell 🔥, but rather says it to make humans understand that his liberty given to all humans is what makes them exercise the freedom of choice to make a good or bad decision which then makes them chosen if they choose to make a good choice to spend eternity ahead with God in His Presence with His Glory, or else condemned without God's goodness of his Presence which was chosen by individual humans who rejected the freely given salvation of God to get Saved from sin, while they lived on earth. Hell is nothing but saying to God's face, I don't want you because I love myself more than you and your holiness, which then makes them condemned to go to hell, which is a place which was actually made for the fallen Satan and his angels in which the unredeemed join themselves up. Glory to God!
So the bottom line is, in the New Creation existence, only the New Heaven (in singular not the heavens unlike the initial creation time where God himself comes out of eternity to reside in the heaven of New Jerusalem (Gen 1:1)), and the New Earth (in singular too, not earth's in plural), which then makes us understand that the New Jerusalem had waited as a Bride for this Sweet ending of joining with the BRIDEGROOM of Jesus Christ and the Redeemed of the Church to demonstrate to both the visible and invisible universe the Glory of God, when the New Jerusalem will operate in tandem, having been set in the New Heaven, out of which the Old Earth too get BLESSED for a Millennium!
So in the MILLENNIAL KINGDOM RULE OF GOD, the tripartite Trinity mode will come upon the whole Universe, in which, the spirit under the Spirit will be the New Jerusalem which will lower itself and place itself in the New Heaven which is the soul, and the New Earth as the body of the universe will parallely live in a glorified state in the same frequency. Glory!
